Nous occupions l'une des chambres à trois lits dont une partie se trouve en mezzanine, du coup deux télés et plus d'espace pour tous. Enfin la situation de l'hôtel est très intérréssante, quartier très vivant le soir pour budget sérré, petit déjeuner à la hauteur et accueil souriant.

Bonne impression générale en découvrant la chambre (propre, équipée) mais les matelas étaient très médiocres. Nous pouvions sentir les ressorts.De plus les murs étant très fins nous avons été un peu dérangé par les aller et venues dans le couloir. Quoiqu'il en soit, c'est un hôtel très correct, l'accueil est sympathique et le petit-déjeuner copieux. L'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas de Hyde Park et sur la ligne Centrale du métro. Il y a même le bus 390 direct qui circule même la nuit depuis Oxford Street.

en arrivant agréable surprise d'avoir une chambre surclassée !!!! 2 chambres, séjour, salle de bains dernier étage pour un couple : pas de bruit de voisins, pas trop de rue même si nous étions côté rue. comme beaucoup d'hôtels anglais l'entretien des chambres et bâtiment (peinture, moquettes etc..) est un peu laissé de côté, il ne faut pas être regardant... par contre draps fournis et serviettes, le tout propre. disposés sur les lits avec savons+shampooing. Franchement le personnel est sympa, l'endroit pour des touristes est impecc. Sans hésiter si je devais repartir sur Londres, je rependrai cet hôtel ou le conseiller à un couple /famille.

Accueil, très sympa, très pro mais impersonnel, cela ne va pas plus loin. Pas de mots d'accueil, pas de mot pour les visites. J'ai payé via internet, sans aucun problème. Il y a un gardien 24/24, donc pas de problème pour les clés. On est arrivés à 10h00 alors que chambres dispos à 14h00, ils ont gardé les sacs dans un local et quand on est revenus à ,18h00 les bagages étaient montés dans l'appartement, très sympa.....Situé dans une rue, très peu passante, mais qui donne devant un accès d'hôpital d'où partent les ambulances, et aussi un giratoire d'autobus.....donc c'est bruyant la nuit malgré le vitrage double. Ce n'est pas gênant plus que ça, mais tout de même cela fait un bruit de fond qui est tout de même là.....C'est appartement est très bien équipé, propre, les lits sont confortables, et il ne manque rien. Petit bémol, mais bon on fait avec, les SDB sont petites. Il y a des pubs juste à côté, un restaurant qui vend du pain juste en dessous à partir de 7h00, c'est pratique et très sympa. Le supermarché "Tesco" à 400 mètres n'est pas terrible, il faut aller à "Tesco" à côté de la station de métro de Saint Paul, les produits sont plus frais...! En résumé c'est un bon point de chute avec ses petits inconvénients. Mon avis sur cet hôtel est positif et correspond parfaitement au descriptif du site de "Hotels.com"

Service hotelier très confortable pour familles avec enfants car mise à disposition d'appartements équipés avec une ou deux chambres, cuisine et living (avec TV lecteur DVD et chaine CD). Emplacement dans quartier très animé de La City et accès aux transport en commun (bus ou métro à 100m). Attention à ne pas être logé sur rue car bruit. Les stores […] des chambres ne sont pas opaques et la lumière réveille le matin (fréquent en GB). L'une des 2 chambres ne disposait pas de clim mais d'un lit king size et l'autre avait un lit queen et clim. "Loved being in the heart of the City"
The location of the apartments is second to none, right in the heart of the City. We were on a weekend trip and could easily and conveniently get around either via Liverpool Street station (opposite the apartment) or on foot - St Paul's, Millenium Bridge, Tate Modern. I felt that the apartment was clean, comfortable, convenient and good value for the cost. My only complaint was that it was very warm in the bedroom, and even though we turned the storage heater off the day before, it was still hot to the touch the following day. Well appointed large apartments. Very good value for the City of London. Recommended.
Pleasant enough to stay again. eater did not work all the time and though the staff was pleasant to repair quickly the repair did not last and the heater continued to fail. Small shower. Appliances worked and if you want ot save a bit convenient access to Tesco for food. Good access to Central line

Perfect location since Liverpool station serves as one of the main Stansted Express destinations. Right in the center of the city close to everything. We were also upgraded to another room for free upon arrival. Considering everything you get: great price, very spacious, and accommodating. "Very noisy location"
This hotel is situated opposite Liverpool Street tube station and outside the main bus stop. My room, which was very nice and I was upgraded to a suite, was situated on the road side of the hotel which meant it was extremely noisy. If you want a good night's sleep DO NOT choose this hotel. "Ok but not great"
196 Bishopsgate was convenient and the price on Hotels.com made it fit my budget. I was expecting more from the accommodations. I got the studio, which was quite roomy with a bedroom, living room and bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable but I have a couple of issues. 1. There was no blackout screen for the window. Even though there were blinds, […] I found it too bright in the room to sleep. 2. There was only liquid soap in the bathroom. I would have preferred real soap. 3. There were no washcloths in the bathroom. I use one for the shower and shaving, so I had to use a whole towel. 4. The couch was old and worn. upon arriving , we where handled at the front desk with service up and beyond. the staff provided umbrellas for the un expected down pour and assisted with our every need.. This is ideal for busy travellers as it is close to Railway and underground; there are restaurants nearby which stay open until 1 am and there is a 24 hour diner in the same block. Wonderful space with full top of the line kitchen (and Tescos also 2 minutes walk away) great wi fi. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

"Horror Show with Children"
Tiny entrance hidden behind bus stop. Elevator broken "for weeks." Four floors to walk up with kids and luggage, hot, oppressively stuffy rooms. Window did not open - "that has to be arranged over the next several days!" No top sheets, no chest of drawers for clothing. Sirens blaring in streets all night long.

The hotel was easy to find and only a short walk from the Liverpool Tube Station. The rooms were spacious, clean and quiet, however close to much around. The staff was great! Very helpful and even secured guest list entrance to a popular night club along with driver to get us there. Investigate into a pass like Boingo to get access in the city or find a place offering free Internet service. If you can cook the kitchen in the apartment was good and a grocery store a block away. Brought my daughter for her 18th and we stayed here. She loved it - we had two bedrooms, they were big rooms and the whole place was very comfortable, with everything we wanted. It's right in the heart of the city, great location to get anywhere since it's opposite Liverpool Street!

"Heat was baffling, rest was great..."
This is an eco-responsible hotel, which is great, except their heaters are so complex even the desk clerk didn't know how to turn it on or adjust it. Took literally three days to get just right (hint: front dial on 5, front switch to -, back dial to ---, and back switch to thing that looks like the spiky haired guy. Print this out and bring it along.) Other […] than that, the hotel was fantastic, exceptionally spacious for London, super easy commute to tube and national rail, decent dining choices. Downside: not much to do here from a tourist perspective, have to catch a tube to whatever you want to see. 以前すぐ近くの別の新しいServiced Apartmentにも滞在したことがありますが、サービスは断然こちらのほうがこなれていて何事もスムーズでした。 1ベッドルームに泊まりましたが、バスタブはありません。 シャワーのみです。 しかも水力は非常に弱く、頼りないです。 寒い時期には、ちょっときついかな？ そこだけは少しアップデートが必要だと思います。

Grace to the spacious room we had a very good stay at 196 Bishopsgate. It was noisy - even on Sunday morning - but what else could one expect right at the Liverpool Station? If you want to stay centrally and have a bit more space than usual then this hotel is a very good choice.

Гостиница 196Bishopsgate понравилась. Маленькая снаружи - с просторными и удобными номерами внутри. Рядом станция метро (лондонская кольцевая линия), супермаркет. Легко добраться до всех достопримечательностей. Хотя район сам по себе не самый интересный и красивый. Her havner du på i en leilighet som er garantert bra. Flott beliggenhet ! Rett ved Liverpool Street tuben ! Ørepropper anbefales for de som ikke er vant til litt støy på kvelden (gir seg i 1 tiden på natta). Senger ble redd opp og oppvasken vasket opp. Helt topp !
