Le personnel est accueillant, quelques gestes "écolos" sont proposés (réutilisation serviettes de bain, changement des draps tous les 3 jours ...) et surtout deux grands parking gratuits. Attention réserver par hôtel.com ne comprend pas le petit déjeuner!

good, but we booked online and when we got to hotel the lady at the desk told us if we would have called directly we would have got a better rate but she could not change it now. Bed was a little on the hard side. Huge chair with the desk blocked getting by it and the bed easily. Banged either into the chair or the bed. Location of it was not good and it was too big for the desk. Shower was excellent...good water pressure and regulation of temp. Lots of good pillows. LOVED the machine one could access whenever and at no cost […] for cappachino, coffee, latte, hot chocolate, etc. It was an EXCELLENT idea and haven't seen that anywhere else and I've stayed a lot of places. The hotel was convenient to get from fro the Edmonton Airport, staff were friendly and efficient, the in restaurant in the hotel was fine. "Location of room"
I overall really liked the hotel The staff were great the room was everything I could ask for but the parking lot was not full and the clerk put me in a room over looking the very busy highway and trains running near by.I would of enjoyed the quiet side of the building a lot more ThanksAvis véridique Hotels.com

Overall the stay was good for the cost of the room. However, Ramada indicates as Bar / Lounge - but this did not exist. However, there were two restaurants in hotels on each side of the Ramada so it was just a short walk. Overall if your looking for a clean room - Ramada works.
