"séjour WE"

"hotel kyriad italie gobelins p)aris"

"Hotel Kyriad Italie Gobelins"

"HOTEL KYRIAD ITALIE GOBELINS"
Mauvaise insonorisation
"Hôtel Kyriad Gobelins Place d'Italie PARIS"

"CONFORME A MES ATTENTES"
LE CONFORT EST CORRECT. LE SEUL BEMOL C'EST L'ECRAN DE LA TELE QUI SE TROUVE DANS L'ANGLE ENTRE LA PORTE FENETRE DE LA CHAMBRE ET LA PORTE DE LA SALLE DE BAIN. LORSQUE LA FENETRE EST OUVERTE C'EST UN PEU DIFFICILE DE VOIR CORRECTEMENT LA TELE. A PART CA, UN ACCUEIL VRAIMENT SYMPATHIQUE. CONCLUSION BON RAPPORT QUALITE/PRIX
"correct"
"Kriad goblelins Paris - cosy cheap hotel"
The Kyriad Gobelins Hotel in Paris was a good, clean hotel. Room was small but to be expected in Paris. Very close to Metro and restaurants. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Would stay again
"Great location + quality-price ratio"
Stayed for 3 nights: first 2 with a friend & an extra one alone. The room is rather small for 2 people & mostly taken up by the beds; we only used it for sleep. (I have seen worse for higher prices.) To the contrary, the bathroom was at least half as big as the room; the small balcony was also a nice addition. Free WiFi, too. The location is great […] (3' walk from Place d'Italie). It's a bit away from the historic center, which presumably means that it's safer. (Left both laptops, passports etc. in the room & outside the safe; nothing went missing.) It's also a 10' walk from the north end of the picturesque 5th arrondissement (end of Rue Monge) & a 20' walk from Sorbonne & the like. Not at all noisy either, as it's on a small street. The only downside was that the room had a faint, somewhat strange smell. Not unpleasant, but noticeable when you walk in; then olfactory habituation takes over. Also, if you're using for work bring an ironed shirt w/ you - our room didn't have an iron (though I didn't check w/ the reception whether I could borrow one). Lisez la suite
"at leat 2 stars"
the room I statyed had something SPECIFIC SMELL!! I had to open the window every time I came in. the cleaness was good (except, only specific smell in my room, but my friend;s room was fine) the location is perfect, the int-scale supermarket is so closed and subway is only 2 min. also one of big shopping mall (Itlaie2??) was good enough have shopping […] with Carrfu. "Great room for the price!"
Yes, the rooms are a bit small (you can't move around much) and you only get the bare minimum...but you can't beat the location and staff. The Place d'Italie metro station is literally one block away. This metro can get you pretty much anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is also really quaint and really French, so you get a real feel of the Paris […] culture. We'd recommend this little place called La Vatalle; great food at great prices and super nice people. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice and helpful, though they really tried to sell us on getting a shuttle to the airport. You save a lot of cash by catching the train; just make sure and leave early. Free Wi-Fi access and you can dial out of the room for free. Decent room, great location and great price in Paris...you can't beat that! Lisez la suite
"Kyriad Paris 13 - Ave de Gobelins, Easy Access"
I stayed at Kyriad 13 for 8 nights in late September. It was unseasonably warm (80 F/25 C each day). Though there was no air conditioning in the room, it cooled down nicely when I opened the windows at night. The stairwells seemed to have A/C though. The staff was very welcoming and prepared when I arrived at 12:30 pm on my first day. The room was […] bright, neat and tidy. I was on the top floor near the elevator, so there was some noise from the elevator, but not too bad. The elevator did break down for 2 days which was a bit cumbersome to talk up 6 flights of stairs after a long day of walking around the city. Besides the elevator, the rooms was reasonably quiet (my room faced away from the street toward center of structure). I felt safe to stay here as a lone, female traveler. The staff I encountered were friendly, attentive and respectful. The room was tiny, but had all the basics. The TV had 4 stations, with the only English speaking channel being CNN. The other 3 were sports, National Geographic and an entertainment station. The in-room hair dryer was weak, so I would bring your own with a converter (though the power seemed to come and go). The bathroom was small, but again had the basics, so good enough. The bed was comfortable and sheets white and clean. Small closet with only 4 hangers, so you might want to bring more if you need them. In room coffee/tea, but I didn't use it. Besides the reasonable price, the best part was the location. The hotel is close to 2 metro stops, there is an internet cafe a few doors down, restaurants and a grocery store nearby, and a short walk to Rue Moufftard (great little market street with delicious produce, pastries, snacks). Metro ride to Latin Quarter about 10 minutes (but is totally walkable), Lourve area about 15 minutes, to Eiffel Tower 20-25 minutes, Montmatre 25-30 minutes. I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Paris. Merci! Lisez la suite
"Away from the madding crowd"
Great location close to metro. Place de Italy is a nice spot. Lots of cafes and food sellers. Supermarket at end of street. The hotel is not in the middle of the tourist hotels. The right bank was a madhouse but we were serene on the left bank. The rooms 001 and 002 have comfy beds and ground floor for ease of access. They also have NO ventilation ie […] mini, mini window gap. A shower turns the room into a sauna for 20 or more minutes!!! Cant breathe at night. People in room 001 agreed with us, Stuffy...Asked to be moved after 5 nights, (slow to complain). The manager was very helpful, put us in 602. Nice view at front of hotel and a window that opens. Brilliant. Great bed etc .Only 2 coffee and 2 black tea sachets a day for 2 people? only 2 Mini milks as well, oh well cost cutting.Other than e Tap hotels no one seems to know how to remove mould from their bathrooms. Get a room in the Kyriad in the upper floors and you will love this place. Get room 001 or 002 and you will not. Lisez la suite
"Clean, convenient, friendly"
Excellent location just outside of the Latin Quarter with access to 3 metro lines from Place D'Italie. Not an overly spacious room, but in line with most Parisian hotels. Cleaning staff and front desk were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms were well maintained. From the second floor room I had, internet access was available in-room via wifi. […] Excellent value in my opinion. The only caveat would be if you're a larger person, the shower might give you problems as it is rather tiny, but I'm 6'0 170lbs and managed fine. Lisez la suite
"OK for the price"
The good: The location, not far from the underground. In a really cool part of town, heaps of funky shops and hundreds of little cafes and restaurants everywhere. Also the price, we stayed for three nights so got a really good deal. The bad: Our room was right next to the lift and reception so a little noisy everytime a guest arrived or left. The paint […] was peeling off the door in the bathroom which wouldnt take much to make it nice again. No A/C in the room and with only one window on the ground floor it was unsafe to leave open at night so it got rather hot and stuffy. Lisez la suite
"Great location and value"
A clean comfortable hotel with a friendly service.Excellent base for easy access to all of Paris via Metro and one Metro stop to join direct RER to Charles De Gaulle airport. Not a lot locally but just a short hop to the Latin Quarter and allof Paris attractions.Would recommend.
"Kyriad Hotel, Place d'Italie, Paris 13"
We stayed here for 5 nights with our 2 young children (aged 2 and 5). We were promised an extra bed for the children but when we arrived this was just a travelcot. The room was very small, we could barely move, with our lugguage and pushchair. The window was tiny with little light and none in the tiny shower room. It was awfully hot and no air conditioning […] or even a desk fan. After 2 nights we moved to another twin room which was so much better and bigger. The bathroom had a tub and shower and was nice and big and lovely windows opening to the front of the hotel. Lots of light and they even provided a desk fan this time. The room was clean, towels changed but bed never made for us. Breakfast was an extra 8 Euros, buffet has a good selection. It would've been nicer if they had a toaster for the bread but otherwise fine food. We loved the location and staff were always very friendly. Lisez la suite

"A great place to stay near the Latin Quarter"
We had read about the smallness of rooms in Paris and though our room was "large" it was more than adequate. We felt the staff were all very helpful and patient. All were able to speak in English or Spanish. The location of the hotel was great! It was just 3 blocks from the metro and we were able one morning to walk from the hotel through the Latin […] Quarter. It was a fantastic walk and we throughly enjoyed the walk with all the small shops and bakeries and creperias. The hotel was close, clean and the people were so helpful!!!! Lisez la suite
"Very Nice for a Budget hotel"
I booked teh hotel at the very last minute....and i must say i was lucky taht i got it .The hotel is at a nice location close to all the food shops and metro , its easy to come from teh air port and teh surounding area is nice too. I had read teh reviews in google about it and i found it as expected, very neat clean and comfertable. Its not a place […] of romantic couples but will do for people who are on a budget and like clealiness and comfort . I will recomannd it to others as i will my selft be staying her as well, when ever i vsist paris. Lisez la suite
"Kyrian Gobelins - good location and value"
Great experience. Helpful staff, small, efficient room. Great value with excellent location. EASY access to public transport (bus or Metro), two grocery stores nearby for picnic eats, two bakeries, numerous cafes and close to Chinatown area with good Vietnamese food. Highly recommend Restaurant Percheron across the street from hotel - excellent food, […] owner/host speaks some english, small place with lots of locals and Great food at a good price for Paris. Would definitely stay here again Lisez la suite
Excellent hotel, value for money and close to metro stations, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Small but comfortable room, very clean too. Would stay again!
"Good value hotel"
This hotel was good value for money. It was clean and comfortable enough for the price paid. Although not in the centre, it was very convenient as it was close to the Place d'Italie metro station, where you can get 3 different metro lines, including the line that goes direct to the Gard du Nord, the Louvre, and Eiffel tower.

"Very Small room for two"
I don't recommend Kyriad hotel, especially to the couples who wants to have romantic feelings. The room is very small for two. In fact, my girlfriend is unsatisfied with its small room and the terrible decoration. If you want something inexpensive, choose Hostel. If you want something nice for two, choose other hotels.
"A good option for the price."
One of the lower priced hotels I could find in Paris, the Kyriad Paris XIII Italie Gobelins was small but comfortable and had everything we needed. About a mile south of the Isle de le Cite, it was conveniently located near the Italie metro station, which has a direct line to Gare du Nord (the station where we arrived) One of the receptionists spoke […] at least French, English, and Spanish, and most of the staff seemed to speak some English so it was not difficult with my very limited French. On my next visit to Paris I will definitely keep this hotel in mind. Lisez la suite
"Great choice"
Our room was extremely comfortable and surprisingly spacious, with a large and very well-appointed bathroom. The breakfast (which costs extra) is more complete than at some hotels. The neighborhood does not feel as uniquely Parisian as, say, the Marais district, but there are nice cafes and restaurants all around, the Metro is close by, and there are […] several large avenues running through the area that you can follow to the Seine, if you wish. "Good Location--Reasonable Accomomdations"
A lot of the reviews said this hotel was really far out, but I really didn't think so. I live in DC and the time it took me to reach the tourists attractions felt completely acceptable. The room was was small. But it was clean and kind of what I expected for the price. I did get stuck in the elevator one morning (fortunately only 5 min), but it was […] fixed by later that afternoon. They didn't need to see any ID or papers to check in or check out which I thought was a little sketchy--but I had a place to sleep each night and nothing went missing. I would recommend it if this is in the range of your budget. Lisez la suite
"Nice budget hotel"
This hotel is for people on a budget. The rooms were a bit small but didnt matter as you just sleep there. Hotel is close to Metro station. To get here, get down at Place d'Italie metro station. Its a 5-10 min walk to the hotel from the station. The lady receptionist was really nice and answered all the questions. Free Wi-Fi included. Water is expensive […] everywhere so find a super market nearby and buy water from there. Lisez la suite
