Hotel très calme proche du centre ville, à trois stations par le train,15 minutes de trajet, la gare est à 100 m de l'hotel. Le personnel est très serviable et les chambres sont confortables, le tout dans un batiment ancien qui ne manque pas de charme.

"Isaacs Hotel, Dublin"
Stayed in Isaacs hotel for a business trip to Dublin. Main reason for staying here was the convenient location - the hotel is a few mins walk from St Georges Plaza. The room was clean and comfortable and everything worked. Breakfast was efficient and plenty to choose from. The only snag was a machine outside my window which hummed away all night consequently […] spoiling my sleep. I am told the restaurant is good for evening food too but sadly arrived too late to prove this. All in all a decent hotel for those looking at the cheaper end of the business spectrum. Lisez la suite
"Good Location, and all that implies ..."
The Isaacs is near a Garda Station, Bus stop, and around the corner from the water front. For the price and the location, you're getting a decent room at a fair price, but know that you will be getting city noise, too. Having been to NY I thought no big deal, I failed to take into account that we'd be 1 or 2 floors off the street rather than 40.
"Hotel in Dublin"
Internet not Free, lot off noise from the street and the other rooms
"Isaacs Hotel Dublin-in the heart of the city"
I found Hotel Isaacs to be a lovely hotel in the heart of |Dublin. It is within walking distance of all the main attractions, but also conveniently placed close to public transport links. I had several reviews where people said the hotel was noisy at night.I requested a quiet room and certainly wasn't disappointed. For the whole of our 3 night stay we […] didn't hear a single sound(Room 115) The breakfast in the hotle was fairly basic, but adequate. All in all,a gem of a hotel !! Lisez la suite
We really enjoyed our three night stay at this hotel. Room was a bit small, but adequate for the price. Hotel is well maintained and cheerful. Two great restaurants on-site with Kate's Cottage just two blocks away. National bus station is just across the street and city tram stop is just a half a block away. Only a fifteen minute walk to city center […] shopping, tourist sites and pubs. Great location and very nice place to stay. Lisez la suite
"Good location, but VERY loud"
For the price, everything about Isaac's is totally acceptable -- great proximity to the city sights, decent rooms, clean and well-maintained, though a little on the smaller side (which isn't such a big deal if you spend your time sight-seeing). But if you're gonna to stay here, bring earplugs since half of the building overlooks the main bus terminal […] in Dublin and a very busy Luas stop. Stays loud late into the night. Be prepared! "Issacs Hotel Not the best choice!"
The Issacs Hotel was close to the bus, train and tram stations. Infact so close you might as well be sleeping on the street with them. Upon arrival, the clerk, Tamara, was so rude she made me feel as though I was lucky to be staying at her hotel. The room we were given was okay for an old hotel. I di not realize it was on the street and so I called […] to find out what time the noise would stop and was told it goes on late and starts early in the morning. We were moved to another room. It was like going through a maze just to get there. We went up to go down and down to go up and then more stairs all the time lugging our luggage. We were told we had an upgrade but believe me, it was no upgrade. We were in the basement in a room that was outside a smoking patio and next to the gym. At least it was quiet. The shower did not drain and the hot water set off the smoke detector. I must say the worst part was trying to find our way out of the room. I think if the desk person, Tamara, had been plesant, it would not have felt so bad. I should have staed at the Ashling and taken the tram into city center. Do yourself a favor and choose a different hotel. You will be glad you did! Lisez la suite

The hotel is clean, conveniently located and decent value for money.Very good quality breakfast. The only down-side was some noise from a near-by pub / disco on Saturday night - but not the end of the world. Would consider using this hotel again (depending on price / deal).
"Isaac Hotel Dublin recommended"
This is my 3rd stay in the Iaac Hotel in Dublin in 8 months. Must say i cannot say anything negative about my experience. I will say i have learned to pack a pair of ear plugs, just in case i get a room looking onto the street where the trams and buses run, this can be a little noisy. Staff at the reception are very competent and polite. Will stay here […] everytime. Lisez la suite
"Which seniors does it cater to?"
This hotel specified that it catered to seniors, perhaps because they are hard of hearing often. The trains, trams and tourists made a racket outside our window all night. My friend and I had our mothers ( 66 and 75 yrs) with us and there is no way they would have been able to get their luggage to the rooms. While the lobby is lovely and there is an […] elevator, once on your floor you must push through 2 sets of double doors ( lugging suitcases) then haul the suitcases up a curved, steep double set of short steps. At least that is what we had to do although I suspect that we had the worst rooms in the place as the train passengers could have counted my teeth they were so close to our window. The complimentary airport shuttle service was discontinued some time ago although when we booked that is what was advertised. Happily the manager did step up and give us tickets without charge, but only, I suspect because we asked about it repeatedly. The rooms are small and claustrophobic with the windows shut but deafening and putrid with deisel and smoke fumes with the windows open. Perhaps the rooms on the other side of the hotel were better. Our floor felt like flimsy plywood about to give out any minute. Also, we specified non smoking and it does say that on the doors, but the cleaner assured us we could smoke in our rooms??? "Hotel Issacs - Dublin"
Hotel Issacs (not to be confused with Hostel Issacs halfway down the block) is a nice place to stay in Dublin. Its downtown location is convenient for walking to most Dublin sights. It is an old building so rooms are naturally a bit small; and some additional upkeep (such as on bathroom fixtures) would improve the comfort. I stayed in July and there […] was no air conditioning, so I left the windows open at night, however with a hostel only a half a block away and a central bus station next door, I heard a lot of people & vehicular traffic throughout the night. Not for light sleepers. But hey, the price was right. Lisez la suite
"The Issac Hotel, Dublin."
A really pleasant spot right on the edge of the hub of the city. A short walk and your right in the centre and all the attractions are available from there. Of course you must remember it's no good going for a 'City Break' and complaining if you are exposed to city noise. The 'Dart' train and trams run adjacent to the hotel and the traffic is pretty […] constant but thats what you must expect from a capitol city, if it's peace and quite you want then you need to be in 'Ballykisangel' or somewhere like that, not Dublin. Dublin is a magnet for stag and hen nights but I saw no evidence of drunken, rowdy behaviour around or within the hotel though we wern't there at the weekend, it was very quite within in fact. The breakfast, which was really reasonable was worth every cent, in a city where 10 euros gives little change for 2 pints of beer, you could really fill yourself up for the day and in the cosy surroundings of the dinning room it's a real pleasant experience. Whatsmore, if you were to have breakfast in your room you could eat it of the toilet floor - yes! even without a plate!.. The standard of cleanliness, I thought, was excellent. As an example one morning I noticed there were 4 hairs on the gleaming white floor tiles and I was curious to see if they were still there when we returned - sure enough they were gone so theres no slipshod work there. Now comes the question of what you expect from a room in what is clearly a budget price range. Our room, and the odd rooms we could see in when the doors where open were a bit spartan, very clean and functional, good comfy bed, couple of chairs, table, kettle etc but just felt spartan. I have to say here that we don't often use hotels so I maybe expected too much. There is however an option to upgrade at a reasonable cost and I would suggest you look at that if you want a bit more class. After our first night when the water went off due to a faulty pump (this was replaced next morning I am assured by the maintenence staff) Lisez la suite
"Old Rooms, Great Location, Nice Lobby"
Me and my GF stayed here for a couple days while seeing Dublin. The Lobby is very inviting with friendly employees. Flyers for things to do and an internet computer that was kind of expensive for me. (Rather find a cheaper internet shop in the city). We took the elevator up a couple of floors and then needed to walk a couple of steps up to the hallway […] where our room was. We noticed that the floor seemed a bit warped and creaky. Ok.. no big deal, its an old building. Our room had the same red carpet as the hallway, there was a couple light spill stains on the one wall, TV was tiny. The bathroom was decent enough. Our window faced the courtyard where people would sit outside for the restaurant which could get a little noisy at times. It didn't bother us too much though. When we got there it was pretty hot and there was no A/C. We had to keep our window open which also let in the restaurant noise. Overall the hotel was pretty good. We just crashed there at night while seeing Dublin during the day. We tried the restaurant and it was very good. Also there is a great place for an Irish breakfast at Isaacs Deli around the block. (We never made it to the hotel breakfast.) On the downside, the rooms were old fashioned. Didn't really like the carpet or bead spread, but seemed clean enough. Having no A/C was a bummer. They serviced our room every day though and staff was friendly. I would recommend this to people that wanna see Dublin. Not if you're going to be in your room most of the time. The location was also right next to a tram stop and bus station. Also within a few blocks of the Temple Bar. They also offered an airport bus service which runs every 2 hours. We missed it on our way in so we took the local bus with the help from the tourist desk in the airport. We were able to use the bus on the way out. We enjoyed our stay in Dublin. Lisez la suite

"Hotel Isaacs, Dublin - very convenient but noisy"
The standard of the hotel was good for a three star and it is only 10 minutes walk to Grafton Street. The only problem I had was the noise from the upper floor, nearby hotels, nightclubs and bus terminus made it difficult to sleep.
"issacs hotel dublin,ireland"
i would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in dublin. the location was wonderful-within short walking distance to trolley, train and bus station.
"Great Location"
The hotel is located directly across from the central bus station and a walk away from all the main attractions... great location. It exceeded its expectation when considering the priced. Rooms were comfortable and staff was helpful.
"Great room for the money"
For the price that I originally paid for this hotel, it definitely was a good buy. The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from the Bus Eireann bus station, and is a minute walk to the Busaras LUAS tram stop and a Garda (police station); the Connolly train station is also about a block away, and it's about a ten minute walk from […] the hotel to the city center. The hotel also provides a FREE airport shuttle service, which would normally cost you about 15 - 20 euros p/p. The rooms itself were fairly spacious and also very clean, and I thought the beds were comfortable as well. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel to anyone if you are staying in Dublin. "Great Deal for the Price"
Room was clean, neat, beds comfortable and had a nice hot shower. Those Are the most important things when your site seeing. The room was on the small side but the bathroom was spacious. Would stay there again.
"Will come again"
***** Very happy and impressed with quality of room and service of staff. Highly recommended!
"No frills but a great value, clean and great location."
Inexpensive hotels in Europe are usually very small and not nice. You get spoiled if you stay in hotels in America. This hotel was priced nice; like US rates, and comparable to a Hampton Inn, which is saying a lot for inexpensive hotel in Europe. If you are looking for a good rate and satisfied with clean, safe and decent; stay at this hotel.
"Great location"
This hotel was in a great location with close bus stops and a close water to O'Connell Street. The hotel was very nice for the price. I would highly recommend this hotel to someone who wants to be close to the center of the city.
"great location"
excellent location especially as needed to be near Connoly train station and central dublin. very helpful staff. great italian restaurant in hotel serving excellent food.Only negative is outside train/tram noise and fellow residents noise travels easily through to rooms that seem to have paper thin walls. bring ear plugs! otherwise perfect and good […] value for money. free airport shuttle bus a plus. "our comments"
good reception service, noisy plumbing, inconsiderate residents, restaurant average, breakfast excellent
"Good central location but"
Hotel very centrally located within walking distance of O'Connell St. Bus Station & Dart stright outside so super for seeing the sites. Rooms basic & definitely in need of revamp. Had checked other reviews prior to booking & had same complaint as others : cold showers so obviously they don't take much heed of these reviews @ hotel ! Also one of our […] party had leaking roof as patron overhead had early shower. The existing stains on the roof should have alerted us to the problem I suppose. They were moved to much superior room so were not too put out. Bar staff deinitely need to work on friendliness. When we were there barman started closing up @ 22.50 despite normal closing 23.30 which made us all very uncomfortable, no wonder there were so few @ the bar all night. We did not frequent there again as there are other more friendly bars in the immediate area. Celts around the corner is particularly worth a visit. Reception staff very helpful throughout. In a nutshell, good location for City visit provided you are not going to spend too much time in the basic room ! Not worth any more price wise than you will pay on budget deal. Lisez la suite
"Convenient location, great service, but noisy"
My nine-year-old daughter and I stayed two nights at Hotel Isaacs. The location couldn't be more convenient--directly across the street from the main bus station, Busaras. However, the location is a mixed bag, because of the noise--not so much from the bus station as from the trolleys and the overhead trains that pass regularly until late at night, […] and the partiers who I assume were staying at the nearby hostel. The noise was tolerable for me because I had earplugs and I'm a heavy sleeper, but it could be a problem for others. The building is attractive and well kept, with a certain amount of character, and the staff was very competent and helpful. The lobby is inviting and comfortable. Our room was tiny--space for two beds and a very small desk, and nothing more. We had to pack and unpack our bags on the beds because there was nowhere else to do it. Despite the noise and the small room, I would definitely stay there again if I got the same reduced price. Lisez la suite
"Good location"
Cheap hotel at a good location. Our room was facing the railway track and trains were passing by periodically, but the noise was acceptable.
"Good location"
Hotels in the south of the city are expensive, so we decided to go for a hotel in the north. We thought this hotel was conveniently located next to the bus station, as the airport bus stops opposite. We arrived early at the hotel, and fortunately our room was ready so we could drop off our luggage straight away. On our last day they stored our luggage, […] so we weren't burdened with carrying it around. When it was time to go to the airport, we simply picked up our luggage and hopped on the bus. Perfect. The reception and seating area is really smart, but is less smart when you go up to the bedrooms, however quite acceptable. Our twin room was really spacious, nice bedding, new carpet and curtains, but the odd bits of furniture were a little tired. The staff were polite and helpful. We didn't bother with the breakfast which was 12.50 each, but found a fab little cafe a few doors away. Overall though, good value for money in an expensive city. Lisez la suite
"Nice location"
This hotel is located directly across form the bus station which is convenient. We arrived early and they accommodated our early check in. The internet service in the lobby did not work most of the time. The room was very hot, as was the temperature of the water in the shower, neither of which we had control over. The breakfast was a bit pricey […] for the type of food. It was a nice place overall and I would recommend it. Lisez la suite
"Great Hotel"
Great Hotel. Good service. Awesome bar. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. We had a great room for 3 people. (far better than I expected.) The hotel is also in a great location in the sense that is seconds from public transportation and within walking distance of all major tourist sites. However, the surrounding environment is very loud and warm […] with no air conditioner or fans but these are really my only complaints. You will have people at the bus stop out front being loud all night long. Also the tram comes by the front of the hotel all night long and its quite loud as well. Lisez la suite
"Needs improvement"
Our room was very hot--windows opened to an alley, but no air flowing. Also a loud nightclub along the alley so was very noisy when trying to sleep with windows opened.

"molto confortevole"
