Nous sommes arrivés un vendredi soir, nous avons attendu 30 min pour l'enregistrement, pour se garer il fallait encore de la patience car pas assez de places pour le nombre de clients !! Et le soir venu (21h passé) une équipe de sport , client de l'hotel s'amusait à communiquer en criant dans les couloirs qui donne sur tous les étages (voir photos) ça a duré un certain temps ... Le jour suivant c'était un peu le même genre sauf que là c'était une fête pour enfants qui a duré jusqu'à 00h, la musique à fond dans l'hotel! Cet hotel immense, luxeux ne m'a pas conquise du tout. L'eau de la piscine était trouble :( Le restaurant de l'hotel ferme à 21h. Je ne le recommande pas!!

Plutôt bon rapport qualité prix. Simple mais bien. Belle piscine.

Caractéristiques de l'établissement
Cet établissement offre un petit déjeuner gratuit tous les matins. Outre une piscine couverte et un personnel multilingue, l'établissement Econo Lodge Hadley inclut une laverie et le café dans le hall. "Econo Lodge Hadley"
Very simple hotel. The staff were so friendly and so helpful. We like it so much we went back 4 days later. It's perfect for an overnight stay.
You get what you pay for. Blankets and sheets did not fit the bed. Had 3 different rooms within 3 hours of checking in. No hot water in first room. 2nd room had a noisy "vent" located under our window which ran on and off constantly. We finally requested a "front" room facing the street. With the windows closed and a fan on in the room you can't hear […] the traffic. No refrig in room. Very convenient location though to all major roads and attractions. Lisez la suite

Basic hotel somewhat dated rooms with old carpet. Clean room nice big bed , but too firm mattress.
"Conveniently located near restaurants and shopping"
Stayed here while visiting UMASS-Amherst and it was a great choice. Hotel was clean, staff friendly and bed sooo comfortable. It was located near tons of shopping a lots of restaurants. I would recommend highly and I would stay again if in area.
"EconoLodge off 91"
It was a good hotel with decent bed/bath and even the indoor swimming pool was nice (if a bit overdone on chemicals). It was in the middle of no-where between Amherst and Northampton which left it convenient to nothing, except for the Whole Foods, which was right behind it. But, with a car, you can get everywhere easily enough.

It was fine. There was no nightlight in the bathroom, bring your own.

I am missing $52 but have no way of knowing when it came missing. It was in a baggie in my grandaughter's suitcase. Therefore I have some doubt of integrity of service.
"hotel stay"
the hotel was very nice. The only issue we had was with the traffic pattern to get into the hotel. The drivers in the area were not very happy when we made a left turn into the hotel. Got a lot of nasty looks and beeps on the horn. Otherwise, it was a very nict stay.
Great location. Coffee and doughnuts are right next door. Mall is just behind the hotel. (Wal Mart). Coffee at the continental breakfast was awful. Black mildew in the caulk around the edge of the tub. I reported is upon departure. People were great. A relative stayed 2 doors down the hall and she found no issues with her room except we did not like […] the fact that the heat-cooling control knob has been fixed so it does not move far enough to adjust the temp in the room. Close, to attractions, goo location to other amenities, clean room. Downside, hard to get temperature in room to be accurate.

The room was kind of dingy and the bottom sheet was too small and pulled off during the night. But perfectly adequate if the price is right.

"Would definitely stay here again!"
I was pleasantly surprised by the econo lodge Hadley! The rooms were very comfortable and clean and the location is very convenient - close to the center of Amherst and just minutes from umass. But most of all, i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful! They were great! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was bright and clean, a good value for the low price. We wish we had known there was a pool. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful with directions to area locations, the large strip malls next door had a B&N, Old Navy, Walmart, etc.. as well as some fast food restaurants. "Econo - Lodge Hadley, MASS - Great Place"
The service was good. Overall the hotel was clean and quiet. It is located close to both Amherst College and UMASS Amherst. It was nice also to have many restaurants in essentially a walking distance. Right across the street is a great coffee place if you choose not to take advantage of the Continental Breakfast provided by the hotel.

hotel staff were accommodating, room was clean, good location (close to amherst and easy to get to campus).

"Adequate but that's all"
We were visiting family in Belchertown and the hotel was a 20 minute drive. There's nothing else close so this wasn't too bad for the price. The rooms are small and located right next to a mall with bright lights all night and a fair amount of noise. The included breakfast left something to be desired. I have stayed here several times after a day at the Big E. The room was clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff. Will stay again.

"home in paradise"
This is a very nice hotel and conveniently located to the PARADISE CITY ARTS FESTIVAL. I like that very much. It makes it easy to get to the show efficiently and relax afterwards in the hot indoor pool.
"expensive and lousy internet"
The hotel was way overpriced, probably due to college move-in season. The WiFi really didn't reach my third-floor room.

Every thing in the hotel was very good, except that price for the room on friday and saturday was much higher.

Great location with easy access to many colleges in the area. Very clean and peaceful. Beds were comfortable. All in all no complaints.

The staff was very helpful and accomodating. They even let me use the Hotel computer to print off boarding passes when the lobby computer printer wouldn't work. The hotel is very clean except we had a horrible spot on the carpet which I covered every night with a washcloth to not look at it. The breakfast is very meager - they ran out of items and were […] slow to restock. I would only eat there if I had no other choice. Not great selection. "Needs Improvement"
Biggest Problem is that without a rental car, had to depend on hotel amenities and service. All of the vending machines were e empty, Also, had to get an early take off and use local cab service. Warning, cab services are unreliable. Hadley Mass. does not have cab services like in big cities like NY. Recommend Celebrity Cab Service if you have to use […] a cab service. Lisez la suite

"good value"
good price for quiet, clean accomodations. The mattresses are a little on the soft side; the pool was refreshing but not nearly as big as it appears on the hotels web site photos. all the staff were pleasant and helpful.
