L'atout majeur de cet hôtel est sa situation, moins de 5 min du château et de la place.... Qualité du personnel d'acceuil impécable. Note générale 8,5 sur 10 PS : juste un petit souci avec la femme de ménage, elle ne lavait pas systématique tous les verres usagers, etc..mais rien de grave

Tout est parfait, sauf les menus du restaurant : plats trop salés, desserts trop sucrés. Etrange...

Hôtel trés bien située par rapport à la ville, facile d'accés par la route.Parking payant sous l'hôtel. Réception correcte mais uniquement en anglais Chambre trés grande mais celle qui donnent sur la rue avec les trams sont trés bruyantes Petit déjeuner copieux mais le style est trés moyen. Les sets de tabbles sont en fausse paille et uniquement secoués […] par terre aprés chaque convive. Présense de traces du passage précédent. Les mets chauds sont souvent tièdes et l'on a l'impréssion que ce qui reste à la fin du service est remis en place le lendemain(bécon, saucisses..) les corbeilles à pain en paille garde les miétes des jours précédents.... The hotel was fine and well functioning with superb location: close to the city centre and to the Krakow Marathon start area

Staff were excellent and very helpful Room was clean and warm but the TV is not a flat screen which is it's only fault Breakfast was included in room rate and was help yourself style with loads of options that where constantly topped up Did use the gym and sauna which provided a welcome break at the start / end of a busy day

EXCELLENT HOTEL IN AN IDEAL LOCATION. JUST A VERY SHORT PLEASANT WALK TO THE MAIN SQUARE AND RESTAURANTS ETC STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE ONLY CRITICISM I WOULD HAVE IS THAT THE BREAKFAST IS OVERPRICED.

Everything is great: breakfasts are superior, room is clear and comfortable. Hotel location is wonderful. Wawel castle at the right, and market square to the left. 15-20 minutes walk from main train/bus station. Hotel is rather big, so there is a big chance to get a room with the "inside" view, so everything you see from the window is another hotel's […] windows and some technical buildings. The only negative is that there is very cold in the bathroom. There is no towel-dryer, when you take shower it's really cold to get out. Also when taking shower half of the water gets out of the bath on the floor due to holes between bath and the glass curtain. This is an excellent hotel in very close proximity to the main market square (3-4 mins walk). Very good room , excellent breakfast , all at a very reasonable price. Krakow is a great weekend away , cultural and very welcoming people , highly recommended !!

The hotel is excellently situated in the City not that far from the main square where all of the shops and restaurants can be found. Staff are very friendly and helpful, room comfortable and clean with the use of a safety deposit box free of charge so no worries of belongings being lost. for the price of this hotel you would be much better off staying in one of the boutique hotels in town. it was very expensive compared to other hotels. everything cost extra (breakfast, parking... both of which were far too expensive for krakow). although modern, the hotel is completely characterless. i am surprised this hotel has been given 5 stars... […] it certainly was not. the bath was blocked, the breakfast was dry and stale. the one good thing about this hotel is its location. you can drive up to it and park under the hotel. krakow town centre is a pedestrianised zone for only taxi and trams. so it was nice to be able to park. overall i would not rate this as a 5 star hotel. Found the hotel to be very good. Great location. When you exit and turn left your a few mins from the Main Market Square. Turn right and another few minutes will find you at the Royal Castle.

Does exactly what it said on the tin. Nice comfortable 5 star hotel, very good location, big rooms and very clean. The continental breakfast was very good, wide variety of food, and was available from 7 till 11. Although the drinks and food available in the hotel were a little more expensive, it was still very cheap compared to UK prices, so made evenings […] more comfortable being able to stay in the hotel. It was a 3 - 5 minute walk to the main square, where there were lots of restaurants, shops, bars etc to choose from. It is also were a lot of the tours are available from. We stayed 3 nights and the hospitality was great and chose this due to it's close proximity and was within walking distance to the market square. cloth hall, shopping & restaurants. The jewish quarter and Schindler factory also is not that far to walk from the hotel. The bus collects and drops back to the hotel for guided tours to Auschwitz which was […] handy. Used the public bus which cost just 3zloty to the Salt Mine and museum which is a must see. Did not have breakfast and dining as it was very expensive and preferred to try local cuisine. We stayed here on a recent visit to Krakow and found the hotel to be excellent in every way and in a fantastic location - easy walking distance to everything - and the staff extremely helpful in arranging side trips to other areas around the city. We had a great stay. The staff was absolutely ready to help in any way they could and made this hotel one of the best we have visited.

This was a fantastic hotel, like what you get with most Radisson's. Very good location, Wawel castle is just a 5 min walk, same for the main square. Didn't have breakfast booked so i can't comment on that, the rooms were very comfortable and good hot showers. Overall a very nice hotel in a great location and Krakow really is something to see.

sorry to say the breakfast was very very disappointing , The Cooked breakfast was cold , the toaster did not work and to cap it it all the bread had a green mould on it ??? On the positive side i was ill in bed and the housekeeper realised i had asked for my room to bed left , and the reception asked as i was ill could they get me a doctor , i appreciated […] there concern . The check in staff were a bit abrupt and the restaurant staff were somewhat rude. I spend 311 nights a year in hotels for work, and 30 nights a year for leisure. I have stayed at several Radissons and the Radisson Krakow was well below the level I usually experience with other Radissons. They have much to learn from their sister hotels.

6 of us stayed 3 nights, great hotel in ferfect location near the old town packed with lively bars. just what we craved for. Hotel open all night, offered rooms adjacent to each other, generous/polite hotel staff, clean, excellent buffet breakfast, try omlette cooked by chef....very nice. Just 5 minute walk to centre of old town, castle, river, shops […] etc. everything seemed to be on door step. Would recommend it to all, definately!! Lisez la suite

The breakfast is sensational. Far more choices than you get anywhere else. The location, right across from the Old Town square, couldn't be better. We got this hotel at a pretty good rate for a five-star so we were more than satisfied.

Five star hotel but really only three star. Room was comfortable and clean but three out of six days had to ask for tea sugar and toilet paper. Food and drink prices two to four times more than out in the city restaurants and bars. Left gift behind us in hotel room rang immediately on arrival back home but it had mysteriosly disappeared. We stayed in this hotel for four nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very central to the market square only three minutes walk. The room was bright and clean and was quiet (no noise considering it was a central location). The buffet breakfast was excellent with a variety of different foods to choose from. Given the choice of having a view or a quiet room. I chose the quiet room which looked onto an inner courtyard and was blissfully quiet. Location between Wawel Hill and old town so everything in very easy walking distance.

Excellent front desk staff, all with excellent English. Breakfast buffet is nice, wide variety. Especially good are the Polish breads. Room is fine, comfortable. We had reserved 2 twin beds but they didn't have one available when we checked in. Since staying with my sister, we kept the single large bed. The hotel provided 2 blankets so it was just fine. A/C […] wasn't strong enough, and our room window had a lock on it. So pretty warm all night. We had the same experience in other hotels in Ukraine as well, so maybe not unique to this hotel. This hotel is so central. Its within walking distance from the main square. The hotel staff could not do enough for us. They arranged to pick us up from the Airport and then later organised a mini bus to bring us to the main tourist sites.

The Radisson SAS in Krakow is conveniently located to the Main Square (~3 blocks), the Wawel (~3 blocks)(which you HAVE to visit if you are a tourist)and a 24 hour grocery is 3 blocks away. I can't recall its name but it starts with a "J". The riverfront walk is also near and it is a good place to go run or walk. The hotel staff were exceptionally accommodating […] for things like needing to print a document from a computer. They let me use their own machines at registration cause my need was at 10:30 PM at night and this was not disruptive to hotel operations. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!!! Lisez la suite

Rent, pent og behagelig hotell. Veldig stille. God service og beliggende ved siden av en hyggelig park. Rynek og wawel slottet er bare en liten spasertur unna. Krakow er en utrolig koselig by som jeg vil tilbake til, og da kommer jeg til å bo på dette hotellet.

Mycket prisvärt boende. Då Krakow är en billig stad så finns det självklart billigare boenden. Men skall ni någon gång bo på ett femstjärnigt hotell så gör det i Krakow. Gör ett besök på restaurangen Pod Wawelem. Grymt stora portioner, livat och trevliigt.

Supert hotell med ideell beliggenhet. Anbefales på det varmeste.

Meget god imøtekommenhet, vennlighet og service. Topp beliggenhet og kunnskapsrik personale. Anbefales. (Rom mot bakgården er totalt uten støy.)

Fint hotell med sentral beliggenhet. Kun få minutters gange til gamlebyen. Godt reinhald og god frukostbuffe. Middagsbuffen var en skuffelse.

Hotellet kan anbefales. Service topp. Eneste som ikke var topp var middagen på hotellet. Den anbefales ikke.

Отличное месторасположение (прямо в Старом городе), можно передвигаться только пешком - все рядом. Подземный паркинг - 20 Евро в сутки. Завтрак не континентальный, а вполне разнообразен, включая национальную кухню. Нас заселили раньше времени, огромное им за это спасибо.

Radisson Blu i Krakow er et lækkert - typisk kædehotel. Ingen sjæl og masser af forudsigelighed. Så er man til vante omgivelser og metervarer, er det her stedet. Man får langt mere kultur ved at "nøjes" med 3-stjernede hoteller i samme område.
