Excellent, clean and spacious, convenient to Old Town, shopping areas and Metro Centrum; room was 2 bedrooms and size of small apartment

Overall I liked the place, my only downside was the bed was ridiculously uncomfortable, and unfortunately in a hotel this is a pretty major thing. Other than the bed though I was impressed...huge living/dining room flat screen TV, Sattellite, DVD...Small but adaquate kitchen...2 bedrooms (1 dbl, 1sgl) and a nice large bathroom

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night stay at Residence St. Andrews Palace. Our two-bedroom suite was beautifully furnished, with all the amenities of home. The hotel is in a perfect location, near to the Central Train Station and Nowy Swiat. A fifteen minute walk from Old Town. One thing to know - there is no housekeeping on weekends. I stayed in Residence St Andrews Palace last Tuesday evening after a certain well-known hotel chain demanded EUR250 (four times the previous night's rate) to extend my stay there for one night. For our first visit to Warsaw, we stayed 4 nights at the Residence St Andrews Palace,and found it to be very comfortable, very spacious accomodations, our room was a self contained flat, with a fully functional kitchen, loads of cubboard space,in a very quiet area in the walking district. The only slightly negative is the use of the local, inside the […] courtyard, restaurant for breakfast, but at least the breakfast is within the premises. The local area has many restaurants and cafe's. The Old city is only a delightful walk away. We had a great time there and the staff were very professional, very helpful and spoke excellent English.. Lovely hotel with the best possible amenities. We had a huge apartment with even a dishwasher and washing machine! Everyone was most helpful and caring! It is in the middle of many restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend it!

Beautiful majestic hotel built around a large courtyard. We had a 1 bedroom suite with good sized rooms which was very comfortable and convenient to good shopping, from food to fashion. Our daughter made a surprise visit from London and they offered to make up the sofa bed in the sitting room so that she could stay the two nights with us at no charge. […] How good was that? Only letdown to this hotel was the cafe within where breakfasts were served. Food was boring and the service was poor. No matter, lots of good food just outside the hotel. What a great hotel. Everything is close: shops, restaurants, etc. We were amazed with the service and overall cleanliness of the place, simply spotless. Will stay there again.

Had a fabulous stay at the Residence St Andrews Palace. Located in a bustling street close to all amenities including the train station (which we used) we couldnt have asked for more. Our room was more like an apartment with 6 rooms and very clean. The choice of restaurants and coffee shops nearby was outstanding, too many choices and not enough time […] to try them all. We had a junior suite - more like an apartment. A perfect stay if you are wanting to stay for a number of days and want to be self contained. Close to station and easy access to public transport or even walking to old town, botanical gardens etc. Only down side was the bed was very hard as were the pillows.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, COMFORT IN ALL ASPECTS, PROFESSIONALISM AND GENTILITY IN THE SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE STAFF. UNFORTUNATELY, THERE IS NO DAILY CLEANING ON WEEKENDS.

The air-conditioning unit was in the living room but this did not help with controlling the temperature in the bed-room. Hence a very warm night. Breakfast was fine but very basic and little choice. A good location for the shops and central location for the Warsaw tourist sites.

Very well kitted out although because of the one way system and the fact that it is in a cul de sac it is important to carry a map with you if getting taxis as the drivers may not be able to find it otherwise. Good internet connection. Included breakfast not very appealing but there is a full kitchen and a supermarket 30 metres away

Beautiful and delightfully quiet quality apartments in centre of Warsaw. A lovely place to stay and great value for money.

The other reviews convinced me to stay here, & I was very pleased for 3 nights. I recommend this hotel without reservation.

Very convenient position, near railway station and able to walk to most sites. Very comfortable clean apartment, well mainrtained, with excellent continental breakfast. Staff very helpful

A pleasure in every way: from the soft, warm yellow of the walls; to the windows, which let in lots of light and were attractively curtained; to the original prints, very handsomely framed, on many of the walls; to the sparkling bathroom, with generous towels; the overall spaciousness of the whole apartment; the perfectly outfitted kitchen (what great […] dish-storing racks in the cupboards!) -- all in all, it was a true home away from home (even better, in some ways...our house is less elegant!), and on a lively, but-QUIET-AT-NIGHT plaza/quasi-square, with ample restaurants right there and many others within a short walking distance...and so easy to get to from the metro, to boot! I had a very pleasant stay, big room, good location, good cleaning crew and very nice receptionist. The wifi only worked in the bedroom, because of poor signals. Will stay here again!

Often when I see too good reviews from hotels I have the impression it's just all about people exaggerating. Well this is not the case here. This is one of the most comfortable, best located, nicer hotels I've ever stayed, specially for that money. Someone said "I would just go back to Warsaw to stay again here", and I completely agree. We were very pleasantly surprised by the size, quality and location of tis accomadation. We had a full apartment with living room, kitchen, marble bathroom and king bed room. All staff members were very helpful and spoke great English. They were quick to do anything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. It's a near perfect establishment. Besides cleanness, build quality and everything - even though it's right in the middle of the busiest districts of Warsaw, there wasn't any nighttime noise in our apartment. There was 35 degrees celsius outside but the rooms were very well air conditioned and pleasantly cool. The only thing to keep in mind is that […] the office personnel leaves at 7pm. I stayed at the St Andrew's on the first night of my trip to Poland. The hotel was more like an Apartment, full kitchen, dining room, two full bedrooms, large bath. This would be an ideal situation when traveling with a family on an extended vacation. It was too large for just one person. The negatives are that there are no TVs in the bedrooms, the […] beds/pillows were not comfortable and there was no real tolietries provided. I also had to carry and iron & ironing board up to my room for use. The staff was polite and helpful, even though they spoke limited English. The small cafe/bar in the courtyard was a nice touch. This place was great, very clean and tidy. It's very central but very quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It also had all the mod-cons incl large flat screen tv with cable tv and a fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

The lobby hours were 8am-5pm. Nära centrum men tyst och avskilt.

Приезжаю в Варшаву в деловые поездки. После пребывания в Intercontinental - один день пребывания в таком типе гостиничного дома был приятным. Замечания: Отсутствют полки для мыла в самой ванной, слышен скрип дверей в соседних квартирах. Специфический запах на кухне. Ручка домофона грязная. Все остальное - OK.

Beroligende hjemmeatmosfære på hotellet.

Meget bra og godt plasert hotell. For oss var ikke årstiden den beste,(februar) men vi tar gjerne turen igjen om sommeren.

Lækker hotellejlighed midt i centrum - go dservice og hyggelig morgenmad.

Riktigt bra läge med väldigt bra service. Nära till t-banan och till alla sevärdheter.

Mycket prisvärt i superior svit. Obemannad reception på obekväm tid, men det hindrar mig inte från att berömma hotellet som har ett fantastiskt läge och en väl utrustad svit. Rent och fräscht.

Hotel polozony w centrum miasta - ale niestety bez parkingu ( najblizszy parking strzezony oddalony ok 500 m) pokoj hotelowy niestety nie jest tak wspanialy, jak na zdjeciach...obsluga....na srednim poziomie. Hotel nie najgorszy, ale zdecydowanie mozna znalezc cos lepszego w tej cenie.

En litet hotell med bra komfort. Läget var mycket bra, centralt men ändå i en lugh omgivning

Stor lägenhet, bekväm, Internet via kabel eller wifi funkade bra. Lyxig känsla med "portvakt" och låst gallergrind om natten in till gården. Något sparsamt inrett kök när det gäller glas och porslin, men man äter nog mest ute ändå.

Ihana huoneistohotelli hyvällä paikalla. Palvelu oli todella ystävällistä ja huone mitä mukavin.

Miksi ottaa hotellia, jos samalla hinnalla saa asunnon? Huoneiston kunto oli loistava, WC-tilat tilavat, keittiö hyvin varusteltu (sisältäen tiski- ja pesukoneen) ja wlan toimi mukavasti. Nautimme aamiaisen sisäpihan kahviossa, jossa aamiainen tilattiin listalta. Aika yksinkertainen, mutta maittava, sai suuhunsa sitä, mitä halusi. Sijainti oli täydellinen. […] Ihan vieressä ovat ostoskeskukset ja loistava kävelyreitti vanhaan kaupunkiin lähtee vierestä. Illallisen osalta suosittelemme lähistöltä löytynyttä Opasly Tom-ravintolaa (ul. Foksal 17), jossa nuoret tekivät fine dinig-henkistä ruokaa. Nam! Huoneistohotellina erittäin hyvä, tilavat, siistit huoneet ja miellyttävä palvelu. Aamiaista tosin ei kannata ottaa, vaan tehdä itse. Kävelykadulla, jossa on lähellä kaikkea tarvittavaa.
