l'hotel est idéalement situé à coté du port avec 2 belles piscines et un très beau jardin. les terrasses "privatives aux chambres sont appréciables, seule bémol il n'y a pas de déjeuner sur place,

la douche était dans le WC et les lavabos dans la chambre! une odeur de moisis dans la chambre des toiles d'araignée derrière les meubles le wifi annonçé ne fonctionnait pas

L'extérieur impeccable. Intérieur: Très propre, mais besoin de rafraichir les chambres. Personnel très attentionné.

We were very happy with our stay. The only negative was that the room was very cold in the morning. It is literally across the street from the hy-line ferry and the lobby renovation looks amazing!

Great location to access the ferries. Large room, free family dvds. The hotel staff was very helpful with restaurant/shopping recommendations.

Wonderful location across from harbor; although weather was not conducive to sitting outdoors during our stay, the firepit & outdoor seating were very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

The indoor pool needs a Makeover as well as some of the interior but it was clean for the age.

Nice location on the harbor and walking distance to tons of great stuff on Main Street. Kids can't wait to go back.

Like the room size, flat screen, shower, pillow and bed selection. In general the whole atmosphere. Only wish the refeg was on as it was unplugged and I thought it was just shut off...ruined my left overs...:) Location, Location, Location...walked easily to main street to shop and eat. Hotel is convienently located across the street from the harbor with ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

good hotel, the home smells a litlle, no breakfast was serve in my stay. no microwave. litlle over priced for what you get. but i recomend this hotel anyways, it has a nice view, and has a great location.

The Hotel is very charming and is in a great location for access to Ferrys, whale watches, and super Crab Shack for lobster rolls and other sea food. Our room was comfortable and quiet! The only problem was the hotel site advertises an indoor pool-but it was closed. We were told that "those who wanted to swim could use the out- door pool" This was mid […] October, in the rain, at 56 degrees. After making an isssue of the closed pool the Hotel did offer to open pool for us-this as we were on our way out to dinner. However, I would stay at the hotel again and also recommend it to others. well, the location was great--right by one of the ferries. The hotel looked great. But once in the room we found that the windows did not open, so it was kind of stuffy and no way for it to be anything but stuffy. And there was not a lot of natural light in the room.

This hotel was very convenient to the ferries to Marthas Vineyard as well as Nantucket. The hotel is a little old but very clean. Loved the porch surrounding the rooms and the chairs to sit out and look over the water. It was cool so the fire pit was also great to have. Would definitely book here again.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 17 year anniversary at the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. We were met by very friendly staff, and were given a wonderful room with a harbor view to help us celebrate! The location of the hotel is great as it is close to the harbor, ferries, beach, museums, and town. We were able to walk everywhere without any difficulty. […] Staff were always making friendly suggestions about where to go or eat. Only real problem is that when you leave, they surprise you with additional charge: for parking (around 12$ a day). It's not exaggerated, but it's better to know IN ADVANCE, than to feel like you were tricked into paying.

Hotel is walking distance to beaches, shopping, restaurants, cafes. Grounds seem recently renovated and very inviting with large fire pit, pool, bar/restaurant area. Rooms could use an update; some maintenance issues such as ceiling water stains are prevalent. Could use another table or surface in the room rather than having phone and coffee pot on […] mini fridge! Front desk staff very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Well we were put in the far back of the Hotel which was a little run down. The wood was old and decrepit looking. When I checked in they charged me and extra 12 or 15 dollars for the parking. When i checked in. I find it a bit appalling to they then charge you more money to park. I think you should have mentioned that when I called. The front desk clerk […] was a bit 're spending quite a bit of money dollars for a roomarrogant , stern and unpleasant. The restaurant was fabulous. The best meal I think I've ever had. We ordered the NY steak and it was cooked to perfection. Other than a few of the servers the rest seemed to be doing nothing but talking to one another. Our server was excellent. Lisez la suite

The hotel staff never offered assistance with luggage when we arrived. They also never inquired if we needed ideas of where to eat, shop, etc. You'd think this would be prime opportunity to promote business for surrounding businesses. The room we had was dark and dungy. One bed was ready to pop all the springs. And the TV did not have close caption […] which made it difficult for me to even watch tv being hearing impaired. It's not conducive to handicapped people. Room was clean and secure; nice pool with nice bar close by; fire pit was a plus for the cool evenings and nice place to hang; close to main street for a short walk to many things to do; staff was friendly; breakfast buffet over priced; and do not be surprised by the "extra" parking fee per day; thought that was ridiculous considering the price I paid […] for the room. a but on the pricey side but def a nice hotel in a convenient location to venture off. had the king size standard, not bad at all considering room size. would recommend for friend and family.

the hotel was great. The only thing that was misleading was the indoor pool. It was never open when we were there. Other than that. The place was awesome

Checking in was quick and courteous, but getting to and finding your room was challenging.There was no easy access to your room it took navigational skills just to find it.Parking lot should be numbered so each guest has assurance that they will have a spot, after all you are charged for parking. The hotel staff were all nice . The restaurant/bar is very nice; location is great. Carpeting and bathroom needs upgrading but overall,room is comfortable. However, the sliding glass door towards the patio does not lock and the front office were informed twice-cant be moved either bec apparently they are fully booked.. In the end, we just had to put […] the table and and chair against the door for "some safety". But with the amt of money they ask for a room, we shd be afforded a modicum of safety. An ultra clean property located across the street from the Nantucket/Martha's Vineyard ferry terminal. Huge sprawling property with very nice amenities: pools, outdoor dining, and exercise room. Our check-in was a disaster. We were given a room on the second floor with no entrance anywhere close to it. This property has seen too many additions which […] make the room numbering layout confusing. The front desk gave us a property map, marked our room, and told us which side to park at. However, there were no parking places anywhere near that side. After two laps around the hotel, we returned to the front desk and were told to park at the back and use a particular entrance. We found a parking spot about 30 yards away from the entrance. After dragging two suitcases up the stairs (no elevators), we followed the map, but it took us to "400" numbered rooms--ours was in the "200" numbers. Back and forth down the hallways in both directions to no avail. We dragged the suitcases down the stairs and tried following sings to "Front Desk." When we exited the veranda near the pool, we saw the "100" numbers that matched ours, looked up and saw the "200" numbers near our room. We found a steel staircase near the pool and lifted our suitcases up to the second floor only to find our room entrance tucked into a concealed corner. The maps they provided were outdated and did not show the property as it is today. It was now 45 minutes after check-in and these two weary road warriors were exhausted, frustrated, and angry. Parking here is unreasonable--if not impossible--due to its proximity to the ferry terminal. They offer parking to all at $12.75 per day. That's for guests too. I believe this exasperates the parking situation. It's a beautiful, clean, overpriced 3-1/2 star property, but I would never stay there again. Lisez la suite

The outdoor grounds were perfect. Right on the harbor, plenty of comfortable outdoor seating, nice fire pit and bar and grill with pool and hot tub adjacent. Beautful exterior surrounding the lobby. Easy access to restaurants and pier. Room was large and comfortable. Upkeep of building's exterior leaves a bit to be desired though. Some portions of decking […] around rooms and stairs look like they need some refurbishing or replacing. Also: overnight hotel guests (this means YOU) have to pay for parking! this charge is for every night of your stay. Did not like that at all. Parking for hotel guests should be free. Also, a continental breakfast of some sort would be nice. Lisez la suite

Room wasn't ready by 3pm. Obnoxious kids working the front desk. More volume then the staff could handle. Neighbors are rowdy.

My husband and I spent our anniversary here. What a great location! The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was amazing. Will definitely stay there again in the near future

The hotel was nice. I did not like the location of the room. We were in the back of the hotel and it was very noisy. The AC had to be turned on to block out the hall noise. There was a $25.00 charge for parking for 2 days that I was not aware of until we checked out.

One of the best location in Hyannis. Overlooks the harbor and is within walking distance to the ferries and numerous restaurants and bars. Great pool and bar area. Will definitely be back.
