"Delighted!"
The hotel was very new,clean and pretty. The rooms were large, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The lobby had a pretty staircase going up to the second floor and the pool and spa was open 24/7. We would definitely stay here again on our way to So.Cal.

Everything about this hotel was outstanding. I would recommend it over and over again. Good rooms, good breakfast, good facilities.
The Vagabond was nice. The room was clean and a very good size. The attendants were nice and very helpful
"Nice people but not clean enough for me."
The room was not cleaned properly (left over items from previous guest and carpets did not appear to have been vaccumed well, dirty under beds). We were also told on the phone the rooms would be adjoining and then when we arrived we were told they were not. This is a big problem for a family of 6 with four little ones.

Hotel was OK and the staff were very nice. However the hot tub was out of order and that was the main reason for me staying there. This should have been explained to me before I booked the room as this is the main reason for me to book a hotel room.

It was more that I expected to be. For being in such a small town this hotel has a lot of character. The suites are very spacious. The bed very comfortable besides the fact that i loved the cleanliness. I would certainly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.
"good option for an overnight stay"
Decent place to stay overnight if your are in transit on I-5. Overall the place was clean. Staff was very courteous and attentive. Room felt a little worn and the bed springs seem to have had better days. Continental breakfast is available with hot waffles and cold options, but not as expansive a spread compared to other chains.

Very charming, welcoming and clean. No elevator. Breakfast was limited to sugary yogurt, fresh fruit and breads.

We chose this hotel because it was the half way point on our trip. We were very happy with our stay. Our kids loved the 24 hour heated indoor pool. The room had a DVD player, so we rented movies at the local Redbox. The front desk also has movies you can borrow. The beds were comfy and we all slept great. We loved the hot waffle maker at breakfast. […] They were yummy! The staff was great, they were very quick to bring us the extra towels we requested. They also recomended a great little diner called 6th Street Diner. The food was all homemade, it was really good. We will stay here again! Lisez la suite

I was given a dirty room. Upon telling the front desk they upgraded me to a suite at no additional cost.

Good stopover point from Yosemite over to Monteray. Visitors should drop in the drug store in town for the authentic "diner" experience.

"Los Banos Hotel - close to downtown"
Clean hotel. The cookie at night was a treat. Swimming pool was in great condition, spacious area, secure site, and liked the workout room too. Quiet area.

"Excellent value"
Have stayed in a few places in this area....Los Banos and Santa Nella. Found this venue very clean, nicely appointed and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary continental breakfast was a pleasant surprise (not listed with my reservation). Compared to other facilities in this area, it is comprable to some higer priced properties. Located about 7 min. off I5, nice, place, great rate, average complementary breakfast. Would stay there again. Nearby to Starbucks.

"Confort at the end of a long day's drive"
We were driving from Phoenix to Northern CA, and made this our day one stop and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean, comfortable and the staff were outstanding in arranging for late arrival and parking of truck and car trailer. Would definately stay again.
"Good Clean Room"
Overall the Hotel stay of one night with kids was positive. Very close to Hot City BBQ and Frosters. The breakfast offered was acceptable and presented well. We had two queens and would reccomend this as a sage hotel to stay on travels throught the area. Overall clean and safe.

Very nice accommodation, large room, quiet, clean, comfortable. Ample cont. breakfast, polite, efficient staff. Extras: fresh baked cookies in the evening, free computer use, and we were upgraded from a standard room to a jacuzzi suite! Negative: about 8 miles off Hwy 5 (we weren't in a rush so that was okay for us this time).
"Our stay at vagabond"
I think this is the best choice in Los Banos. Good size rooms, clean, smells good. Non-smoking building. Internet, indoor pool and spa. My family and I had a great time there but I think is good to know the pool was cold, and the spa was not hot like usualy most spas are, it was warm. The spa had too much bleach. My kids love the water so they realy […] didn't care the cold water. The spa smells like detergent seems like they were using the same water from the laundry room. We really don't care, nothing happend to use and we had a great time and we took a realy good shower after that. I will recomend this hotel to someone alse and I will be there soon. We thought this was a very nice hotel and enjoyed our stay there. (Probably the nicest hotel in Los Banos.) Very clean, comfortable and loved the wifi. The staff were very helpful and nice and the breakfast was very good. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
"Reasonable price, clean..."
While we were only there for about 12 hours, most of which were spent sleeping, the hotel is clean, breakfast has some variety and the cost was reasonable
For some reason we were upgraded to a suite. Large room with jacuzzi tub in the bedroom. With a fridge and microwave oven too and king size bed. it was great. Check in was slow but all other aspects of the stay were good. They have a waffle machine at breakfast. There is also a very nice pool and hot tub
"good for what we needed"
We just needed a place to stop over between LA and SF. Arrived at 2am and my reservation was ready and waiting for me. They were nice and friendly. The room was tidy. No the nicest hotel in the world, but it was fine for the few hours of sleep we needed that night.

Chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and it was close to where we needed to be. Staff was very nice and welcoming, clean rooms, comfy beds. Pool was awesome, it was open 24/7, the hot tub was great. Overall, I would definitely stay here again.

For the price, this hotel is hands down the best in the central valley. Really enjoyed the 2 night stay here.

This hotel was more than we expected. The hotel staff were all welcoming and kind. We had just traveled from AZ and decided to stay off the I-5. It is worth the drive. We immediately utilized the refreshing swimming pool and fitness room. Our kids had a blast. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was very quiet and we got a super night's sleep.
