Pour nous c'était le luxe! L'hotel est une succession de grandes maisons de 3 niveaux, chacun ayant sa terrasse privée avec vue sur le Golf et la végétation tropicale. Un vrai appartement décoré comme dans les magazines (entrée, cuisine américaine électro kitchen aid, grand salon)la baie vitrée donne accès à la terrasse privée. 2 salles de bain (tous les produits sont fournis:dentifrice gel douche shampoing après shampoing et lait hydratant) et une immense chambre. La piscine à côté de la réception est grande avec de multiples chaises longues et jacuzzi(les serviettes sont fournies). Le restaurant de l'hotel est très bon, le menu enfant est très bien).Le Spa et la salle de sport en haut de la réception sont très luxueux. Attention cependant, nous sommes à 20 min en voiture de Miami beach, et à côté de l'aéroport (mais on n'entend pas du tout les avions)

Satisfait de tout, sauf peut être de la superficie de la chambre et du lit, qui sont vraiment minuscules

Nous y avons passé deux nuits au début de notre autotour. Hôtel calme, propre. Personnel sympathique et disponible. Petit-déjeuner complet. A proximité de l'US 1 pour rejoindre les principales attractions de Miami. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.

NE PAS SE FIER AUX COMMENTAIRES PRECEDENTS l'hotel est génial les réceptionistes super accueillant et qui parlent francais (1sur3). Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres bien equipées. Les 2 jaccuzis sont au top! Certes il y a une taxe de séjours de 60$ non mentionnées mais a part sa tout était parfait. Hotel tres bien situé a 50 metres des bars et en meme temps l endroit est calme. Seul Hic des vacances lorsque vous louez une voiture bien faire attention au stationnement on ne peut quasiment se garer nul part les parcmètres proposent une durée de stationnement courte et si vous dépassez de 2min vous avez une amende a 90% je parle en connaissance de cause..(18$ a regler sous 1 semaine sinon 48$) des parkings payant et surveillés sont proposés mais 30$ minimum la journée...les fourrieres tournent 24h/24 et la facture s'élève a 300$ prenez garde! Hotel a conseillé vivement 4.5/5

personnels très agréable, mais ils font payer le prix fort à cause de la situation de l'hotel proche d'océan drive. Les chambre sont vieillottes et entretenues au minimum, la propreté laisse à désirer. Bref bien situé, mais cher, en même temps c'est un peu le problème, trouver à Miami beach un hotel pas cher et correct...

Mais un peu bruyant car la fenêtre donnait sur Collins Avenue, nous aurions du demander à être sur l'arrière. Super bien accueilli, personnel très sympa. L'hôtel présente un très bon rapport qualité / prix vu la superbe situation, mais la déco est rudimentaire, ainsi que l'état de la salle de bain (pas de pomme de douche). La chambre et le hall d'entrée sont tout de même propres et les lits sont corrects. L'accès à internet est gratuit mais en fonctionne quand dans le hall d'entrée... "Stay away from this hotel"
Most apathetic and unhelpful staff. Strongly recommend against anyone who wants to have a pleasant stay. Not worth the price you put on it. Staff is totally not interested in solving small hotel problems like checking out the air conditioning.
"Cash for the key!"
It should be noted somewhere that you need to have 20 usd in cash to get the key to the room. Creditcard is not good and this creates problem if you do not know it.

"Hotel near the beach and bars"
Great little hotel, cheap and you get what you pay for but everything worked, and in a great location! no dramas here.

The only thing this place had going for it was the location. It is near everything on the beach. There is no ice machine, restaraunt or bar, and not enough power outlets to charge 2 cell phones in the room. There was also a ten year old tv with really crappy picture.

The Hotel was very European and needs updated. TV wouldn't change channels. You are in South Beach so you shouldn't be watching TV anyway. The Hotel was priced decently but didn't have any frills either. Internet was only accessible from the main lobby. I would stay here again .

My friend and I needed a place to stay for one night in Miami and tropic hotel was a great spot. Walking distance to Lincoln road. Around the corner from cameo the club we partied at. 2 blocks away from the beach. And 3-4 blocks away from south beach restaurant district. We had a great time. Good service. Great location. "you get what you pay for"
me 29 young professional with a 29 young professional gf , never married and no kids. Goal: stay on the beach next to all the action. This hotel accomplish this. Great location. Great Price. Hotel is older art deco very clean. Did not have any issues during our stay. Right across fromm 5 star resorts and south beach!

I stayed here for a conference at the convention center which is a 10 minute walk. It is conveniently located near the busy south beach area. You can't get anything this cheap near there. It is not a new hotel and quite old, but everything was clean and the front desk people were very helpful. "tolle Lage, Zimmer und Rezeption top"
Für den Preis liegt das Hotel sehr gut, nur 1 Block vom Strand entfernt. Die Zimmer, die Rezeption und der Poolbereich sind sehr sauber und gepflegt, nur die Gänge und der Aufzug sollten renoviert werden.

O elevador do hotel está com a verificação pelos bombeiros vencida há mais de 6 meses. Só tem internet no saguão. Os corredores do hotel são fedidos de cigarro, apesar das placas de non-smoking. Os funcionários foram simpáticos, mas só isso, nenhuma ajuda com malas ou coisa do tipo. Não tem frigobar no quarto. A localização é muito boa!

Ho soggiornato 4 notti al Tropics, e mi sono subito pentita di averlo prenotato appena sono entrata.......La posizione è ottima, proprio nel centro di South Beach, ma le condizioni dell'hotel lasciano alquanto a desiderare.....corridoi e stanze anguste, ruggine nei bagni, tubi a vista, insomma, per una notte va bene, ma il prezzo dovrebbe essere decisamente […] più basso!!!!!!.anche perchè tre giorni dopo sono stata in un altro hotel sempre in zona allo stesso prezzo ma di qualità decisamente superiore! "Goed hotel voor rondtrekkende reizigers"
De hotelkamers zijn simpel, erg gehorig en gedateerd. Er zijn mogelijkheden om zelf je eten te regelen. Kookvoorzieningen koelkast ed. zijn beschikbaar en er heerst een gemoedelijk sfeer. Het zwembad, de locatie in het centrum van Miami beach en de redelijke prijs maakt dit hotel aantrekkelijk voor rondtrekkende reizigers.

"Buena ubicacion."
La ubicacion es muy buena, tenes todo cerca. El Hotel es una construccion vieja y mal arreglada pero esta bien si se quiere solamente para ir a dormir. No tenia ni cafetera ni nada para hacerte un desayuno y ellos no lo ofrecen. Estaba limpio y la gente es cordial, todos hablan español.

"Tropics Hotel Miami Beach"
Un hotel muy bien ubicado, muy cerca a Lincoln Rd. y a una cuadra de la playa. En la administración, si solicitas alguna ayuda para llegar a algun lugar, te brindan la información necesaria. Estuvimos una sola noche y en un próximo viaje regresaría sin pensarlo.

Boka inte detta hotell!! När vi skulle checka in så hade någon/några brutit upp dörren till vårt hotellrum (dörren var troligen insparkad). Hotellreceptionen ignorerade oss totalt när vi beskrev problemet. Fruktansvärt otrevlig personal som verkar tycka att inbrott i hotellrum inte hör till ovanligheterna.
Das Tropics liegt an bester Lage nur einen Katzensprung vom Ocean Drive und vom Strand entfernt. Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind dem Preis entsprechend einfach eingerichtet, jedoch immer sauber. A good hotel for the money. It has a pool, nice room sice and tv and a good bathroom. It also has AC. A very good hotel for the price. It lies close to Ocean drive.
Hotellet er helt ok. Litt slitte lokaler og ikke særlig til fasiliteter, mangler frokost men prisen er ok og beliggenheten er bra. Det tar to min. å gå til stranden og 5 min til nærmeste shopping gate. Bassenget er bra og rent. Betjeningen er hyggelige. Dersom du ikke er spesielt opptatt av standard er hotellet absolutt helt greit og kan anbefales.
