Les atouts de l'hotel: un emplacement parfait pour du tourisme, juste à côté de la gare Termini, chambre assez spacieuse et terrasse sur le toit de l'hotel. Les déceptions: le jaccuzzi n'est pas en service même quand il fait 27°C et est minuscule (2 pers maxi), le service bar à la terrasse est décevant (aucun choix et très cher pour ce que c'est). Pour Rome, bon rapport qualité prix même si pour un 4 étoiles, on pourrait attendre plus (c'est davantage un 3 étoiles)

Le séjour a été très agréable, pour des chambres modernes. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, et le personnel très serviable. L'hotel est bien situé à proximité du métro.

L'hotel est plutot bien place a cote de Termini et a proximite du metro A et B, donc access direct au Colisé ou au Vatican. L'hotel n'est pas de premiere jeunesse mais reste confortable. Les chambres ne sont pas tres grandes mais restent habitables. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas lors de notre passage car trop tot dans la saison. Niveau bruit ca reste acceptable, la rue n'est pas trop passante. Le petit dejeuner est de moyen, le cafe n'est pas tres italien mais ca reste acceptable. Pour le prix de la chambre, ca reste une bonne adresse.

Nous gardons une très bonne impression de ce séjour. Nous avons été très bien accueillies. L'hotel est bien placé, pas très loin du centre ville et des transports en commun. Cadre très agréable.

Séjour avril 2012 avec bébé de 1,5 ans (suite avec 1 chambre). Chambre propre et confortable, design intéressant. Hôtel et quartier très calmes, chambres en retrait de la rue et jardin très agréable à l'ombre des arbres. Chambre assez sombre, qui nécessitait d'allumer la lumière même le jour, donc plutôt un hôtel pour un séjour estival. Wifi gratuit, mais connexion assez lente. Petit déjeuner très bon, même si l'on peut regretter le manque de plats chauds. Quelques améliorations possibles: le personnel ne nous a parlé que du métro, à 10-15min de marche, alors qu'il existe d'autres solutions notamment le bus 628 au coin de la rue qui dessert plusieurs points touristiques très intéressants. De manière générale le personnel offre peu d'informations touristiques. L'emplacement n'est pas le plus central, mais c'est le prix à payer pour le calme. Prévoir entre 1/2h et 1h de temps d'approche total pour le centre touristique. Attention cet hôtel est catégorisé comme appart hôtel mais nous l'avons trouvé plutôt mal adapté à cet usage: pas de four ou de micro-onde, très peu d'ustensiles de cuisine, meubles pas toujours pratiques, etc. C'est une cuisine d'appoint pour des clients qui mangeront la plupart de leurs repas en ville. C'est pourquoi nous ne le recommandons pas forcément pour des familles, même si les enfants seront très bien reçus et que le personnel est très sympathique, attentif et serviable. Globalement l'impression générale reste très positive et agréable.

We stayed at the Eurostars International Palace for 4 nights to check out the sights of Rome. The hotel was in a good location in relation to the major attractions and metro line. Breakfast was great value for the price and included a wide variety of food options ranging from traditional Italian to stereotypical American. However hotel decor was aged […] and poorly maintained, owner needs to understand that classic decor and style is only appropriate if well maintained otherwise it is just old and dirty! Standard rooms are small. First room they gave us had a faulty air conditioner. They moved us to a 2nd room directly below it. The roof leaked during the night but the airconditioner worked, the bidet wouldn't empty either. They upgraded us to a better room, air conditioner worked, the faucet wouldn't empty until I removed the stopper. Altogther maintanence […] is a problem Lisez la suite

"Excellent location for exploring Rome"
I had stayed here once before and chose it again to stay with my friends who were travelling Europe. We had a triple room that was spacious enough for the 3 of us to be comfortable. The room was kept clean and it was excellent to have a mini fridge available during the hot weather. We were on the side of the hotel facing the busy Via Nazionale but […] we had no problems with traffic noise and slept well each night. The hotel is in an excellent position to explore Rome as it is near the Termini station as well as Reppublica Metro stop. The walk into the historic centre is also very easy and we walked for most of our stay. Staff are friendly and helpful and we were able to leave our bags securely in the hotel after checking out and collected them again before leaving Rome. I would use this hotel again. Lisez la suite

As long as you don't plan on spending lots of time in your room, this place is perfect. Great location, very clean and modern, good value. Tiny room, but who cares when you're in Rome?

"Hotel Eurostars in Rome"
The room was falling apart, the closet door and the shower doors would not open and close properly. We informed the desk and maintance came up but still did not repair properly. No Coffee in teh room! No coffee in the lobby, you either had to pay for breakfast or leave the Hotel for coffee in the morning.

Very nice experience staying in Rome for the very first time. Free internet - nice benefit. Only negative is upon arrival when we asked where the gym was was we were told that it was under renovations and would be finished sometime 'next month' which was a disappointment. All front desk people speak enough English that we were fine.

There is no onsite coffee unless you buy breakfast and at check out I was told that there was a 15 Euro city tax charge that had to be paid in cash only. "Nice Hotel Tiny Rooms"
Hotel is nice and clean. Location is pretty central. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The only negative was that the room was tiny!! For the price we paid we expected more.

This hotel is situated just about midway between the major sights of the Colosseum, Roman Forum, and the Vatican complex. Everything is easily reachable by foot or metro. I HIGHLY recommend getting a Roma Pass (25 Euros in March 2011)) which takes care of all metro travel and entry into 2 of your first major site visits. Our first 2 were the Colosseum […] and the Roman Forum. The hotel was of excellent quality. The only thing that was a minor drawback, and you will see this throughout European travel, is the open air shower with the half door. This arrangement always allows for water to collect on the bathroom floor outside of the shower. So as long as you know that going into it, take reasonable precautionary measures, and realize you're on vacation in Rome - WHO CARES! One other thing to point out is that the neighborhood where this hotel is located is quite safe and there are many shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The only drawback to the room (besides that it was a bit over my budget) was that it was TINY. I mean, barely enough room to move tiny. However, it was modern, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly, efficient, and helpful, and it was located within walking distance of major attractions and shopping. "Nice - Centrally Located"
This hotel is centrally located. It is definitely for tourists, but that has its perks. It does lack a little charm. The rooms are a good size and clean and the wifi is free as advertised, something that was not always true in Italy. It is a good solid choice.

"Great location, clean, services, and affordability"
I am a frequent traveller to Rome because my girlfriend lives there. This hotel was extremely convenient for us since she works only a few hundred meters from it. The room was always made for us every day and the facilities were clean and orderly. GOOD HOTEL.

We selected this hotel because of it's location and star rating. It was a great central location! We walked or took the metro everywhere and it was easy to do from this locaiton. The hotel was great, but there is a lot of disparity between rooms. We needed 2 rooms and one was roomy and the other was tiny ... both were the same price. Ironically, the […] tiny room was for 2 people and the spacious room was for 1 person. The room for one person had a larger bed (queen or king size) with room to walk around on all sides, a reasonably sized bathroom, a desk and a mini fridge. The room for 2 people had a double bed,no walking/standing room, tiny bathroom, NO desk and NO fridge. The Hotel was extremely clean and a Courteous professional staff. The Location is right in the heart of Rome close to all tourist sites, Metro, and Termini train station. The Room was what you'd expect of a European Hotel, smaller than most American rooms but very clean and comfortable. The only issue was a very minor problem with the automatic lighting […] system in the room, but not a huge inconvenience. we actually left our camera in the room and called from the airport fully expecting to chalk it up as a loss, but the staff located it and are in the process of shipping back to us. "Eurostars International Palace - DO NOT GO!!!!!!"
The bedroom was absolutely tiny, by far the smallest space I've ever had to cram myself into in a hotel, and more than I would normally pay for the priviledge. I was travelling alone, but this was supposed to be a double room for single use - if there had been anyone else in there with me we would have been fighting for oxygen! There was no room to […] fir even a small desk and every time I shuffled past the end of the bed to get into the bathroom (which couldn't accomodate a door becauuse it would have either banged the end of the bed one way or the toilet the other) I bashed my shin on the bed. The bed itself was as hard as concrete, I woke up at 4am aching all down the side on which I was sleeping. The sheets were threadbare, old and a horrible dirty brown colour. Even for Central Rome it was expensive, the building itself is nice but you don't get to experience any of that, you just feel trapped in a tiny room befitting a hostel. "Close to everything!"
We walked to just about every attraction in Rome from this very conveniently positioned hotel. Although it was located on a main road, we did not hear any street or traffic noise. Our room was spacious, neat and comfortable and the bathroom facilities were exactly what we had craved after 4 weeks on the move. "Eurostars in Rome a great find"
The hotel is excellently situated - in a lovely area and just a few blocks from the metro. It is clean, quite and comfortable.
The room was not as pictured on the hotels.com website. It was very small and cramped. The front desk was grossly understaffed when we arrived and the staff was not very helpful with explaining how to get to the room, help with luggage, etc. I was disappointed overall.

This hotel is located a convenient short distance from the train station and on a major thorough fare. The room was clean and had a good wash chamber. However, the air conditioning is not as good as in other hotels in Italy and was noisy. The major downfall however was the bed. While billed as a double bed, it seemed very small in comparison to other […] double beds in Italy. The worst however is that the beds are of poor quality and you will surely wake with a back ache. "AMAZING HOTEL"
The hotel was everything we expected it to be. The service was great. The rooms were very comfortable and very clean. My only complaint is that I wasn't able to stay there longer. If Im ever in Rome again, I will certainly return to the EuroStar Palace Hotel.

Close to all major sites in Rome. Hotel located 10 minutes (walk) from Roma Termini (THE main train station) and 10 minute walk to all major sites (except the Vatican). Great service at the front desk. Hotel lobby is non-existent. Hotel charges for internet, which should never be the case.
"Good Location, uncomfortable bed"
Location was great. The hotel was very clean and accommodations (towels, sheets, bathroom) felt new. The only downside was the bed size that was provided (since we booked through hotels.com). We received a french bed which was entirely too small for two people and felt more like a "glorified cot". It was very uncomfortable. The only reason we fell asleep […] at night was because we were so tired from seeing the amazing city. When we tried to upgrade our room, the employees acted as though I was putting them out in some way (an never upgraded my room). If you are pressed on the location of this hotel I would HIGHLY recommend staying a few doors down at The Opera Hotel. We ended up staying there a night because we needed sleep. It was a 3 star hotel that was 10 times as "cool" and with perfect accommodations compared to the eurostars. Plus the employees were great :) Lisez la suite

The A/C was "broken," however we're pretty sure this was a perpetual state. The room was so hot that we could not take it, and we went to a different hotel (and we weren't the only ones to do so).

The hotel is located on a major route and is in a decent neighborhood. The location is good to walk to major attractions. Sleeping room and bathroom were very small, but may be the norm in Rome. We spend very little time in room, anyway.
Not too bad of a place. The AC went down, which I really didn't care about, but my pregnant wife wasn't too comfortable. Two days later when we left, it still wasn't fixed...

Small room but beautiful and clean, which is all I was looking for. Pillows aren't the most comfortable but the bed isn't bad. Shower is nice and large. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is close enough to the Termini that it can be walked to, but far enough away that I would feel safe going out at night with someone else (in the direction […] away from the Termini!). If you don't mind walking, it isn't too difficult to get to the Colosseum, Forum, Trevi fountain, Pantheon, Spanish steps, but to get to the Vatican (which we did not have time for), I would walk to the nearest metro (Republica, between a 5-10 minute walk). The hotel was nice. Rooms were super small. Location is within walking distance to train station and good bus stops nearby. Hotel staff was pretty rude with little character. Breakfast was not included in our room rate which was odd for this hotel. Internet was a racket... had to pay. I decided on this trip I like 3 star hotels in Europe. Location is excellent - in the heart of Rome's center with lots of eateries, ruins and parks. Lots of hills and traffic so need to be able to walk well. The hotel's decor and building is classic, has a nice coffee shop with a breakfast buffet. The bathroom was super and the bedroom was average. The location is fabulous- so close to everything essential. The rooms were normal size for European rooms- and the bathrooms were decent size as well. The only complaint I have was that they had turned the air conditioning off for the season, so there was absolutely no air flow in the room which made it very stuffy and hot at night. This hotel definitely not a 4*. Our room was a shoebox (small for italian/european standards even). the beds were hard also. the location wasn't bad at all though, which was the only redeeming factor. the breakfast was not very good either, and they were not so good at replenishing things like shampoo and body wash.
