Une nuit de transit à proximité de l'hôtel et ça a été de trop... Des bouteilles et des emballages sou le lit, un bruit effroyable dans l'ensemble de l'hôtel toute la nuit... Hôtel (si on peut appeler ça un hôtel) à éviter.

This was absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The first room they gave us the toilet was detached and in the closet. the second room the carpet was flooded near the bathroom, there was trash from the last stayers and the shampoo, conditioner and soap had been used. their pillows really suck I would recommend bringing your own. The tv really sucked the channels kept coming in and out but I didn't stay in my room much more then to sleep. Although my stay was comfortable and we had an awesome bed, the hotel charged me for the room even though i had already paid through Hotels.com. Luckily a manager caught the mistake, but I'm still fighting and waiting for the return on my Visa card. The price is good and the neighborhood is very convenient to Van Ness Ave. that has many restaurants […] and a movie theater(which is what we frequented for the weekend) On the one hand, Yes, I may recommend this establishment to friends AS LONG AS THEY KNOW THAT THEIR CARD MAY BE DOUBLE CHARGED and ensure that that doesn't happen to them. Started the evening getting stuck in the bathroom. Buddy had to get me out. Then toilet overflowed in the middle of the night, flooded half the room and part of the hallway.

The room was in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The window probably was my favorite thing. Most hotels have ac and can't open a window for fresh air and this room did. I would book a room here anytime I come back up there

We stayed in room 402 with a single queen bed. The window had no screen so a couple of bugs flew in but no big deal. Having no air conditioning was not bad for February but in the summer could be bad. Only a heater in the room. The shower curtain had some pink mold on it and the grout in the shower needed better cleaning but sink, toilet, tub and floor […] in bathroom spotless. Plenty of hot water. Excellent Wi-Fi! Basic cable TV--about 30 channels. No cups for water and no coffee or microwave in the room but ice machine on 2nd floor patio. Carpet and furniture clean. Bedspread clean and sheets clean. Sheets very thin and bathroom towels a bit worn but very clean. Not anywhere as bad as many reviews I read. Oh, the bed was quite comfy and they are in the process of redoing rooms--rolls of brand new carpet covered in plastic in the parking garage (which is secured with a remote door that seems to be operated by the front desk person. We stayed there for one night. Through the night, we found 12 cockroaches in our bath room and bedroom. That was terrible.We'll never stay there again even it's $1 for stay fee.

I read on a review that "you get what you pay for" which is true, however I was expecting less. The hotel was quiet, great location (2miles from Chinatown, 2 min to height and ashbury), and free parking (they lock the gate at night which made me feel safe)! The place was convenient, it lacked an AC but other than that the price was good for the one night we stayed there, I would recommend it I'd your just in town for that night.

Location okay but nothing else to say good... Garage was littered with mattresses and boxed springs- hope they were not the "new" ones since they were not wrapped in plastic or anything and just lying on the concrete... No air conditioning in room and was to noisy on a main busy road to leave window open. Every trash bin in hallways was over flowing […] onto the floor.. Room looked just pics - would not stay here again. One desk clerk said he "could print our boarding passes but NOT WITHOUT A FEE...!!!" needless to say we gave them the benefit of the doubt because of the cost but they just confirmed all of my initial reservations about staying there. The room was old and outdated. The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep. The free wi-fi never worked. The TV was old and outdated. I will never stay there again.

As a frequent frugal hotel visitor I would have been satisfied overall except for one problem... bugs in the hotel room. I dont know if they were cockroaches but they looked like them to me. We killed 8 of them in the 1st 15 minutes in the room. Luckily, there were none in the bedding. I stripped the bed to make sure. We didnt see any again until Late […] into the night when I got up for a drink of water and spotted one scurrying across the desk when I turned the light on. I have stayed here a couple times, Close enough to walk to Bill Graham Civic Center. The room is decent, however the only disappointment was the free wireless internet in the room which was dismal ....

If you like cockroaches, you'll love the Oasis.

Look, this place isn't the Ritz, but for the price and location it was perfect. Our room was clean, there was free parking and the noise wasn't that bad. Great place to stay if your on a budget, I'll be back.

The room are nice but the room carpet oozes a stinky old unkempt smell. The hallways carpet smells like a urine spilled on it and was not clean. Otherwise, its a a okay place.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No A/C so the room gets hot and stays hot all night that you can't sleep. Plus the hotel is on one of the busiest streets in SF so it's really noisy with the cars driving by, even with the windows closed. And if you have your windows closed, you will basically be trying to sleep in a hot oven. To make everything […] worse, the hotel seems to attract international backpackers/travelers who's looking for a cheap hotel. These travelers stay in the common areas because their room is hot too and they smoke marijuana/drink and the hotel doesn't seem to care. Lisez la suite

Upon arriving we noticed the room was extremely hot, tried to regulate it with the thermostat, but it did not work. Great location, good sized rooms, ,near downtown, free parking, street noise a problem. But my lord the bed were the worst ever..we both woke up with terrible back aches . Fix the beds and it a great deal.

Usually my husband and I take negative hotel reviews with a grain of salt. We really are not too picky as we usually camp. However, in this case we should have taken heed. If you stay here you should have a "camper's mind set." The bed linens were dirty when we arrived and the shower curtain was covered in mold. There was no water in the hot tub, so if this is something that you want you should call ahead to make sure the hot tub is in operation. It was quite a small tub for the entire hotel. But WORST of all was how very hot it gets at night in a fourth floor room. There is NO air conditioning in this hotel. When we stayed in August it was much warmer in the room than outside. When we asked the desk clerk he explained that there were only three fans and other guests had them. We slept with the window and curtains open to cool the room making it quite bright and noisy and difficult to sleep. One evening we discovered that the hotel rooftop door is often ajar, affording lovely views of the city. But, if you have children, this is quite dangerous since there is no wall or fence between you and the four story drop to the street below. The plus is that it is in a GREAT location. We walked everywhere, which is a great way to see the city. But if you value cleanliness and a good night's sleep you should select a different hotel. Lisez la suite

Old building with rooms that could use renovation. However the sheets and towels were clean and so was the bathroom. Don't expect breakfast. Good location!

After looking at reviews from other customers I wasn't expecting a lot. The rooms were old but clean. The neighborhood was okay. The free parking was a plus. The price was good for SF. The hotel was located in a central area for us. I would stay there again.

The hotel is OK, but the neighborhood is not. Even if it is not very far away from Union Square, it's not a nice walk down there. I guess the hotel could be OK if you are not very picky.

The Hotel wasn't that bad, the room was decent, but the front desk clerk, kinda old hippie dude wasn't very friendly. Didn't even say hello, first words out of his mouth were, "I need to see Credit card and ID please?" But definitely stay if you are on a tight budget.

Good hotel

In reading the previous reviews prior to booking the reservation i was a bit concerned. When we arrived, we noticed that it is in an older part of San Francisco. it was a bit noisy due to sirens but for the price and FREE PARKING it was fine for one night. Hotel staff were helpful with directions to our destination. Check in was delayed by two and a half hours waiting in the lobby. The front desk guy was less than helpful (to say the least) and even yelled at me at one point, all because their system was delayed/behind somehow (WHICH WAS NOT MY PROBLEM BUT QUICKLY BECAME ONE) Once into my room, because of some overload on their server/system, I was unable to use […] the internet at all during my stay. For someone who depends on internet access for work,like myself, this was a major setback and probably ended up costing me about six hundred dollars lost. I also was told by one guest that the front desk person literally yelled at them and another friend was screamed at and told there were no visitors, which hotels of this nature have no legal authority monitering. The only thing that's good is the Price and Location. I wouldn't say it was dirty but it was Very OLD and bad.

An inexpensive hotel in SF might get you a room but you pay a price...toilet not cleaned, floors/carpets/ furnitue with hair, stains on the bedspreads and sheets and even on the mirrors...then in the middle of the night the heater started to make a loud hum so much so I had to change rooms to get some sleep!

Where should I start? No toilet paper, I had to call the front desk for some. Bugs crawling on the walls, sink, toilet. The window was left open (no screen) so lots of leaves were on the floor. The place looked like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. When I turned on the faucet in the bathtub, it was brown. Had to wait a few minutes until clean water would […] come out. I wasn't expecting much from this hotel, so I wasn't diassappointed. It's cheap and there is FREE parking. It's outdated but pretty clean overall. If you're just looking for somewhere cheap to crash for a night, this is it

This place is a dump. Staff barely courteous and overly suspicious and at times rude. They made me feel like I was some kind of crook. I will not use this place again.
