Il faut savoir que certaines chambres (ou plutôt studios par ailleurs très confortables) sont sans aucune vue. La chambre que nous avons occupée donnait sur un petit patio couvert donnant lui même sur un mur très rapproché, d'où une impression de dormir dans une cave. We had two rooms, they put us in rooms 1611A and 1711A. Very nice, clean, comfortable rooms with a window view of a wall. The other rooms have great views, would have been great if even one of our rooms had a great view.

hotel was overpriced, check in was late and check out was too early-10:00! The first room we got was in a dark hole...careful not to get one of those rooms. They did move us to a room that wasn't so dark and below street level. I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of the price.

This is more of a resort than a hotel. Bit much for an overnight stay. Good location to main street. Very nice rooms, much like an apartment except if you want a view you need to ensure your not in the basement suites. Pool on the roof was great. There are shops and restaurants nearby and there is no real parking regulations and anyone can park there […] which means you sometimes cannot park anywhere near your room which is a real downside to this resort. We were in a second floor studio in the new section with fabulous views. The only problem was that the heater was very load when it turned on and woke us up in the middle of the night. Hotel was in a great location, room was actually a well furnished apartment with fully stocked kitchen, washer-dryer, dishwasher, 2 large screen TV's, large double sink bathroom. Only negative was housekeeper didn't replace broken lightbulb. Would stay there again.

All in all the hotel was very beautiful and friendly. Great pool and jacuzzi area along with gym and lounge area. The location is great for any site and walking distances to most shops and tourist locations. Very pleased with our visit and stay.

we were so pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of this room. the views from the large balcony were spectacular and the location in mid-Sedona was very convenient. we will make plans to go back mostly because of the property and the beautiful room

Hotel is centrally located in Sedona and very reasonably priced, especially for what you are getting. Housekeeping did not clean rooms till about 3 pm. That was the only drawback. But everything else was fantastic. Their pool had gorgeous mountain view.

The property was very nice. Lighting in the room was terrible. I had to go outside to put on makeup and the lighting was too dim for reading. View was lovely from our room. They charged us an extra $20 "resort fee" which paid for housekeeping, security, etc. We have never had to pay extra for these services, they were always part of the price.

Was good for our purposes, but note that it is a unit in a timeshare development, so it doesnt have some of the conveniences of a convention hotel room/building - but most services are available onsite. They did push the deaded site tour and timeshare investment promo talk in return for a $100 certificate for local […] retaurants, but accepted or negative response without any hassle. No wait at all to check in or out (actually seemed to have a LOT of staff for this kind of place), good cleaning and maintenance staff. Unit was well appointed and included small kitchenoid unit, minus the stove, and small balcony. WiFi is free and fast.The annoying "resort fee" typical of hotels in the area was reasonable/low. Knew it was a timeshare place beforehad, so the studio actually seemed a bit on the small size at first, but offered a practical layout that was functional if lacking in, say, yoga-space. We stayed for one night at the two bedroom suite - the suite was spacious, everything was new - there was a washer and dryer inside the unit which was helpful. We loved the outdoor hot tub and the hotel is right next to a bunch of shops (there was a wine shop too close to starbucks)

Upon checking in i was pushed to attend a 90 minute presentation about what sounded like a time share at the Hotel. Then when we got to the room it was Small. My husband and I stayed here last weekend for our 1st wedding anniversary and it was a perfect location. Our 1 bedroom suite was gorgeous and with the beautiful decor, granite coutertops, fireplace, electric stove, confortable couch, beautiful dual sink bathroom with the lovely red stone tiled bathroom and glass door shower. We especially loved the […] jacuzzi tub next to the bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable and we loved being ableto walk out onto our private patio from our room to take in the scenery. The hotel is located right next to the shops and excursion booths. It even has it's own little mall with the Wildflower Bread Company Coldstones, and a few places to shop. This place was gorgeous, convenient, and I have absolutely nothing bad to say. We had a phenomenal vacation! This resort has beautiful views of Sedona. The check in time is a little late but they were very nice to extend our check out time. My inlaws from NewYork want to make this Sedona trip a yearly tradition but this time we will stay for 1 or 2 WEEKS. LOVE THIS PLACE

Great place to stay for families, and having a one bedroom with washer and dryer was key for us! When we walked into the condo, the kids said, "this is like having a house!" Everything was new and very nicely decorated, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay there again!

The condo was great. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. It had a large kitchen area that was completely stocked and had a full size fridge! The unit also had a compact washer and dryer. Pool was a little far from our unit but we had great views. Our kids said the pullout couch was comfortable but our king size bed was lumpy.

We booked a 2 bed condo and were really surprised at the quality and luxury of the accommodation. It was really t adjacent rooms, one huge room with large sitting area inside, full luxury kitchen, bedroom with ensuite whirlpool bath and separate luxury walk in shower and bathroom with his and hers sinks. Bedroom and lounge led to balcony overlooking […] redrocks with comfortable seating and table. Kitchen equipped with everything you'd need - huge cooker, microwave, toaster, cog=fee maker, smoothie maker, dishwasher and washing machine and dryer and full size fridge freezer with icemaker..2nd room had small kitchen area with fridge, microwave and coffee maker, small sitting area and ensuite bathroom with bath and over bath shower as well as his and hers sinks. Also had a balcony and seating with not such a good view. Outdoor pool also had 2 hot ubs and fabulous views. Large barbecuing areas throughout site with gas BBQs. We checked out then stayed all day using pool and health club facilities to shower and change at the end of the day before moving on - luxurious changing room with everything you need. Check in staff - Lynette was really friendly and helpful and seemed to really want us to enjoy ourselves. We booked an off road buggy from just down the road and followed the 3 well used off road tracks (map provided at the Sedona off-road centre) which was great fun.
