I will never ever us hotle.com agen or will I tell eny one to us it ....I asked for a sweet with a hot tube and was told yes yes that's what u have ...and when I get there that was not what I got and was told I didn't ask for that and there's nuthing thay would do for me I was told I have to talk to hotle.com about it ...pluse the pic. Of the room I […] thout I was geting was nuthing like what I got I'm so un happy with both cumponys never agen will I us hotle .com thay are nuthing but a rip off and same with the hotle I went too. Thought the room was great for a good rate. Beds were very comfortable and I actually slept, which I normally don't sleep well in a new place. My only downfall was that breakfast wasn't all that great. But overall would recommend it and it was easy to find. AND, there was a great restaurant within walking distance.

This is one of the cleanest hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. Just as clean as bigger hotels in Las Vegas I've stayed in. The workers are very friendly and very good. The breakfast is excellent and the lady working there is so sweet. No complaints whatsoever about this hotel!! Look forward to staying there again if needed.

How wonderful to spend the holiday with your loved ones and all the kids. How wonderful for Grandma and Grandpa to go home early to a quiet room, while the young ones 'dance the night away.' Loved it.

I rented two different rooms for family members over the Thanksgiving holiday. Both members could not stop raving about the comfort of the bedding, cleanliness of the room and how delicious the breakfast buffet was. I will not hesitate to rent rooms there for future guests.

Check in was fast. Hotel room was nice, updated and clean. No complaints. Would stay again.

I travel to Sacramento/Elk Grove for work. I stay at this Holiday Inn Express every visit. It is always clean, and quiet. Staff is friendly. I would recommend this place.

It has a convenient location, easy on/off freeway access. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and varied; only complaint that the hot items could be warmer. verything is good, ecept a litte noisy, can hear some noise outside when sleeping

We were in town for a matial arts event. We live 2.5 hours away but decided to come up the night before to prevent rushing the day of the event. We had 2 adults and 3 children ages 10-15. Plenty of space for all of us. We had the queen suite. Our littlest one slept on the pullout couch and was very comfortable. Pool was nice, clean and cool. Only thing […] was the front desk rep thought we should use our room towels for the pool as he was low on towels. Continental breakfast got us by until lunch.. I would stay here again if we had to.. We stayed there for one night. I was blown away by the efficiency and kindness of the front desk, the cleanliness of the main entry area and of the rooms and b fast and pool areas. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, a HUGE forgotten promise in todays hotel world. Very great value for the money spent. Room very spacious, great technology […] base to work from, and a nice strong water-pressured shower. I would definitely stay again when in the area. The only drawback was being a tiny bit away from the main Elk Grove thoroughfare, but that did not matter. Great job Holiday Inn Express, first Disneyland now Elk Grove!!! Thank you. Lisez la suite

I live a about 2 hours from friends and family and when I stay in town I usually stay here. It is always very clean. Quiet and the staff has always been extremely helpful. The breakfast were always ready when I was on my way out the door and any requests I made responded to in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place if you were staying […] in Sacramento or Elk Grove. I also want to mention that there are a few restaurants within walking distance (1 - 10 minutes). so depending on how fast you want to eat you can walk or drive. A nice little thing when you have been in your car for a few hours or more. The only small part that might be a put off is that it is about 10 minutes from downtown Sacramento. So if you have business to attend to their you need to be aware of the morning commute. But other than that Stay here if you want peace and quiet. Lisez la suite

Rooms are small and they also have a door that connects you to another room. Did not like also that carpets are filthy and room smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes just before i checked in.

this is a nice hotel, clean, convenient and comfortable. We stayed at the Hampton Inn across the street on our last visit and had housekeeping problems every day. We were offered a free night but it wasn't worth it to go back. We have stayed at this hotel on two occasions - once during the Thanksgiving holiday and once during a summer vacation. Both times we were impressed by the quality and cleanliness. We will definitely stay at this hotel again. Just one very minor drawback . . . I was out walking my dog late at night and the driveway in front of the hotel is used as a […] thoroughfare by local traffic and they usually speed in front of the hotel. Convenient location, on/off freeway access. Resturants, shopping 1 exit away. Breakfast varied and plentiful, only con could be hotter. Would definitely stay again.

I loved the whole experience and I was very happy that they accepted my dog. Since I have been back home, I've told everybody about how nice my stays were in The Holiday Inn Hotel.
