L'hôtel méritait un rafraichissement général mais chambre grande et propre. Excellente situation en bord de mer avec plage privée.

Emplacement de rêve sur une plage interminable de sable immaculé. Un peu vieillissant mais très correct. Petit-déjeuner un peu complexe... Si vous avez une réservation l'incluant, il risque de ne pas être entièrement compris: faites-vous expliquer la règle!

I was a little disappointed in the accomodations. The hotel, at least our room, was way overpriced for what you got.Our room faced the court yard and parking lot. On the plus side, the hotel was conveniently located, the Tiki Bar was great, and the restaurant at the hotel was very good. We ate most of our meals there. We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn. It was right on the beach and close to Sanabel Island which we visited three times. Also we went to the Ford and Edison Winter Homes which was enjoyable. It is not far from the International Airport which is another plus.

The hotel was overpriced for the small single room; however, I was willing to pay it for being on the beach. I would never again stay at a beach front hotel. I was captive. It was my first time to Ft. Myers Beach. (You know how it is, you hope you have made the right choice)! I was so looking forward to my vacation! And all I can say is, not only was this hotel the right place, it was "The Perfect Place"!! The room was very nice, the location was incredible, the beach was fabulous,"TheTiki Bar" connected to the hotel was […] THE place to be at night!! The staff and the people that gravitiate there were AMAZING!! It was FUN every evening!!! The bands that played were equally as fun...GREAT music!! Most people were on the dance floor!! Each day after enjoying the beach, we would go to the same bar for lunch, so relaxing and the food was terrifiic each time! This hotel is located close to a CVS and a 7-11. Across the street, there is a plaza that has a little of everything, including a popular hangout for the locals and visitors alike called "Castaway". You will feel comfortable the minute you walk in! The reason why I booked this hotel for a night is because of the location: direct access to a white sand beach that looks like paradise. And to tell the truth, the pictures are not lying: beaches are awesome on this island. Basically I paid an expensive price for a beach, because the hotel is more like a second class motel with outdated rooms and amenities, […] bad bedding, and bad noise isolation. The Room and surrounding area was fine.....but WAY over priced for a Holiday Inn!!!!

Great Tiki Bar location, energy and music. Beer and food could be a lot better. Had a good time on a winter break.

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at this hotel. You can walk for hours on one of the nicest beach that we have seen. The music and atmoshphere at the Pinchers restaurant and bar by the beach and the pool was entertaining enough that we did not have to leave the hotel during our stay. The beach by this hotel is amazing. Hotel isn't the nicest on the beach, but the amount of sand, live music from Pinchers pits the rest to shame. Great place for the price. Live in ft. Myers, but will stay again when we want to go out to the beach!

I enjoyed my stay and the location to the beach and surrounding sights. The king size bed in my room was not very comfortable and made all kinds of popping noise when I moved around. Other than that, all was good.

Good Beach location for Fort Myers Beach ; good bar beach with live music; rooms are not 3 stars quality but can do when on vacation and just want to go to beach .

My fiance and I went down for the weekend for a friend's wedding. We had a basic king non-smoking room. Nice side view of the gulf from the hotel balcony. The room was basically a bed with a bathroom. Clean, comfortable. Don't bring too much luggage. The hotel is on the beach side, but the walk to the water is loonnngggg. A lot of beach. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, & the beach was AMAZING! The only downfall was the service was horrible at the the tiki bar! But the band was good, overall I would stay again!

Clean hotel......a bit dated. Beachfront property..........but you do have to walk a bit to get to the waterfront. Thought it was a bit pricey for the condition of the hotel.

Hotel is on a very nice section of the beach - best beach in area. Rooms and factilities from 1950's though yet updated and clean. Band outside in evenings played the bass so loud it shook the building and interefered with TV, reading, etc. (and we were on the side away fro mthe band!) Good possibility if you are ok with older place and average to […] lower level room if your time will be spent on the beach. Not good if used to nice places and want quiet in evenings. Had a mini-fridge though which was nice. Staff was pleasant. Restaurant satisfactory. Unhelpful though in terms of getting bass turned down; restaurant/bar manager Marcus didn't seem to care. A little trafic getting out to Ft Myers Beach but the accommodations are great. Price is reasonable and beach is beautiful.

Great location on the beach, convenient to stores, restaurants, trolley stop. Room was comfortable and clean, staff from maintenance, housekeepers, restaurant, front desk all were friendly and helpful. Nice pool. We enjoyed our stay very much and would go back again. Restaurant at the hotel was good and reasonably priced.

This place is awesome!!! No compliants what so ever. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the towels so soft! The amount of beach area was amazing! Staff was wonderful. When we go back we will be booking here. We will recommend to everyone we know that may be planning a vacation in the area to stay here.

Great time. Restaurants and Tiki Bar are great. The beach outside is huge and beautiful. Good entertainment in the evening on the outside deck. We lucked out as "The World Championship of Sand Sculpturing" was going on during our stay and the hotel handled the crowds very well. Enjoyed the pool and the shuffleboard. This place had some bad reviews online but I didnt let that sway me when me and my girlfriend needed a couple nights on the beach. This hotel is the only small hotel on the end of the island. It has a nice beach area and plenty of places to lie down and enjoy the weather. I would stay here again. It is small but clean and tidy.

This hotel is very well maintained, looks new even though it is over 30 years old. Their beach by far the best beach in Ft. Meyers or Sanibel, its huge with clean, soft, white sand. Cabanas and wave runners rented on site. Great Pool, nice little Tiki Bar with a sunset view (bring some bug spray). The hotel is within walking distance of many restaurants […] and bars yet far south of the crowded downtown area. I really like it alot

Måst säga att vi vart glatt överraskade , ett fint litet hotell med direkt beach access och egen pool. Bra mat om man älskar det amerikanska köket, bra fisk och skaldjur. Resonanbla priser bra happy hour. Vi kommer definitivt att åka tillbaka.

Fantastiskt läge helt nere till stranden. Det ända minuset var restaurangen på hotellet där det var dålig service och inte den bästa maten.

Het is een mooi hotel, goed verzorgde kamers, met een mooie badkamer. De ligging is ook perfect, aan de ene kant het strand en een zwembad, en aan de andere kant een klein winkelcentrum met leuke winkels en restaurants. Bij het hotel zelf is ook de Tikibar, waar je onder het genot van live muziek heerlijk kunt eten en de ondergaande zon boven de zee […] kunt zien.
