The customer service in this hotel was very poor. Here a re some examples - Taxis, wasnt told I needed to book at reception with my room number. Receipts - reception could not give me any. I was given wrong directions a number of times by staff. Coffee machine at breakfast was not working correctly for 3 mornings consectively. Coffee was very poor quality. […] Breakfast room was very busy and service was poor. I travel to Warsaw every month and I will never stay in this hotel again. Finally the beds are far too hard. The hotel was convenient to the business that I had in Warsaw. In additon it was convenient to the Old Town and within easy walking distance. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Excellent location near the old town ,but not too far from the centre either, though rush hour traffic is a mess. Very clean and comfortable and easy to access wifi conenction in the lobby, though my smartphone couldn't pick up the signal adequately

Very nice hotel. Bed was comfortable. Probably the best shower in more than a week. Staff was quite friendly.

The location was perfect, not too close to the old town that you get all the noise, neither that far away that you need to take a cab! Metro station is close by (but a little hard to find the first day). If i need to be picky on something, the internet connection sometimes didn't work on the room, but well, it was a free service, and it worked perfect […] at the bar. Lisez la suite

Mycket trevligt hotell som jag skulle kunna tänka mig att bo i nästa gång jag besöker Warszawa. Ligger lite på sidan av men det går att promenera in till centrum utan problem eller så tar man spårvagnen som ligger alldeles intill hotellet. Även ära till tunnebanan som bara ligger 4 mins gångväg från hotellet. Trevligt bemötande av personalen. Det enda […] jag kan klaga på är en extremt hård säng som min rygg inte pallade med. Vid incheckning skedde misstag från personal vilket medförde att två av tre i resesällskapet inte fick äta frukost i fred. Blev varje morgon "jagade" för betalning istället för att i lugn och ro få inta frukost. Frukost ingår inte i men det var sagt att vi betalade alla våra frukostar vid utcheckning. Inte ok alls. Dessutom var flera i receptionen lite […] väl okvalificerade och det tog tid för mista detalj. Trots bokningsbekräftelse på 3 enkelrum blev vi hänvisade ett enkel-och ett dubblerum! Tog en stund att få det rätt. Åker tillbaka till Warszawa imorgon men har valt ett annat hotell. Lisez la suite

Just as a Ibis Hotel... Tried to get the bottle of water.. and informed me out side of hotel 24hour Kiosk, But there were some drunken guys and girls, Seemed like a bothering one old guy To use a internet, internet is working but not strong enough to use in the own room I found some people using the computer in Lobby, After I tried to connect internet, […] I found out, I also have to go Lobby The Manager of restaurant is not so kind, so please be careful... If you choose an IBIS (wherever in Europe) you can be pretty sure that everything about the hotel will be just fine. From this particular hotel you can easily walk to the Old Town or take a (ramshackle) tram to the downtown district. In addition there are interesting holocaust memorials just around the corner. Parking in the hotel garage, however, was […] surprisingly expensive, and what annoyed us the most was the lack of toilet brushes in the rooms. If you are sharing the room with someone, this is an important matter. We've been told that NOT supplying toilet brushes is company policy at IBIS Poland. Well, if so, this is a very stupid policy! Es un hotel copletamente nuevo situado a unos 5 minutos del metro que te deja en el centro de la ciudad y que está situado a unos 20 minutos de la zona antigua o monumental. Las habitaciones son escasas, más bien pequeñas. No hay mucho espacio en ellas. El baño suficiente, El desayuno más bien caro, unos 7 euros. Hvis man ikke har høye krav til komfort kan dette være et alternativ. Beliggenheten er ikke den beste, rommene er enkle og servicen er helt grei. Et billig alternativ for de med lave hotellbudsjett, ikke noe mer.

Hotellet ligger relativt nära Gamla Stan. Direkt omgivande kvarter är dock inte så spännande. Rummen är olikartade, vi hade ett stort rum däremot våra bekanta råkade ut för mindre. Hotellet var mycker rent, all teknik fungerade som det skulle.

Hotellrommet var helt greit interiørmessig. Vi savnet safe på rommet, men det hadde de på et rom nede ved resepsjonen. Litt tungvint da resepsjonist måtte låse meg inn og få signatur hver gang. Ellers var sengen hard. Hotellet ligger i perfekt avstand fra gamlebyen. Vi tok drosje til sentrum og kjøpesenter, det koster nesten ingenting.
