Hotel Hetman - Varsovie

We stayed three nights at this hotel and we really enjoyed it. From the hotel it is a short walk to tram stops, the eastern train station and the old town. The Zoo is also nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. Our room did not have A/C, so it might get hot during the summer, however we had a balcony, which was great. The rooms are nice and very clean. Perfect new bathrooms a nice little balcony and a good chair and table for working. There is a big park very close to the hotel, that is perfect for the morning run. It takes 15-20 minutes to walk over the bridge to the old city, or one can be there in 10 with the tram. Good, and I love the breakfast!

We spend here only 2 nights, but it was a very nice experience : very clean, a lot of good food for breakfast, very nice and helpful staff. We recommend to everybody.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Hetman Hotel! You can easily walk across the bridge or take tram 26 (and maybe others) to get to the Town Center, the Royal Way and Nowa Swiat. The zoo is also easily walked to. We felt safe walking around in the Praga area. There is a Mall just a few blocks away including a grocery store. We ate at an excellent little […] place called Czarny Motyl just a short walk away. We also enjoyed visiting the small stores and bakeries nearby. We took two trams #26 for about five stops and then #22 to get to the Warsaw Rising Museum. Our rooms were of a good size and extremely clean. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The front desk was always willing to give us directions and order us a taxi on the morning which we left. Nice hotel, large room and bathroom. Big windows with the street view, however it's not noisy. The only drawback was the towel dryer in the bathroom which was constantly cold. Free water and tea/coffee is a nice addon.

Reception very helpful, hotel near tram lines with easy access to city centre. Room very comfortable. Breakfast buffet offered a wide choice and of a high standard.

90% of the time we were there, we had to wake some one at reception. They were very short of staff. The room was hot and musty. TV did not work. No one offered to take our luggage to our room. Only one meal, breakfast, was served at the hotel and they were late opening the door for breakfast. All in all, we were ready to leave that hotel as soon as […] possible. Lisez la suite

About a 1.5 mile walk to Old Warsaw.

Local great, 10 mins walk from the Old town, good restaurants nearby, tram to anywhere in city for 2 Zl just over the road. Hotel clean, well run and staff friendly. Breakfast OK, not great but better than most. Rooms large with en-suite and free wi-fi. Only complaint was it was a touch cold for us, we couldn't find the heating and they didn't change […] the towels in 3 days. Other than that a great bargain and a very good 3 star hotel. Vi bodde på Hotel Hetman i 3 nätter i Februari 2012. Ett utomordentligt fräscht hotell med en god frukost. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Bor här gärna igen när vi ska besöka Warszawa! Hotellet har även ett bra läge i stadsdelen Praga.

Hotellet hadde en fin beliggenhet med kort avstand til kjøpesenteret Carrefour, Zoo og en stor park som omkranset zoo, med blant annet lekeplass. Hotellet fremsto innbydende og velholdt. Frokostbuffèen var variert, rommene rene og personalet hyggelig. Det eneste som trekker ned er at rommene som vender mot gata er veldig utsatt for støy. Kävelymatkan päässä Varsovan itäiseltä rautatieasemalta sekä eläintarhasta. Palvelu ystävällistä ja englanti sujuvaa. Aamupala kattava ja ravintola siisti & hyvä palvelu.

Kaunis vanha rakennus,joskin kostea ja iltaisin jos ikkuna oli auki huone täyttyi pienistä hyönteisistä. Hotellin kaikille avoin netti ei toiminut .Näppäimistöstä ei löytynyt @ merkkiä.Hissi ei toiminut kahtena päivänä joten kuntoiltiin neljänteen kerrokseen ja takaisin.1 km rautatieasemalle tarkoittaa Varsovan itäistä asemaa ei päärautatie asemaa.

Jag blev glatt överraskad när vi kom fram till hotellet. På bilden fick jag uppfattningen om att det var litet och det var det inte alls. Rummen är rymliga och gångavstånd till gamla stan och spårvagnsstationen ligger bara ett par minuters promenad från hotellet. Området är trafikerat men inte just vid hotellet vilket gör att jag även skulle kunna tänka […] mig ta med mig mina barn. Ett plus är att warzsawas zoo ligger några få minuter bort, även om jag inte besökte det denna gång. Det enda minuset är väl kanske frukosten... Lisez la suite

ホテルへの案内に中央駅から512ｊか160番のバスに乗れと書いてあった。512のバスに乗り、運転士に聞いたら、このバスは行かないという。迷ってしまったので、結局、タクシーを使った。ホテルについてそのことを話すと、512番のバスは行かない。160番に乗ればよかったと言って、512を赤線で消したには唖然とした。観光案内を聞いても、あまり親切ではない。ポーランドはどこでもそうだった。中央駅の案内は英語も出来ない。

Hotel Hetman in Warschau liegt sehr zentral,mit vielen Bussen, Bahnen erreichbar (Station "Dz. Wilenska"). Empfang freundlich,Zimmer geräumig, Badzimmer glänzend, Frühstücksauswahl gut, feine Kuchen. Guter Preis.

Fint og hyggeligt hotel, med god service fra personalet. Ligger 5 min. i sporvogn fra den gamle, men tæt på storcenter og indkøbs muligheder samt transport. Værelset havde dog 2 mangler 1) Skraldespand 2) køleskab. Rigtig godt hotel til pengene og Warszawa er et besøg værd

Vi fant hotellet bra. Litt mye trafikkstøy på rom som vender mot gata. Kort vei til handlesenter, trikk, dyrepark mm. To stopp med trikken til gamlebyen. Anbefaler hotellet og Warszawa!

The hotel is close to the orthodox church and the railwaystation, only rather far away from the airport. My question is when will the remont be finished of Praski Hotel. The litterbin in the bathroom is not very well functioning The price for a room wihout reservation is more expensive and therefor rather high, so if there is a cheaper one I will change.
