accueil déplaisant : on a reserve depuis janvier pour deux non smoking. On a eu une chambrfe smoking qui puait horriblement et une autre non smoking les deux chambres avaient des dessus de litg troues par des cigarettes et le ménage de la moquette dégoutant. Hotel situé à 10 mn a pieds du centre ville, Chambre propre est confortable, seul probleme le chauffage bruyant. Internet gratuit avec PC a disposition, petit dejeuner continantal trés bien, personnel acceuillant. a conseiller sans hesitation

Correct. Salle de restauration un peu petite mais petit déjeuner plutôt sympa (gaufres et tout à volonté). Lits confortables. Clim bruyante mais qui couvre les bruits de la rue proche...

Hôtel qui offre sans doute un bon potentiel mais lors de notre passage, de sérieux travaux était en cours. Pour nous rendre à notre chambre, nous devions passer par-dessus des baches de plastique installées au sol car il refaisait le béton extérieur sur les 3 palliers. Il y a avait aussi un espace assez important entre notre porte et son cadrage. Par […] chance qu'il n,ya avait pas de menace de moustiqiue ou d,autres insectes qui autrement se serait certainemnet faufilé dans notre chambre. L'hôtel est à 25 minutes de marche dela 2ièeme et Broadway populaire pour ses restos - bars et spectacles de musique ce qui nous a semblé trop loin pour un hôtel qui se dit être dans le centre-ville. A good mid-quality chain hotel. Room was clean but a bit tattered. Exlcellent access to the interstate; 10- to 15-minute walk to Nashville's downtown area with bars, music, major sports arena. Would stay again, esepcially if not intending to spend a lot of time at the hotel.

Customer service was terrible! They put us in a room where someone else was already staying in. The other hotel guest said the same thing happened to them. With a computerized system this should not happen. Room wasnt very nice. I felt like I was trying to find something nice about it. They wouldn't even call a cab for us. The location is great, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative aspect was that the hot water in the shower was pretty limited. Still, I would recommend it.

While waiting to check in, the staff behind the counter were very rude with the people they were dealing with. plus they seemed clueless. Also while the cleaning staff did a good job cleaning, they made their first round of cleaning service at 8 in the morning. nothing worse than being awoken by a loud rappinng on the door at 8 in the morning.

the hotel charged me for my stay even though I had already paid in full with hotels.com. Lucky I check my visa bills. It was my first trip to Nashville. I wanted to stay close to downtown so I didn't lose myself. It was just 8 blocks off of everything and we could enjoy a nice walk there and back. NO TAXIS OR PARKING!!! Very reasonably priced for where it is located. I really enjoyed everything about the stay and the trip. AND it is pet friendly!!!

The hotel was convenient and great for the price. When you're in Nashville you really shouldn't spend much time in your room anyway. Overall, I'm pleased with the hotel staff, the room quality, and most of all the location.

Everything about the hotel was good. The other guests did however keep us awake both nights we stayed .

Stayed for hockey game at Bridgestone Arena. Within walking distance as long as weather permits. Close to downtown bars/nightlife (about 8 blocks, little over half-mile), minimum taxi ride after hours for four people cost us under $10. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Again, if you're looking for high-brow elegant rooms with mints on the pillow and a fancy entryway, this isn't the place. If you're looking for a place to lay your head down between forays into downtown that is clean, this is the place. Only complaint is there are no close (block walk or less) restaurants or fast food joints except for a White Castle. Other than that, hotel was exactly what we wanted- inexpensive, clean, comfortable, secure. Staff was helpful, we had them call for a taxi on checkout day and it arrived within 8 minutes. This is more of a motel than hotel. Doors open on to outside balcony so you can hear major traffic noise. Room was very tired, not overly clean although it had all the basic necessities. Would have been nice to have sheets that actually fitted the bed. Definitely not worth what we paid for it!!

This hotel was perfect location for our overnight getaway. The room was comfortable, free parking ideal and the complimentary breakfast was impressive. It was raining when we went to breakfast yet their perfect layout allowed for all of us to make the walk to and from our room on covered sidewalks.

Right off the interstate, with easy on and easy off. Breakfast was pretty good, room was pretty clean. Within walking distance of the hockey arena and football stadium (maybe about a mile or so), and the beautiful downtown with all the music and shopping.

Stayed there with family for a quick overnighter. I chose this hotel because it was the only one that would let me cancel with full refund up to 4pm the day of check-in. This was important because I didn't know if we would make it all the way to Nashville that day. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. I asked for 3rd floor and was given one […] without hassle. The first room had no deadbolt. The second room had towels which were clean but stained. All other amenities were functional. The parking lot and neighboring business seemed safe. They hotel staff indicated there was a night watchman who keeps an eye on the parked cars. This was important because many of our Christmas gifts were in the car. While on travel to Nashville, my husband suffered a heart attack and was released from the hospital hoping for some rest at a nearby Comfort Inn until the doctor released him from care so we could return to Iowa. We were greeted with a bed full of mouse turds under the pillows. We had to pack up everything and move to another room at 10:00pm (he had […] been released from the hospital just an hour prior, so this was more than just a bit of an inconvenience). My attempts to at least get that one night at no charge (we stayed a total of 4 nights) were ignored. Good location between Vanderbilt and downtown. Convenient nearby restaurants. Well equipped room and good breakfast bar. Good value for the moderate price.

This hotel is conveniently located right off the interstate but that's about the only positive thing I can say about it. Also the price is cheaper than surrounding hotels but you get what you pay for.

Upon our check-in our elevator was broken our entire stay.That night there was a party down the hall in multiple rooms that lasted into the morning. Beds were uncomfortable with springs sprung. My back is still hurting. One night we came back to the room and it was not cleaned. Saw a cockroach on the wall one night. We would not stay there again.

The breakfast was not very good / extensive.

For the price, the hotel and location are great. It's only a $5 cab ride or a mile and a half walk downtown. Once you cross over the bridge for the highway, it's actually a rather pleasant walk down town. The hotel is nothing great, but it was clean and everyone was courteous. I would definitely stay here again for the price!

Location was close to the interstate (probably TOO close as there was quite a bit of traffic noise), some restruarants, downtown, and many other places of interest. Comfortable for this type of motel.They are currently updating the motel so things. Our room had a problem with the drapes and the tub drain, but it was taken care of immediately. Breakfast […] was ok, but there was less items to choose from on the second day, then the first - surely they can keep an appropriate supply of food on hand based on the number of reservations, etc. Fitness facilities left alot to be desired. It's not the Ritz, but it's exactly what you expect a well-managed Comfort Inn to be. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

lot's of construction going on, elevator was out of service off and on. People very nice...you have to get past the concrete patches and noise...all in all good stay, very nice front desk and construction crew.. I'm sure it will look great when done.

great place if your just looking for a place to sleep and then go out on the town

Room small & cramped especially the tub & toliet area. Terribly noisy a/c unit and fridge. The smell of the room was very strong with scent attempting to cover up smell of smoke in "nonsmoking" room. The bedspread had about 15 cigarette burns in it. Too far to walk to any attractions but easy access on & off hwy if you have a car. The room was clean, […] the staff was friendly & accomodating, bed was comfortable, nice clean pool, had a breakfast buffet that was not all that great but satisfied our needs. The sights were easy to get to from the hotel, very centrally located. Hotel seemed a bit old and dark. Breakfast was good.The room was relatively clean but there was a cigarette hole in bedspread.

The area was not bad. Easy walk to the Ryman auditorium and surrounding attractions. Breakfast had a lot to be desired but it was free. Staff seemed freindly enough. Would stay again.

The hotel was in a good location, everything in the city was within a couple of miles. The room was okay. The breakfast area was spacious. The food was good. We had a nice stay in the hotel.
