"Très bon accueil quartier calme"Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 6 mai 2012
Un très bon séjour. Nous avons très bien reçu par notre hôte. Le studio est équipé d'un micro onde et frigo, idéal pour préparer et garder au frais les sandwich pour les visites aux environs. Bed and breakfast à 2 km de la gare accessible par les bus 256 et 15. Arrêt Koiipark. A very nice place to stay. Far from 2 km from central station. Need to take bus 15 or 256 Koiipark stop if you don't want to walk.

"Hotel Atlanta, Rembrandt plein"
"Hotel Atlanta: Way over priced"
We stayed at Hotel Atlanta over Easter weekend and the prices were outrageous. There was no bathroom or shower in the room and this was not marked anywhere on the hotels.com website! The communal bathrooms were very small and a bit old. There was no breakfast included in this price and it was cheaper to eat in the restaurants in the area. The positive […] qualities of this hotel were that the staff was relatively friendly and the location was unbeatable. The central location makes it very noisy at night, however. I would not recommend it to light sleepers since there is a very large night club just in front of the hotel and people in the streets until the wee hours of the morning. Lisez la suite
"j'y reviendrai"
"Awesome Location!!!!!! Very convenient!"
Great location. Nightlife right outside your door, not noisy though, got great sleep!! Tram 9 stops right near to the hotel (took train from airport to main train station and right outside train station are the trams). Extremely helpful and nice staff and owner.
"Good location and excellent service!"
Roomservice and general service at the hotel was excellent. Nice staff. The hallways and staircases were narrow and steap, and no elevator. A very small, but cozy hotel. Also a lot of noise coming from the street and Rembrandtplein. So I wouldn't go there with little children. But for me it was ok. Free WiFi was also good. I never tried the breakfast […] as there were many restaurants close to the hotel. All in all I'm very satisfied with the hotel! Lisez la suite

"Hotel Atlanta, Amsterdam"
Great location in the heart of the city with major attractions nearby. Lots of places to eat around. One side overlooks the famous rembrandt square. For Rooms on the other side, the windows open to an enclosed area (so no view). Close to public transport direct to central station. Staff at reception - all very nice and cooperative. Its a small hotel […] with right price. They could do better with room and especially bathroom - but if you want to just spend the nights, its just fine. The breakfast area is small but cosy and the windows overlook the rembrandt square. The choice in breakfast is ok for 7 euros. No elevator. Overall, a good hotel with value for money. I would go there again if I were to just spend the night in the room and spend the day elsewhere. Lisez la suite

"hotel atlanta"
small but decent room - ideal for solo traveller and it was pretty inexpensive - rooms were very clean and very comfortable and service helpful. Right on Rembrantplein so easy to get anywhere in Adam
Hotel is not bad in terms of price, but it was very noisy until morning. Location of hotel is very closed to bar and disco.

"Bad hotel"
Horrible hotel...pls do not stay here. I have never stayed in a worse hotel. Amsterdam is full of better hotels in gud locations and we all deserve a nicer place when we are vacationing.
"Hotel Atlanta Amsterdam"
Unfortunately, there was a disco playing loud music very close to the Hotel. The staff tried to find us a room which would be to the rear of the Hotel but only managed to find us one at the side. We were kep awake until the early hours of the morning. Not satisfactory.
"Wrong room = no sleep"
My room was very cute but it was a hassle getting to it and it faced a disco type night club that closed at 3:00am in the morning with so much noise that between midnight and 4:00pm it was impossible to sleep.

"Hotel Atlanta Amsterdam"
Decent and clean hotel, perfect balance quality/price. Great location.
"It's What You Pay For"
If you're just looking for a place to crash near the Red Light District at a good cost, this will do just fine. Essentially a hostel with private rooms, but shared bath. It was fine, but nothing exceptional. You are getting what you are paying for - a convenient, cheap place to stay in Amsterdam.
"Not Recommended"
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was extremely dirty and smelly. It looked like the sheets weren't washed or the floor vacuumed. The toilet that you share with the rest of the floor was so small that your knees touch the door when sitting. The rooms were so primitive that the room key was a regular key on a weight which you had to […] give to the receptionist when ever leaving the hotel and pick it up when coming back. The room was also completely over priced for the condition of the hotel. The only good thing about this hotel was the 2 young ladies who worked the reception were very nice and kind. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Atlanta - typical 2* hotel"
Hotel Atlanta is typical 2* hotel. The best thing about this hotel is location - just in the middle on Rembrandt squire. Bathroom in room #9 has strong constant smell of canalisation. Furniture is simple. Room is rougher big. Free Wi-Fi access. As conclusion: Low cost hotel in the very good place.
"Altlanta Hotel great location !"
This is not a hotel for those wanting a first class room / facilities. However the hotel is great location wise right in the middle of RemBrandplein so bars and night clubs all around. Trams going from the square as well to Amsterdam Central and the town center. Friendly staff and rooms are clean etc.
"fab city break for mates"
this hotel is basic but clean, comfortable and in a great location. The bedrooms have everything you need for a short break in Amsterdam, the beds are comfy and the mini bar is well stocked! There were 6 of us travelling (3 couples) and we booked the cheaper rooms with shared bathroom and shower facilities. One couple got upgraded to an en suite room […] which had a clean toilet and shower, the others used the shared facilities which were also clean and acceptable for the price we paid. We were very pleased to find hairdryers and towels in our rooms as we had travelled light and without many luxuries. Overall, we had a great time in Amsterdam and the Hotel Atlanta was perfect for the price and purpose of our trip. Lisez la suite
"City Hotel"
It is a very nice, warm and friendly place to stay. Everything that you will need is within 1-2 miles and in walking distance. Rooms are very small but very clean, it is Europe after all. I upgrades my room with a private bathroom, but my only concern was my private bathroom had an extremely small tub and was kind of difficult to move around. So, i […] used the common shower, which was right next to my room. Overall, it is a nice hotel, just remember it is 2 star. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Atlanta"
Great location for city on a lively square. Our room was very small with not room to swing a mouse (the cat wouldn't have fitted in with us). It was noisy until the early hours with the nearby bars and clubs. Staff were always polite and helpful. Probably recommend hotel to the younger travellers. Thought hotel was good value for money.
"Door left unlocked"
Our room was VERY small and did not have a toilet or shower. We had to use communal ones in the hallway. The building has a certain charm (very old, steep staircases, interesting design etc.) but this works against it as well in that everything seems quite run down. Our room felt uneven and sloped slightly towards the window making for an awful night's […] sleep. The biggest issue with our stay was that one evening we returned to our room to find the door unlocked. The cleaning staff had forgotten to lock the door again in the morning, Thankfully nothing was stolen, but it was very alarming. The reception staff apologized but didn't seem to care very much. They offered us a complimentary breakfast as a token gesture which was nice, but it didn't exactly smooth things over. All this being said, the place is clean. The staff (for the most part) is helpful and friendly. The location is fantastic (it is right in Rembrandtplein and overlooks the square). They also have free wifi. I wouldn't stay there again, and wouldn't recommend it for more than a night or two. But if you're in a pinch or just crashing in Amsterdam for the night, it gets the job done. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Atlanta in Amsterdam- Great budget hotel"
Hotel Atlanta was perfect for what we needed. We had a room with a private bathroom and it was very nice. The room was nothing special but suited our purposes of an inexpensive place to stay in a central location. Our room faced the square so it was a little noisy. There was a flat screen TV which we didn't expect. This place is perfect for a few nights […] and is at a great location in the city. I would definitely go back again. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Atlanta, could do with a submerging in water"
Don't get me wrong, this isn't the worst hotel I have ever stayed in but there were a few things that put me off. Firstly there were no rooms with a double bed and because I apparently booked a "twin/double" that was up to them to decide what that is. When I got into the room there were 3 or 4 flies circulating around the room but it looked cleanish. […] There was a smiley face stain on the wall beside one of the beds, hoping it was was burn marks and not something else brown, I didn't inspect it further. When I moved the beds together I found a load of crap under the bed including a jumper and some euros. The hotel staff were friendly and the location was good but the hotel was nothing better than a private hostel room. If you consider it like that then you will not be disappointed. If you are expecting more, book elsewhere. Lisez la suite

"Hotel Atlanta in Amsterdam"
Ignore any bad reviews - it was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Stairs were steep but it is a historic building, so only to be expected. Good view over the Rembrandsplein. Lots of places to eat nearby. Would definitely recommend to others.

"Convenient with flaws"
Safe convenient neighborhood, mostly OK... and I knew what was to be expected in a typical Amsterdam budget hotel. Room was fine and 'mostly' clean and only complaint was that the blankets either need to be washed or removed entirely as they had plenty evidence of past guest's DNA. Shared baths were fine and clean. The neighborhood is busy ( aka noisy) […] at night - until 3am or so.. so.. If street noise bothers you ( even in a back room also ) .. not a place to stay. Overall not bad... but for what it is .. it should be less money or you can most likely find something better for the same price. Lisez la suite
"Hotel Atlanta - Great Location, great staff"
Ignore all bad reviews. I went there with two friends in the triple room and had a great stay!! Location excellent and staff very friendly.
"Hotel Atlanta - Amsterdam at Rembrandtplein"
This hotel is definitely better described as a hostel. The rooms were comfortable enough, though the shower and toilet areas were a bit less appealing. That being said I think the Hotel Atlanta was a good deal and located in a very convenient and central location. Everything we wanted to do in Amsterdam was within walking distance (2 miles).
"Hotel atlanta- in the center of rembrandt square"
About a 35 euro cab ride away from the airport, this hotel is relatively cheap and the reception desk is very helpful. If I were to stay here again, I would need a fan, bc there is no ac. As for breakfast, I thought theis was overpriced for quality, but there are a whole bunch of places to eat downstairs. They have someone at the desk 24/7 so late checkin […] is not a problem. "Great location, louzy room"
The location was great (though there is a club on the opposite side of the square/plaza and the music is loud). But our room on the 2nd floor (third floor in the U.S.) was in a steep walk-up. That would be OK, but the room was not clean. The sheets had stains. There were hairs on the cover and on the floor. The bathroom was a few meters down the corridor, […] sufficiently clean. Personnel was friendly. They charged us an addition 5 Euros in some tourist tax. Lisez la suite

"Great location"
Hotel was very basic, room's changed daily. Shared bathroom was fine-room was on top floor which was a bit of a trek. Was more like a really decent hostel, for the price we paid it certainly did the job.
"Impressed"
Just a few lines to say how pleased we were with the Hotel Atlanta, Amsterdam. The room was spacious, tidy and clean. The people who worked on the reception were friendly and most helpful. The location of the hotel was also very good with easy access to shops, bars and the trams. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a break in Amsterdam […] . Lisez la suite
"Cosy room in central location"
Friendly young & trendy all female reception. A quaint room on the third floor means I got my daily exercise running up & down the narrow stairwells. While this was good for exercise I would advise against this hotel for those with a lot of luggage or those with medical complaints (eg.heart condition or arthritis ), as there is no lift. Daily room service […] is good. The toilet & bath share is no real bind so dont be put off by this. Breakfast is basic but you can enjoy a full english breakfast at two restaurants right by the front door. Trams run in any direction from just across the square (Rembrandtplein) Lisez la suite
"Anmeldelse af Hotel Atlanta Amsterdam"
Det er det værste hotelværelse jeg har boet på (og har været en del steder). Gammelt hotel, meget meget slidt. Mange meget stejle trapper, hvor man næsten ikke kunne få sine kufferter med op. Det værste var udsigten fra værelset, udsigt direkte ind i en mur, intet lys ind i lejligheden overhovedet. det samme fra vinduet i badeværelset. KAN ABSOLUT IKKEANBEFALES. […] Det eneste positive var beliggenheden, meget centralt. Lisez la suite
