Merci.
"Ok"

For me cleanliness is important .

"Good for the money"
Good experience with this hotel. The only issue was a few ants in the bathroom, but the bathroom was otherwise very clean.
"pretty good"

"My back is still hurting!"
Did not expect much for the price, but I must say my hisband and I were VERY dissappointed with the state of the beds. The mattress was stained and we could feel every spring, pillows were BEYOND old and flat as a pancake and sheet were so thin and worn you could see through them to the stained mattress. We bough pillows and sheets at the local WalMart […] and used those instead. On a positive note the room was very clean, kudos to the housekeeping staff. Rooms were depressing. Old worn furniture and carpets. Lots of noise from the families and teenagers that I guess are drawn to the cheap price. Lisez la suite

"good room - bad tv"
The room and hotel were fine, and clean. Hot tub controls broken or disabled, pool was fine. TV was old, and very few channels, not even up to the standard of basic cable. If you are there to sleep fine, if you are planning to watch tv go elsewhere.

"The Peninsula Inn"
While not on the Niagara 'strip' the location is within a 10 minute drive to the Falls and shopping/attractions.The bed was a little lumpy and the T.V.-cable could use a serious upgrade. Jacuzzi and the rest of the room was clean and functional, kudos to housekeeping for cleanliness. Staff at the desk were quite helpful. Also we enjoyed the pool area; […] again clean and presentable. Would recommend to those looking for a getaway weekend. Lisez la suite
"Decent place - 10 minute drive to falls"
Affordable hotel for families. Decent grounds for recreation (pool, courtyard). Typical tourist hotel--they will nickel and dime you for some amenities (i.e. internet usage).
This hotel is nice and clean the staff are courteous and friendly. Because I am in a wheelchair, I expected more in the area of wheelchair accessibility. The, while nice and large, lacks amenities in the bath room, But I have been able to use my own equipment that makes it accessible. My suggestion to any other traveller thinking of this hotel, is bring […] equipment of your own. Overall I am now more than satisfied Lisez la suite

"The Peninsula Inn near Niagara Falls"
This is great hotel to visit Niagara Falls if you have a car. It is right off the expressway. Our room was simple and quiet. The breakfast was great, reasonable and served quickly. The rate we got from Hotels.com was totally reasonable for a holiday weekend. It's not walking distance from the falls. We were able to find a free parking space on Portage […] Road about a 30-minute walk from the falls. We took a guided van tour to see all the sights. Lisez la suite
The colour scheme made the room feel very depressing. The walls provided very little sound insulation since the party in the next room kept me awake most of the night. The televisin channels were very limited. The Mall next to the hotel was a virtual ghost town with over 40% of the stores vacant. If you are looking for a place to sleep its adequate […] but as a destintion its not. Lisez la suite
"Very Nice Stay"
My family had been on the road for two long days, the room was nicely air conditioned, and big enough for my two kids to play and run around in. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel considering the great low price.
"Peninsula Inn, Niagara Falls Canada"
The hôtel is well located by the Q.E.W in Niagara at maximum 10 minutes of all attractions in the area. It is a complete hôtel with indoor pool and small restaurant for breakfast. But thé price of thé room does not include thé breakfast, it should really do. Thé room I had, had a confortable bed, but thé set-up needs improuvement. And thé bathroom is […] fine too but the quantity of soap and shampoo it too small, can't take two shower per unless you stay alone. But overall, I was there to sleep so this hotel was good for me. "Not bad!"
Pretty good price for two days worth of stay. Room was fairly clean, but we had asked for more bath towels the first night, but never received them. No biggie. Staff was very friendly and very helpful with directions. Was pleasantly surprised when we checked in. We had originally booked a non smoking (was part of the offer) room, but I requested a smoking […] if available. We booked a non smoking, queen standard and they gave us a smoking room with a king sized bed, no up charge or anything. The room smelled pleasant, didn't have a nasty smoking room odor (this was a nice surprise!) my only complaint was that the hotel wasn't close to the touristy part of niagara falls. Not far to drive to these spots, too. It is, however, very close to the USA bridge, right off of the 420/QEW freeway. It was easy to find!! All in all, a decent hotel for a vacation!! I'd stay there again! Also, price was very good compared to other hotels that are right in the heart of the touristy areas. Lisez la suite
"The Penninsula Inn, Niagara Falls"
not too far of a drive from all the action. The price was a little pricier due to it being a holiday long weekend but it served its purpose for us which was a place to spend the nite. The front desk staff were great, the room was clean. We did not get to use the indoor pool but it looked nice and clean.

"To Expensive"
We stayed at the hotel over the 4th of July. The staff was pretty nice but the rooms were not worth the price that we paid. In the room that we were in there was no refrigirator nor a microwave. The walls was little dirty and the bed covers were stained. The hall ways were very hot b/c they did not have ac in the hallways. Compared to other motels/hotels […] that we stayed in I would give 3/10 for this one. Not the best comfort for the price they are charging. P.S. The picures look better on the web than the actuall hotel when you see it in person. Lisez la suite

"only worth it if you take suite or higher"
Don't bother going with a standard size room ; they are tiny and cluster-phobic ! Go with the Jacuzzi suite or higher.
stayed first week in june air cond did not work properly all the time mattress needed to be replaced but the price was as we were not in the room much anyway

"Ants"
If you are going to stay at this hotel, suggest you come equiped with ant spray. Our first room was full of them. If you intend to see the Falls, note that this hotel is a good 20 minute drive away.
"Booked for 2 nights - only stayed for 1"
Not impressed. Even if trying to book based on affordability, the bed was so uncomfortable! We sucked up the cost of the 2nd night and went to the Hilton to make up for it. Two crappy pillows, lamps didn't work, an old tv and just overall a bad stay.
"THE PENINSULA INN NIAGARA SQUARE DRIVE"
My statement is simple on April 21 2011 I was booked to stay at this INN for I believe 3 nights after waking up on the 22nd of April and seeing bugs crawling around the room, My children and I imadietly checked out. The Peninsula Inn to me was not very clean to begin with, the jacuzzi was dirty and had things floating in it and the towels they gave […] us after coming out of the jacuzzi were, smelly and looked torn. I am having a difficult time getting a refund from this place and at this point I have not received a refund yet. I would never stay at this Inn again and I certainly would not reccomend the Peninsula Inn on Niagara Square Drive to anyone. Lisez la suite
"Great location"
Really enjoyed our stay this past Easter weekend. For us it was a great location-close to my family's home for visits, shopping right across the way at Niagara Square, quiet location away from the circus like quality of the Falls area and some parts of Lundy's Lane. Would stay there again and take advantage of the pool and fitness area. Great value […] for the price. Lisez la suite
"last minute stay"
I booked this room for a Saturday night at the last minute to avoid bad weather. We checked in around 8 p.m. and were given a room on the gound level. When we entered our room it was freezing!! the heat had been turned off and it was very cold outside. We sat in our winter coats and watched t.v. waiting for the room to warm up. After waiting for 1/2 […] hour for the heat, I went to the desk and told them that I had very little heat. I was informed that there was another room we could switch to, we entered that room but it was also freezing as the heat was off in that room as well. I was told that there were no other rooms available. I asked for more blankets and was given 2 extra bleankets for each bed. The bathroom floor had an electric heater but the knob was removed so I could not turn the heat on in the bathroom, I had to put bath towels on the floor so as not to freeze off my feet! On the good side the place was clean, the rooms large and the hotel quiet for a Saturday night. Lisez la suite
"Good bargain"
It was a good value for the money. It could use some updating and you still had to drive to the falls. Parking at the hotel was free though. The room seemed clean and the front desk clerk was very pleasant.
"Close without the price"
We chose this hotel because the other hotels near the falls are ridiculously priced. It was easy to get to from the border, reasonably priced for the area and had a friendly and polite staff. In addition we were able to get away from the touristy area at night. We didn't have to listen to public concerts until 2 in the morning.
"The Peninsula in Niagara Falls"
i was not impressed with the exterior decor of the hotel as we drove into the parking lot and i held my breath as i walked through the front doors. i was hoping i would not be disappointed by the lobby's condition and the room's condition. however, after check-in, we went directly to our rooms and found it was just fine. we paid a reasonable price and […] got a clean, good-sized room and the hotel was less than 10 minutes from Niagara Falls. overall, it was a nice place to stay and reasonably priced. would definitely recommend, though it would be nice if they can enhance/improve the hotel's exterior. thanks to the staff for a pleasant visit. Clean, nice great location to the QEW
"Smells"
Myself and a co-worker had rooms that smelled. They originally advertised free internet then tried to make me pay for it when I got there. The few times I went to the desk I could not find anyone, he was usually outside smoking and talking on the phone. Would not recommend for business travel.

"Cheap room not far from falls"
The Peninsula is a inexpensive alternative to staying downtown and close to the falls. It only took us about 10 minutes to drive to the falls, which was convenient. But the restaurant was not open when we were there, and there's not much around the hotel itself.
"too expensive for what we got"
too expensive for what we got
"Decent hotel"
We stayed in late August. Overall the stay was OK, except for the strange smell in the rooms. We think it was coming from the air conditioner. The hotel is about 7 minutes drive from the Niagara falls and to park the car at the attraction you have to pay additional fee.
"How They Handled Our Complaint"
Right after we arrived at the hotel, the toilet quit working(wouldn't flush). We called down and they said they would be up in five minutes with the key to another room down the hall. I turned on the television and opened a Pepsi, expecting the wait that usually accompanies a "5 Minute" wait. Well, five minutes later, there was a knock on the door and […] someone from the front desk brought us the key for another room, two doors down from the one we had moved in to. Whatever else might have been lacking in ammenities was cancelled out by the quick attention to our problem. That alone would warrent a stay there next time we are in Niagara Falls. Lisez la suite
