Nous avons eu deux séjours donc 2 chambres. La première fois la baignoire montrait des signes de vétusté la deuxième fois la chambre était impeccable. Il n'y a pas d'écran internet dans le hall central.

My husband booked this hotel for one night as I was travelling standby and didn't know if we'd make it to Buenos Aires. After one night we booked it for the remainder of our was small but clean. We didn't require much more as we were out 24/7. But it did have American TV so later in the evening the kids were kept amused. The location is great--just […] off of Neuve de Julio and the Obelisk in the centre of town. Lots of inexpensive eating and shopping. But the main reason we enjoyed our stay was the staff. Everyone who worked the front desk was helpful and professional and pleasant--they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of, booked our tickets and gave us all the information we could possibly need. Near the Obelisk on a partly car-free street,with the occasional tango demonstration on the road outside, this was a nice place to stay in for a couple of nights.

Good option near city center. Its a place to sleep only, as the room is small and the view is awful. Is rated as 4 stars, but for sure, doesnt worth more than 3 as best rate. wi-fi available under a high cost. Clean room, inside looks like new.

Very bad service. The front desk people made me go through the WORST experience in my life. Keep looking. There are hundreds of much better hotels in Buenos Aires. The room was very noisy also. The safe didn't work which is always very important when you are carryng passports...

The hotel is clean, located in central B.A. Unfortunatly you have to pay for the WIFI..

The room is not big, but is comfortable enough. Very well located. The BUT is that the walls are so thin, that you can hear ANY activity your neighboors of the room next doors may be doing. Maybe you can find it exciting depending on the activity. In my case, I was with my 13 years old kid, ita was a little bit embarassing and, et the end, funny.

anyway after a amazing holiday in south america, i guess i should write a review.. i had to rate everything as '1', since there is no '0' or N/A option All the rumors about the hotel overbooking and then transferring you to a another hotel is completely true, so i cant write any review about park central unique hotel as i did not stay there. the park […] elegance hotel they put us in was reasonable, though it was away from the centre of town. subway is efficient and made traveling to and from the new hotel easy. all in all, if you have to book - do not choose this hotel. After 11 hours on a flight, you would take another hour to argue and then get shipped off to another hotel, not an ideal way to start your holiday.. Locations is good, you are close to "obelisco" and a couple of "sube" stations. Rooms look nice, but air conditioner didn't work well. The service from front desk was terrible, they were never able to help us. They were actually rude a couple of times when we asked for direction on how to get a couple of places. It was a much better experience that we had anticipated. Place was great, cost/benefit was excellent. Walking distance from most touristic places. Breakfast was not great, but reasonable for the price we paid. Service desk was great for the day shift personnel, but sucked from the night shift. Wrong information was given and bad attitude. But day shift […] personnel was so overwhelming that it deserves full credit. Cabs were very reasonable to go around town. Plenty of eateries around. A very pleasant and confortable experience in a hotel that is centrally located in Buenos Aires. The staff was pleasant and accomodating. Very clean and roomy as well as having all the ammenities needed.

This was a deal for a very comfy bed, nice hotel design, quiet rooms despite being in the middle of the city and very convenient and easy to find location. Just tell people "right near the obelisk." The hotel is within easy walking distance of the main shopping pedestrian street and a quick cab ride elsewhere around the city. This Hotel is very close to the city center and the room was spacious and very well maintained. Management tried to relocate us to another Hotel, but after we refused they eventually gave us a room. This hotel is very good for the price and the location. Two things very important !!!! 1. Make sure you call a couple of days before to ask if your room is still available. Several times upon arrival, being in the morning or afternoon, the front desk tells you they do not have rooms and want to send you to another hotel of their chain.....you need to […] fight, ask for managers, complain, threaten, etc....until they give you the room. 2. Make sure you call and ask if there is any manifstation, riots, or whatever else in the area. We were bumped to the hotel JULIO 29 HOTEL. It nearly new, very clean with a nice breakfast buffet. But its an open floor contempary room with doors for the toilet and shower stall but not the vanity. For a family my wife had no place to dress from our teenage boys. No easy chair, no dresser...spartan.

Half a block from the Obelisk, but Buenos Aire's downtown is not safe nor clean. Very close to the subway, and when the train pass by the hotel, is quite annoying to sleep. Service is really good, they were very helpful.

great location,room is large and bright interior design is really special, and the service at reception very good and helpful. Breakfeast is weeker side of this hotelll...may be richer in choice and display... I will recomende this hotel to anyone...

The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I had a great experience the only problem was that I had a flight delay and asked to get the reservation moved over one day so that I could get the same amount of time for the same price but was denied. Other than that I really, really recommend this place. Great location, close to the subway and many attractions […] are within walking distance (10 min or less). Excellent location; good service from the front desk; good value for money.

Convenient location near everything, great breakfast. Air-conditioner did not cool, missing dresser furniture for storing clothes, closet only had 4 clothes-hangers, poor TV reception, room was dark and needed more light.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was simple and clean. The location is very central (literally right next to the obelisk). Unfortunately, being so close to the obelisk also made it quite noisy. We were on the first floor, so that probably made it worse. Otherwise, we had no complaints.

The front desk staff spoke excellent English and were very friendly and helpful.They also noticed that we had had problems with a previous resevation and provide a complimentary upgrade. Great hotle in a great location.

This hotel is in the middle of everything you will want to see in BA. Neighborhood is very nice and walking distance to all the attractions. Room was huge with 14 ft ceilings done in very contempory style. Bed was very confomy and the staff was excellent. Take the 4 hr tours recommended from the front desk. $17.00US and well worth it.

My only "complaint" is that the faucet in the room dripped and there wasn't a great seal on the shower splashguard so the floor was always wet. But everything else was GREAT -- the staff were very kind, helpful and accomodating, the location is probably the best you could ask for (central to the things you'd want to check out) and simply a nice welcoming […] experience to the city. Es la segunda oportunidad en que me cambian de hotel sin previo aviso. Me presente a las 23;30 horas en el Hotel de Diagonal Roque Saenz Peña 1174 y me mandaron al de calle Talcahuano 1250. Es decir que sin previo aviso ni mi consentimiento me alejaron mas de 10 cuadras del lugar de alojamiento que yo habia elegido por su cercania con los lugares a […] los que iba a realizar mi actividad. O quarto que fiquei é muito simples pelo valor da diária. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. A localização é muito boa.

O hotel é bonito, não é muito grande, mas cumpre bem seu papel. Todas as vezes que entrava no quarto parecia haver um leve odor, não sei se de cigarro ou algo do tipo, na verdade não chegava incomodar, era perceptível, mas logo o odor ia embora com o ar condicionado. O café da manhã que muitos reclamaram nos outros posts não estava ruim, pelo contrário, […] estava bastante bom, porém o cardápio não variava, eram as mesmas variedades todos os dias. Porém é possível se alimentar bem. Por estar bem no centro é simples chegar e sair, tem pelo menos 4 estações de metrô próximas a ele, facilita muito. Taxi é muito barato e a quantidade é quase infinita. Os funcionários do hotel são muito solícitos. Em geral, eu diria que 99% dos argentinos são muito prestativos. Muito diferente do esteriótipo que temos por causa do futebol. Não recomendo utilizar o frigobar, os produtos são superfaturados, por ex.: 1 litro de água no hotel saia 6 vezes mais caro do que o encontrado em qq supermercado. Lisez la suite

La atención del personal es muy buena, el desayuno podría estar mejor en relación al costo del hotel, las habitaciones 2puntos, y el costo por mascota es carísimo considerando que por lo que paga nuestra mascota(30 dólares), no le dan ni un platito para el agua.

Preis/Leistung/Lage - super empfehlenswert, würde ich immer wieder buchen danke... hatten eine schöne Zei in diesem Hotel
