Cet hotel est lié au dinner 'Peggy's' situé a coté. Avec la chambre, un repas est offert, soit le repas du soir, soit le petit dejeuner. Le dinner est charmant et agreable, l'hotel est tres propre et les prestations tres correctes... => Bonne etape sur la route 30...

"Okay"
Don't call the number on the web site!! We called to make sure the pool was open. You will get a man that is VERY pushy and if you hang up on him he will call you back. Four times!!! We paid for a nonsmoking room but when we got to it the bed smelled fine but the chair smell so bad of smoke. I went to the desk and they gave us another room no problem. "Good location for downtown Omaha and the zoo."
We have stayed here several times, but always on a higher floor away from outside doors that lead in from the Casino. This stay we innocently took a downstairs room that faced the casino. Not good, unless you want to be awakened by noisy people returning from their fun!!! We should have stuck with the upstairs rooms that face the other direction. Otherwise, […] a great place!!!! "Hard to find, but great when you get there!!!!!"
We have used this chain before and found this property to be one of the best We have no complaints. The hallways were very quiet and the breakfast had numerous options. People at the desk were very friendly and the fresh cookies in the lobby were great. Would like to stay here again, now that I can find it, even if my GPS does not!!!

We choose this hotel for a one night stay and were very happy with the overall experience. We arrived very late, around 10pm and were promptly checked in and provided our keys. When we got to our room everything was clean and in order, however after about 1 hour we noticed a very strong cigarette smoke smell. It was getting stronger and since we were […] in a non-smoking room, I called the front desk and they promptly promised to change our room. The lady even brought new keys up to our room and helped us get moved to another room (we had 2 sleeping children at this time). She even took the time to figure out where the smell was coming from and addressed the problem. Turns out a very rude person next door to us was smoking in a non-smoking room. The 2nd room was perfect, clean, well-kept and quiet. It was in the center of the hotel and we didn’t hear elevator traffic or people in the halls. The continental breakfast was wonderful, well beyond what we expected for a free breakfast with lots of choices including eggs, waffles, pastries, toast hot and cold cereal, fruit, juice and milk selections along with coffee and flavored creamer. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and friendly; every employee I passed acknowledges us and was pleasant. This is a hotel we will stay at again. Lisez la suite

We enjoyed our stay. Our only real complaint was that there was inadequate help for breakfast. Many times the one person was not able to keep up with stocking and preperation. The quality of the food was good.

The hotel was older and the decor, bathroom hardware, carpets, etc. out-dated and worn. Even though our floor was non-smoking, the halls smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. A side-note: the cookies in the lobby were gone when we checked in and were not replenished. The hot breakfast was nice, but once again, they were out of many items by the […] time we got there at 8 a.m. We had recently stayed in a wonderful Country Inn and Suites in Pella, IA, and expected the same quality, but this one was a disappointment. The hotel itself is clean etc., however, no maintenance workers are available in the evening. If you have an issue with something in your room not working, you're out of luck. Our bathroom light burned out during the night. I had an important court case in the morning and had no light to get ready by. I told the desk clerk at 6 am, and she said maintenance […] didn't arrive until 8 am. I fumbled around and got a lamp into the bathroom, and of course made enough noise to wake my children. We all go t ready by what amounted to candle light. I assumed maintenance would show up and fix the light, but the night clerk hadn't even documented the problem. Maintenance had actually arrived earlier than eight, but because there was no notice of the issue, the light was not fixed. Needless to say, it made an already stressful day more so because of the negligence of the desk worker. loved this hotel, wish we could have stayed longer to appreciate all of it! super clean, super convenient, had all the amenities we needed, breakfast was tasty and filling, would stay again...for sure! bed was a little hard though, but i do have a sensitive back. also got an incredible deal on this room!

This is our second stay at this hotel. It is VERY clean. We didn't have any problem letting our not quite 1 year old crawl in the room or in the hallways to let off some of his energy. The breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety. The pool was clean. The location was convenient for both of our destinations (UNMC and the zoo). This place was clean and super comfortable. the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I didn't have the breakfast, but had a nice area for it and would've been happy to eat there if my flight didn't leave before they served.

Polite and helpful front desk staff. They allowed us to use cart to transport the bulky things we bought for our daughter going to college. Elevator was a handy convenience. Breakfast was wonderful with waffles, breakfast meat, eggs, fresh fruit, and toast.

Very friendly staff, and accommodating. Within minutes to any Omaha and Council Bluffs destination. My wife and I were extremely satisfied.

Excellent hotel for the price. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and get too. Close to several places to eat. The only issue was the hot tub had excessive chlorine in it to where you couldn't be in it for more than a few minutes or it would burn your eyes and the pool was a little cold.

The staff was courteous, professional with excellent customer service. The room was clean, comfortable and as a smoker wonderful to have that option. I have stayed at many hotels throughout the United States for business purposes and this establishment ranks top. The only criticism, it would have been nice to have a comforter on the bed.

One of the best hotels that we've stayed in. Very nice clean rooms with very comfortable beds and bedding. Air condition unit is great in that it turns off when the digital temperature setting is met unlike many units where it keeps going. Microwave and fridge in the room is a big plus especially for families with young kids. Hot breakfast (biscuit […] & gravy, potatoes, chicken patties, and scramble eggs) was excellent. Only complain I have is that on the last morning we're there, the food was all gone 15 minutes prior to the breakfast closing time. Indoor pool was nice but the water was a little cold. However, our kids still had a great time in it. Hot tub was big enough for multiple adults. Location of the hotel is great in that it is just less a few minutes drive from downtown Omaha and the Henry Doorly zoo. Overall, an excellent hotel. Will definitely stay again when in town. The stay was okay....hotel needs to make some upgrades....carpet is not clean in hallways, wallpaper is not finished in places. Front entrance was awkward to locate, but guess there's not much that can be done about that now.

"Good Location"
Stayed here when going to the omaha zoo and other attractions in the omaha area. The hotel is in a good location, right off I-29/I-80. The breakfast was okay, but nothing special. We were given a smoking room even though we reserved a non-smoking room. Apparently reservations made online do not guarantee that you will receive the exact room reserved. […] This was frustrating to say the least. I did get 5 free books of matches though! The elevator was very very slow, and it was the only one in the hotel. The hallways had soft spots in the floor, which was kind of sketchy. All in all it was a good deal for $20 per night for each person in the room. Lisez la suite
"Need another waffle iron!"
The hotel was a great location. The only negative was that in the morning, there were 15 people in line at any given time for one waffle machine. Maybe invest in another one!

We stayed here passing through town on I80. Room was clean, quiet and newly appointed. Breakfast was crowded but good variety. Good value for the money for traveling family.

We attended an event at the Mid America Event Center, great location, and Bass Pro Shops and the casino were in walking distance. the breakfast was great, I would highly recomend it, great deal for the price.

The hotel was clean and had a pleasant staff. The beds and pillows were comfortable but the air conditioning didn't work well and was very noisy, kept waking me up throughout the night when it would cycle off and on.
