"Great stay-love the late check out!"
I had to stay in a hotel bc my 7 yr old son had dental surgery at 6:30am and we are over 2 hours out of town! I was very happy with our stay there and the late check out made our day soo much easier!! Thank you so much!!

close to all amenities. comfortable beds and very clean
"not a great location - friendly staff though"
The hotel is a bit of a distance from everything - 25min drive from station/downtown and 25min walk from the mall.Definitely need to have a car to stay here and travel. The staff were very friendly and the facilities were nice - though the gym could be updated (as not all the equipment worked) Price was average for the area.

The hotel was well kept and clean. The people at the front desk were not super friendly. The main complaint I had was the internet quality. They advertise high speed internet. As a person who does a lot of work after actual work hours, I like to have internet in the room so I can work from the comfort of my room. However, the internet was so slow! I would not stay at this hotel again. When we checked in, the hotel staff was more worried about geting my visa number for a deposit then they were about telling me about the hotel. The rooms were clean but smelled awful, and the beds were so uncomfortable.

was awsome room -- bubbles in jets were weak and you can hear every noise in suite above you but was not that bad , other than that was awsome stay

Overall, we really liked the hotel. The only complaint about our room was that it was not particularly sound proof and we sometimes heard people talking and laughing in the halls and a baby next door crying. We wanted to use the buses and we were disappointed that there was not more information about schedules etc in the lobby or from the people at […] reception. However, it was close to bus stops and we managed eventually. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The restaurants within walking distance were not. All of the staff were courteous and helpful. We were very happy that there was not charge for local calls and when using my calling card. I have stayed at hotels where there was a charge for picking up the receiver. Excellent location - close to everything we needed. Being a block or two off the main streets meant that the hotel was very quiet. The room was very large and comfortable. Nice to have a frig, microwave, and a flat screen TV. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again at this Days Inn.

"Great location!"
This hotel was a great pick! On the west side coming right in to town and close to west Edmonton Mall. The price was right, there was a microwave and fridge in the room(come with) and the beds were SO comfortable!

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The onsite restaurant was good and convenient. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.

I know its a minor issue but i travel with my laptop everywhere.The internet service in my room was absolutely terrible.Everyhing else was great.Maybe something you need to look at. Thanks Gerald

Hotel was very clean. Front desk staff was pleaseant and rooms where clean. It was 5 mins from west Edmonton Mall.

The staff was pleasant, the rooms clean and comfy, and the salt water pool great. The restaurant was terrible...overpriced reheated frozen "gourmet" entries and inedible sauces.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room, even though it was beside an area being renovated, was a good size, as was the bathroom, but the tub/shower combo seemed small. The room was clean and had everything I needed, but a more modern and larger TV would have been nice. I didn't have time to enjoy the pool and hot tub or the fitness room. […] The one thing that impressed me at this hotel was the security and access, I was able to access the hotel through a back door with a lock that was unlocked by my room card. "hmmm coffee anyone????"
We had a pleasent stay there was construction within the hotel but did not effect our nights stay. The only problem we found here was this was the worst coffee we have every had every... It would be the place to stay if they had a great cup of morning coffee, perhaps something to work on Days Inn.

I was not totally thrilled with this stay. It was loud you could hear everything in the other rooms, up and across. We must have been above laundry because every so often the whole room would shake. The hotel is undergoing reno's which is fine, but should have been made clear. The pool was closed,reno's, but we could go across the street to use the […] pool at the Holiday Inn, in the warmer months, sure, in -25 no thanks!! The cost and the pool were the main reasons for choosing this hotel. It was o.k. not great. I can't say I will go back. Lisez la suite
"Close to West Edmonton Mall"
Overall this is a good hotel. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed, but the hotel had arrangements with an adjacent hotel to use their pool, but at -25 C outside temp this was not a good option for our kids. Hotel room was relatively large with 2 queen beds and clean. Overall a good hotel for 2 nights with the family.

Although we were quite impressed with the quality of the hotel, we were disappointed to find that the hotel was under considerable construction and that the pool area was not available to use. Had we known this we likely would have looked at other hotel options. I feel it would have been forthright for us to be advised of this before we booked it.
