The hotel employees were all friendly and offered any assistance needed. so nice to be in a friendly atmosphere and not counted as just a number. Cleanliness was top notch. Enjoyed our stay.

Not very happy with the hotel The pool was very bad cold and small my family was the only one swimming and it had a sound problem. I had to ask for towels two of the three nights. They said at the deck they do not carry double so when the hotel is full they have to clean the rooms first then go back a few hours after and put the towels in. OK. I think I expected a bit more because it was a Holiday Inn. It wasn't bad but not really any better than other hotels that may be 10 or 20 dollars/night cheaper. The breakfast was very good. The access in and out was a bit difficult. Not the greatest location. I'd give it a 3.5.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Don't take the stairs, some guests were using the hall corridor as the smoking section. Good value for the money spent.

The Holiday Inn London, KY was very comfortable and accomodating.The breakfast buffet was wonderful on Sunday morning. We reserved a two queen beds with a sofa bed. I noticed that all the descriptions on hotels.com said this hotel had sofa beds in all the rooms and that they had jet tubs. These are actually options not something with all rooms. The […] room we were originally given did not have a sleep sofa, I'm not sure if it had a jet tub (jacuzzi) or not. I went to the front desk and they were able to switch us to a room with a sofa bed but it did not have a jacuzzi tub - this was ok with us. The stay overall was wonderful. Lisez la suite
"Very Nice Hotel"
Nice room, good breakfast. Our stay was for 2 nights. We hung up our towels after our showers the first night. They were removed from our room but not replaced. When we came back to the room it appreared that the cleaning folks had begun to clean (the beds were both made) but had not finished. The front desk could not provide us towels except pool towels […] which were rough and very small compared to the towels the first morning.
