Hotel situé à 15/20 minutes du centre ville (en bus+métro ou 40/45 minutes à pied), arret de bus au pied de l'hotel (pensez à la carte 3 jours pour les transports). Chambre spacieuse, insonorisée, très propre. Points positifs: prix, matelas, sauna gratuit. Points négatifs: Petit déjeuner à 17 euros qui ne les vaut pas, heureusement pour 4/5 euros vous pouvez manger assis dans la boulangerie en face, pas de clim dans les chambres, internet à 5 euros pour une heure, mais 30 minutes offertes/jour.
Situation
Italia Hotel se trouve à Munich (Hauptbahnhof), à proximité des sites suivants : Karlsplatz - Stachus, Eglise Saint-Jean-Népomucène et Frauenkirche. Les sites Marienplatz et Englischer Garten se trouvent également à proximité.

Juste à l'Ouest de la vieille ville, le quartier autour de la gare principale regorge d'hôtels et de zones piétonnes avec une multitude de boutiques. Un peut plus au Nord, se trouvent le quartier des musées de la ville, l'Alte et la Nouvelle Pinacothèque, la Pinacothèque d'Art Moderne, la Glyptothèque restaurée, le Musée des Antiquités et le Lenbachhaus où sont exposées les oeuvres du peintre bavarois Franz von Lenbach.

Bon accueil, mais c'est tout. Situé dans l'équivalent de Pigalle bien que proche du centre ville. Chambre exigüe - SE petite inconfortable - pas de clim Très bruyant par la présence d'un bar sexy de nuit mitoyen. Avons été dérangé par des fétards toute la nuit.

L'hotel est très bien placé à environ 15 min à pied de la Marienplats (centre historique) et 5 min à pied de la gare principale (noeud important entre les trains, les trams, les bus, le U-Bahn (métro) et le S-Bahn (RER)). Un parking souterrain est disponible à 200 m de l'hotel sur demande et contre paiement d'un petit supplément qui est très honnete […] pour une ville comme Munich. L'accueil à la réception et le service au petit déjeuner est excellent. Le buffet du matin est très bien garni et tout le monde peut trouver son bonheur. Au niveau de la chambre, tout dépendra de vos voisins. Les chambres sont bien isolées mais les portes le sont pas du tout. Si vos voisins décident de discuter la nuit dans le couloir, vous pourrez presque participer à la discussion. La literie est correcte et la salle de bain également. Seul petit bémol, un léger effort sur la propreté pourrait être fait. Des traces de savon et de calcaire était présente dans la douche. Enfin le jour du départ, le service d'étage est venu toquer à 8h30 pour savoir quand je partais alors que le check out est prévu à 11h. Lorsqu'on a prévu de se lever à 9h (et qu'on a mis sur la porte "ne pas déranger"), ce n'est jamais très agréable. Hotel situé dans un quartier très vivant et bruyant la nuit .... C'est impossible de dormir la nuit ! Si vous allez a Munich allez plutot dans un hotel près de la grand place ou près du parc olympique c'est nettement mieux situé.

I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews and it was close to the train station and we needed to have early access to the airport. This hotel is fine if you need a clean place to crash after a night of drinking and what not. Staf was very very friendly and helpful, but the room was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. HOT HOT HOT. We had to sleep with […] the windows open all night listening to drunkards in the street below. The bedding was strange....tiny comforter with no top sheet and lumpy pillows. None of us got ANY sleep before our 10 hours+ flight the next day. I felt the bathroom was a bit dirty. There was a strand of hair and two pubs on the bathroom floor when we got in. Like I said this place is fine if you need a quick last minute place to stay for a few hours, but my greatest complaint is that this hotel is WAY too expensive for what you get. Affordable, clean, good location near the centre and Hauptbahnhof though in the middle of several sex clubs which may be disturbing for some people. Our room was really quiet what comes to noise from outside the building, but noise from the corridoor was loud.The room was very small. "Hotel Italia - good for group party"
I went there with my wife, mother and small sister and besides the position (really near downtown), nothing else was good. There are some night clubs with prostitutes around, terrible noise all night (even inside the hotel) of parties. The hotel itself have a friendly staff on lobby but that ends there. and it smell like cigarets everywhere. But its […] not all that bad. Good location, good breakfast. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Only negative is the noise from clubs across the street at 6 in the morning. Bring earplugs and there is no problem.

The hotel is conveniently located, but in a neighborhood with many sex shops. They offer a good breakfast buffet. The rooms are rather basic and the 3 Star rating is not accurate. The hotel personnel is not service-minded; customer requests are optional.

Quick check in, but that’s when everything started going down hill. Upon entering the room we discovered that you could not open the bathroom door all the way, because the SINK is in the way….. the shower fell apart into 3 pieces. The beds were two beds pushed together and constantly pushed apart all night while we were doing it. Not cool. You could […] lose a limb or your girlfriend in that crevasse. Some reviewers had mentioned cabarets across the street and next door, but I heard no noise and saw nothing to complain about. Staff were helpful. When I could not operate the in-room safe, there was a prompt response and a staff member in my room in 2 minutes. The hotel is not in the best neighborhood. Down the street is one of the casinos in town, and there were 3 Cabaret(strip clubs) across the street and next to the hotel. People were loud in the streets until about 4am, and we did not feel safe walking the streets in the daytime. We were even confronted by five drunk men at 9am on the street, they were […] threatening to beat us up if we didn't give them our money. "Edullinen hotelli lähellä Münchenin keskustaa"
Hinta-laatusuhde ok. Ei mikään hieno hotelli, mutta palvelu ystävällistä ja huone siisti. Hotellin lähiseutu hieman rauhaton, koska kadulla paljon erotiikka klubeja. Yöllä ei kuitenkaan häiriötä ollut. Lyhyt kävelymatka Marienplatzille, n 15 min. Juna-asema aivan vieressä, joten kaukaisemmatkin kohteet helposti saavutettavissa.

Gutes Hotel direkt am Hbf. und am Stachus, viele kleine auch gute Lokale in der Gegend, sehr nettes Personal. Sehr günstig aber auch gut.

ISPO視察の際利用しました。 この期間ミュンヘンは、中心部のどのホテルも料金が高めで予算で選びました。この料金からすると中の下ですが、Lowシーズンの料金なら立地のことも考えると納得かもです。

Отель хороший, все достопримечательности близко, метро минут 5 пешком. Минус - очень шумно ночью, рядом много ночных заведений.

Hotelli sopii pienelle viikonloppureissulle erinomaisesti. Huone oli kaikinpuolin siisti, mutta kovin pieni. Sijanti erinomainen ostoskatujen ja joulumarkkinoiden tuntumassa. Aamiais buffee oli hyvä. Muutenkaan ei mitään valittamista. Hyvä hinta-laatu suhde.

Sopivanhintainen paikka josta löytyy se mitä mukavaan yöpymiseen tarvitsee. Aamupala oli todella monipuolinen ja hyvälaatuinen. Sijainniltaan hyvä, hauptbahnhof oli sopivasti kävelymatkan päässä, kuten keskustan kaupat. Tosin herkkäuniset saattavat kärsiä yöaikaan kadulta kantautuvista äänistä, joten kannattaa pyrkiä saamaan huone ylemmistä kerroksista. Hotelli Italia on hyvä keskitasoinen hotelli, jonka sijainti on erittäin hyvä Munchenin kävijälle. Lähellä rautatieasemaa ja lyhyt matka vanhaan kaupunkiin. Myös aamiainen oli sopiva. Voisin majoittua sinne myös uudelleen.

"vastaanotto oli parasta hotellissa"
Meillä oli kolmen hengen huone, joka oli ihan minimimitoissa. Toimi kyllä. Suihku toimi myös ok. Vastaanotto oli mukavaa ja puhuivat myös englantia. Aamiaishuoneessa oli lauantaina ruuhkaa ja piti odotella parikymmentä minuuttia. Tarjoilijat olivat sisäänpäinkääntyneitä tyyppejä. Eivät sanoneet edes huomenta. Ei hymyä. Muuten aamiainen oli ihan ok. […] Hyviä sämpylöitä ja leikkeleitä. Vastapäätä hotellia oli yökerho, josta aamuyöstä jalkautui kovaäänisiä ja humalaisia körmyjä. Ikkunat kiinni niin tuskin kuului mitään. Happi vaan meinasi pienessä huoneessa loppua, kun kolme väsynyttä matkustajaa yritti saada unta kuuppaan. Mutta meillä oli kiva matka ja saimme shoppailtua ja syötyä hyvin. Hotelliin oli helppo tulla suoraan rautatieasemalta ja lyhyt oli matka myös ostoksille. Ystävällinen palvelu, monipuolinen aamupala, rauhallinen hotelli ja huone (ainakin sisäpihan puolella), helppo ja toimiva sijainti rautatieaseman lähellä, turvallisen oloinen ympäristö.
Die Lage des Hotels ist eigentlich perfekt gelegen (5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof). Auch ein sehr netter Rezeptionist hat uns empfangen. Das wars dann aber schon mit den positiven Sachen. Stickiges Zimmer, Lärm von 0-24 Uhr und von Sauberkeit hat man leider nicht sehr viel gemerkt. Leider nicht zu empfehlen
