Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 29 janv. 2013Un bon accueil même en arrivant a 23h30, la chambre était spacieuse avec tout ce qu'il faut, le lit était vraiment immense ainsi que le canapé. Ne pas trop compter sur le petit déj, c'est vraiment le strict minimum.... une navette gratuite est mise à dispo pour se rendre et revenir des parcs disney. Pas le temps de tester la piscine et le jacuzzi malheureusement mais de vu ça avait l'air pas mal du tout... Vous pourrez acheter les billets pour les parcs directement à l'accueil, pratique si vous voulez éviter les guichets de Disney.

Très bonne impression générale. Propre accessible et confortable. Proximite avec (les restaurants exp : Tony Roma's, grandes surface exp : Target et le park de Disneyland ). Accueil sympathique et personnel serviable. Pour les accrocs du clavier et des tablettes, bonne connection internet. Seul bémol, si vous souhaitez le calme et prolonger votre sommeil […] par grâce matinée, évitez les chambres à proximité des escaliers, ascenseurs (passage fréquent) et surtout des lieux réserves aux personnels du House keeping (femme de service) dont les conversations matinales assez soutenues lors de la préparation de leur service (7h00 A.M) peuvent parfois être très incommodantes surtout si elles se tiennent devant votre porte. "Close, but not as spacious or as nice"
It was close to Disneyland; however, it was not nearly as big in the main room as pictured and the space in the second room was just not used properly. There wasn't a lot of space in terms of keeping things. The bathroom was so tiny it was difficult to get in and close the door, and it became a sweltering sauna in there because the fan didn't work. […] The pull-out bed was almost unbearable to sleep on, luckily they gave us another mattress. Our children have severe food allergies and a call ahead told us their breakfasts would be suitable for them, but it was not. There was nothing for them to eat at all. Their front staff was rude and they had no suitable handicap shower chair, and the pool lifts were not accessible at all. "Family Suite Was Nice"
We stayed for two nights- two adults and three kids. The family suite with bunk beds was really nice and spacious. Room was clean, pool area was well maintained. I was looking for value but this was not the place to find it. Specifically, the mattresses are old, hard, and one can feel the wire springs. The sheets were old and did not feel fresh. When I arrived the room smelled of bleach so much it made my eyes water. When I opened the closet I found inflated ballons. Separately, noise level is high due to construction […] in the parking lot. Exceptional, but floors transfer noise to room below. Stayed two nights and first night wasn't very restful because of the occupants above us. Notified the Desk the nextmorning and they went out of their way to make sure the same thing didn't happen the second night. They did a great job..... Luckily we were only there one night and I got it for a cheap rate. I would have been very disappointed had I paid the full price for the cost of our room. The wifi didn't work in our room as we were too far away from the lobby. The walls are paper thin, luckily my kids are heavy sleepers or they would have been woken by the loud guests in the hallway. It was good, the included continental breakfast was a good way to start off every day we stayed there. The room seemed clean and the beds were okay. Hotel and Valet staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered. Place is clean and quiet. There isn't enough parking, but there was construction going on to build more parking and more rooms. The front of the hotel is a construction site with workers and trucks arriving at 6:00 AM. Not enough parking so they Valet park cars double parked throughout the small lot u shaped lot with the construction gate at the far end of the lot passing double parked cars. The dining area is too small for the number of guests so it was difficult to find a […] seat at breakfast. Plenty of seats in the pool area but not open at dining time. Hotel staff did not seem overly worried about guest experience. Room had some sort of smell. Good location walking distance to very nice dining nearby. We stayed at the Corona for two days while we were visiting Disneyland Resort. The location was perfect in proximity to the park. We were able to jump on the shuttle and be to the park within 10-15 minutes each way. The rooms was sufficient and very clean although the beds were not very comfortable and the room was a little outdated from what you will […] find with other locations. Our room was on the bottom floor which was nice. Get your parking space early and don't move your car, because once the lot fills up you have to valet. There was a strong odor in the room. It kinda smelled like a combo of cleaner and bad body odor. I had to buy an air freshner for our stay and kept the fan on all day. The continental breakfast is better […] than most economy hotels. Parking was horrific with construction going on in front of the hotel! Hotel was clean, personnel was friendly. Beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable but can't expect much more considering what we paid.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"1 night stay"
Room was just ok. Not any nicer than a motel 6, just more expensive. Bed had a broken spring I had to lay on all night. Continental breakfast not too bad. I would stay at the red lion or elsewhere next visit.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Convenient location for wondercon, but very noisy!"
I was really excited from the pictures and was really looking forward to my stay with my bf when we visited Anaheim to attend the Wondercon convention for his birthday. They were doing construction at the time we visited, which was too bad and I was afraid to move my car because I would have lost my parking spot, so exploring was definitely not possible […] outside of walking distance. I am a heavy sleeper (tend to sleep through earthquakes since moving to CA), but probably got 4+ hours of sleep due to people talking loudly (more like yelling) outside my room and kids stomping above me. Breakfast was disappointing as choices were few and far between. For the price of the room, I admit I expected more for what I paid. It was really nice having a refrigerator and microwave in my room, but the shampoo really dried out my hair and there was no conditioner. I came to this hotel hoping I'd have fun and get a good nights rest. sad to say, I had fun, but no sleep. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Excellent service"
Stayed for a convention at the Anaheim Convention center. The hotel is practically next door. Was expecting only pastries for breakfast but was pleasantly surprised with a nice breakfast spread. Construction hampered parking but the complimentary hotel valet was super helpful and cordial. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Overall convenience of hotel made stay worth it however for price rooms and especially beds should be updated. Breakfast was great and being able to walk to and from park was nice. The Internet was offered but depending where you are located you will not be able to receive a signal. Also the hotel seems to be outdated to be so close to Disneyland and other major hotels I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who what's to enjoy there stay in Anaheim with their family but if you are look for quick fix this hotel will do it.Avis véridique Hotels.com

When i asked if i could check in early he was really rude didnt even let me finish my sentence..he said they were full the night before .so i couldnt check in early..i understand how it works i worked in a hotel before as a house keeper...after an 18hour drive we were tierd an just wanted to get some rest...i wasent upset that i couldnt check in early […] was upset on how rude the front desk person was..i dont know his name ...but he works the morning shift..an to top it off he wasent the one checking me in he just jumped into conversation while the gal was helping me ..he was so rude never been treated like that a hotel....i love this hotel but honestly got to say not sure if i would stay again..;( Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

"Perfect for big families"
We have difficult time finding hotel rooms for our big family. We had two suites that were perfect. Both had a king bed in the front room, a bunk bed and a pull out couch in the second room. One room had an additional trundle bed under the bunk bed for even more sleeping space. The staff permitted us to use the breakfast room for a family take-out dinner […] with some local family joining us. Our only complaint was the commencement of construction at 7am on Monday. Half the parking lot was closed and it looks like the hotel is breaking ground for additional rooms. We just didn't expect to be awoken so early after a full previous day at Disneyland, and a little notice would have been appreciated. We would definitely stay again, but hopefully they have a better plan for parking during construction because there were not enough spots for all the cars. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Hotels.com

Overall the stay was good. We had a family 4 suite (2 rooms with connecting door) and it worked for us. It seemed a bit older but worked fine. I did wish the breakfast seating area was a bit bigger. The only real complaint that is not really the fault of the hotel was the new hotel being constructed in what was a grassy area out front. The jack hammers […] and equipment were going from about 8am (or even a bit earlier) and they had ripped out a lot of the front parking lot. However, they did have complimentary valet.
