L'impression globale est bonne, mais le mobilier et la pièce d'accueil sont très défraichis et "vieillos". L'emplacement est idéal, malheureusement le quartier est très sale (nombreuses poubelles dans les rues) et pas beau.

Hôtel très propre personnel très gentil petif déjeuné très bon. Il est juste un peut loin du centre ville mais il est au calme . Et un bon poini en plus pour les petits chocolats reçus à notre départ !!!

Excellentes prestations ; chambre claire, propre, literie de grande qualité, vue imprenable sur la ville - Le grand + piscine-salle de sport et sauna au 30ème étage (très agréables). Les - bien qu'étant au 15ème les sirènes nocturnes ont rendues la chambre un peu bruyante - l'absence de parking gratuit.

Au cœur de Bruxelles, l'établissement Aris Grand Place Hotel Brussels se trouve à quelques minutes de marche des sites Galeries Saint-Hubert, La Grand-Place et Manneken Pis. Un périphérique en forme de cœur délimite le centre de Bruxelles et la plupart de ses sites touristiques. Dans cette enceinte, le noyau de la ville se compose de deux parties distinctes. A l'ouest se trouve la Ville basse, un labyrinthe de rues médiévales encadrant la vaste Grand Place pavée et bordée d'édifices flamands richement ornés. Située à l'est, la Ville haute est plus récente et plus aristocratique. Elle arbore palais et parcs, imposants musées et églises gothiques.

Personnel globalement accueillant et sympatique, malgré un niveau d'écoute des clients très inégal et un turn-over assez important au cours de la semaine. Etablissement idéalement placé, à 50 m de la grand place de Bruxelles et à 150 m de la gare centrale, dans une rue semi piétonne avec les galeries St Hubert ou l'office de tourisme à 20 m du perron […] de l'hôtel. Chambres correctes, vue imprenable depuis celles du 5e étage sur l'hôtel de ville et le centre historique. Chambre avec traces importante d'humidité au plafond,je pense que cet hotel mérite au maximum 2 étoiles et non 3 . Sa situation géographique lui sauve la mise . Petit déjeuné trop chèr.

Un hotel bien situé mais un peu vieillot, chambres sombres, propres mais tristounettes. Taxes de séjour non comprises dans le prix et petit déj non compris dommage. En résumé pour un premier prix c'ets correct mais ca mériterait un peu de rafraichissement.

L'hôtel est très bien placé (vue sur la grand place pour les plus chanceux) mais la propreté des chambres laisse vraiment à désirer : moisissures autour de la douche empreinte tenace de savon sur le lavabo et ménage bâclé de façon plus générale. Étant donné le prix des chambres, on s'attend à plus d'exigence de leur part.

très mal accueillis par la personne à la reception, et petit déjeuner vraiment léger pour le prix. l'hotel méritetait un coup de jeune et de propre. il n'est pas à la hauteur d'un 3* (ayant fait bruges la nuit d'avant dans un hotel 3* au même prix) le seul plus de l'hotel: situé en centre ville, dans quartier animé.

Très propre, très bon emplacement, à 50m de la Gran Place, 5mn du Manneken Pis et du Métro Bourse, juste à coté des Galeries de la Reine. Très bonne chambre, très bon accueil. Le quartier est peut être un peu bruyant les nuits de weekend, mais ça vaut le coup. Je recommande chaudement!

A trente secondes de la gare centrale et de la grand place, idéalement situé. Personnel agréable et chambre confortable. Parfait pour séjourner à Bruxelles.

Nous recherchions un hôtel au centre de BRUXELLES, accessible rapidement depuis un parking. Nous avons été très satisfait de notre choix, le parking public est à 50 m. environ. L'hôtel est bien central pour visiter le centre historique de BRUXELLES sans prendre de transport en communs, ni la voiture. Très satisfait de notre choix en tout point.

The only thing could be said positive about this hotel is the location next to the Grand Platz and Central Station. The beds were like rocks, each bed had one pillow each, approx 6 x 10 inches (no kidding) and when we asked for another pillow from the chambermaid we were told that they had no more. Checking with the front desk we found this to be true. […] We had a room with a window on the street that would not shut properly and had rain and noise come in until I forced it shut. There are many other hotels in the area and they can't be nearly as bad as this one. We did not eat there based on other people's reviews and what we saw that was an excellent decision. This was a lousy hotel. It's in a great, busy location but besides that and the nice front desk staff, it was a bust. Not very clean, not very comfy and hideous to be inside of - not that the view of piles of trash below was any better. This is a nice hotel right in the heart of old town. The carpet is new, the furniture is nice, the bathroom was good, but the bedding was bad. The pillows were small and flat, and they are still using blankets and bedspreads. I would stay again, if the bedding was updated.

Good aspect, it is just behind the Grand Place, and behind Central Station Negative Aspects: check in took 20 minutes; I was directed by the receptionist to the wrong floor ('I am sorry sir I do not know the hotel well'); the room was minuscule, underground, in the basement, with a small window whose gaps allowed frozen air pouring over me throughut […] the night; no extra blanket available, staff slamming doors in the basement and the room door was shutting at each movement outside. "Central to Brussels"
While the room was small, who spends much time in the room anyway?! Just a block away from the Grand Place, the Aris is so convenient to all of the sights of Brussels! The staff was very friendly as well! The convenience of the location outweighs all other measures. Recommended to us, we will recommend to others!

Ok, if you are a young student or couple with very few money. Than it's an option since its location is excellent. If you travel for business, the quality is below the acceptable threshold. No interne, no matter what they advertt, very old furniture, very basic service, unconfortable pillow, very noise heating, basic breakfast....

Fantastic location, 4 mins walk from station and 2 mins walk from Grand Place. We watched the light show from our bedroom window one night when it rained. Staff friendly. Lovely deep bath, and the shower was fab. Loads of piping hot water. No tea/coffee facilities but we new this before and took our own. Did not eat here but breakfast looked good. Restaurant […] next door was brilliant and cheap. Exactly what you would expect for the money, not glamorous but perfect location, clean, and well priced. Would definitely stay here again. The Aris Grand Place is as centrally located as you can get, less than a 1 minute walk to Grand Place itself so if you want something convieniently located then this is a good place. The location comes with its downsides, its noisy and on a main street so revellers kept us awake until about 4am. Its quite basic from a comfort point of view, but you […] get what you pay for. So if you want a reasonably priced, well located hotel this is for you....if you want mod cons and comfort then maybe not. I had no issues with my stay, the staff were helpful and friendly I just wish I'd managed to have got a little more sleep oh and an extra pillow would have been nice. Lisez la suite

convenient location to main train & metro station and 2mins from main Grand place / grote market. lots of nearby resturants offering fantastic meal deals. twin room was fine size wise but rooms could be modernised, it was clean however and ideal for its purpose (overnight sleep). would recommend hotel and stay again.

If you want to be close to the Grand Place with enough comofort and good price, this is a good option. The hotel could do with some "face lifting" but anyway if you aren't too fancy this is a good place to stay.

Room was standard small room for Europe, bathroom was nice and clean. Staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Location was unbelievable!! Just steps from the Grand Place, right in the middle of the historic center. Close to dozens of restuarants, tons of shopping and chocolate. "Uncomfortable, Unclean Rooms, Rude Staff"
We were on the 5th floor (the top floor). The ceiling in the room was made of metal panels that did not fully close off the room from the attic. As such, there was quite a bit of debris that was throughout the room. The room was not well cleaned even apart from that. Dead bugs on the walls, bathroom not fully cleaned before our arrival. Maids dropped […] toothbrushes on the floor ... hotel did not have any replacements to provide and moved a bunch of our stuff around even though we had the card on the door requesting no entrance. Some of the staff were incredibly rude. Actually got physically involved in trying to resolve a billing dispute. By the way, the hotel tacks on extra taxes, even though the recepit from hotels.com indicates that taxes have already been paid. Lisez la suite

"One Star at Best"
Been to Europe over 200 times. Lived and traveled in the Far East. Worst hotel we ever stayed in. Staff was so rude we almost checked out. We would have too if we could have gotten our money back. Rooms were incredibly small even by European standards. Beds were horrible. Actually had to use our heavier clothes to make pillows as theirs were so thin […] and and lumpy. Bedding and towels were thin and worn. Looked out on a brick wall. Breakfast was a joke especially for the price. Wouldn't even compare to a cheap motel chain in the US. Actually it struggles to achieve a one star status. Could not stay there again and would not recommend under any circumstances despite location. "Worst hotel I've ever stayed in"
I travel a lot, and frequently stay in hotels all over the world, but this is the worst I've ever experienced. The staff were rude. At one point we wanted to leave, but you have to leave your key at reception, yet there was no one to be found.... the receptionist was having a shouting argument with another guest about internet access around the corner. […] By this time 3 more guests had arrived, and had to wait for it to finish before we could leave. 9am Saturday morning housekeeping came into the room and woke us up (not unusual for a hotel in fairness), but then proceeded to clean and vacumn outside the room.. and when they moved to the room next door, the walls were so paper thin we could hear everything. There is more staff issues, but you get the point. Luckily Brussels is a wonderful city and makes up for this hotel, but I'd avoid staying here at all costs!! There are many other hotels in the center of Brussels (it's not that big, so although they may look far on the map, they are probably closeby!) Lisez la suite
