Une bonne impression , j'y ai passé quelques jours agréables et le personnel pour certains surtout, était spécialement agréable et serviable.
Des frais pour toute personne supplémentaire peuvent être facturés et dépendent de la politique de l'hôtel.
Une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo et une carte de crédit sont requises à l'arrivée pour couvrir tous frais imprévus.
Les demandes spéciales sont soumises à disponibilité à l'arrivée et peuvent entraîner des frais supplémentaires.

"highway under construction"
It would have been perfect if it wasn't for highway 820 being under construction. It was difficult getting in and out using the GPS when there was no exit to take due to construction. The hotel was great.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"a room is not the same as a suite"
My only complaint is that we paid the extra money for a suite, but were given a normal room... When I called the front desk to make them aware of their mistake, I was LIED to and told that we were in fact given a suite... Having stayed at this hotel before, I know the difference... "I wish my stay could of been better"
I wish that when I asked for the maintenance to clean the grill to use it they would of cleaned grill not wait till I reminded them again and I asked for my room to be cleaned and they didn't even vacuum it or changed my sheets...also breakfast could of been different once in a while....we stayed there a whole week....Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Can you say HOT!"
The room keys did not work at all. Every time we left our room and had to get back in we had to go back down to the front desk to get new keys made and were lucky if they worked. The air conditioning was not working very well at all. Most of the time the room temperature was 78 degrees which made for a miserable stay!Avis véridique Expedia

My daughter and I stayed over just one night last weekend for a 1/2 marathon race in Ft Worth. Very clean hotel with a good location and great staff. The desk clerk told us where the nearest RedBox was as well as the local Target - both within 1 mile. The hotel is located next to the Hurst Police station and local hospital which was comforting....not […] much crime next to the police station of course. No DVD player in the room, which seemed odd. "Good for price"
Th location of the hotel is in a great area..Right next to police station so you can feel safe in the area. Many restaurants in the local area. Went down for just one night to Six Flags and it was just the right amount of distance from there since the Rangers also had a game Saturday night. The pol was open when we got back to hotel around 10 but the […] hot tub was being worked on. The breakfast was good there in the hotel. They have many good late night snacks you can purchase for a great price also. All in all, it was a good hotelfor the price. I would reccomend staying there to anyone! Nicest Hampton Inn we have stayed in. Very clean, newer, and conveniently located. There is free shuttle to/from DFW and within a 5 mile radius. Employees are very friendly and helpful, esp Natalie at front desk (Thanks Natalie!). Stayed for 3 days during Super Bowl. Beds very comfortable.
