Hotelissimo Haberstock - Munich

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant, proche de la gare et du centre ville qui est accessible en 10 minutes à pied. L'accueil est excellent, les prestations de qualité. En revanche, le parking est un parking public situé dans la rue d'à côté.

Excellent situation, à côté de la gare, et d'une bouche de métro (agéable quand il pleut !). Chambre confortable. Nous étions au 6ème étage. Le personnel à la réception offre un très bon accueil, et contrôle bien les entrées et les sorties de l'hôtel, ainsi que les remises des clés (le quartier est animé, parfois très tardivement ...). S'il est vrai que l'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement stratégique (gare, métro à portée) plus le centre ville que l'on peut rejoindre à pieds en quelques petites minutes seulement, que l'ensemble du personnel est fort sympathique et professionnel , il se trouve en revanche que le confort de la chambre laisse à désirer. En effet ,très petite,décorée sans […] goût et pratiquemement sans mobilier( pas de table ou de bureau et une seule chaise) on a du mal à se déplacer . L'hotel est correct, sans plus. Le prix de la chambre était trop élévé par rapport aux prestations. Pour un 3 étoiles, chambre et salle d'eau trop petites. Cet hôtel vaut plutôt 2 étoiles. Accueil agréable et situation pratique puisqu'à 2 pas de la gare

I like this hotel pretty much, nice breakfast, clean and very convenient, even the room is a little bit small, but I will choose it next time......

My son and I enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has an excellent location next to the main station. The room was clean the staff friendly and the breakfasts excellent. Highly recommended.

This hotel is closed to U Bahn. But, you need to walk to S Bahn station to reach city center. As an alternative, you can walk to the center for 15~20 minutes. In front of this hotel, there is an adult bar. So, it is not recommendable to stay here with family, especially with kids. Hotel restaurant is good and wide. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. The room was small but adequate and clean. My biggest complaint is the neighborhood after dark. I didn't feel safe leaving the hotel because of the businesses nearby and some of the people walking around. The location was great, the staff were really wonderful,and the breakfast buffet ,I can not say enough. This is definitly an European hotel. Room was "COZY" but who cares, was not there much. Too much to do around us.

I stayed here for two nights and glad not anymore - I didn't manage to get more than two hours sleep during my stay due to all the banging and crashing through out the night from deliveries. I was at the back of the hotel on the first floor so not sure if that makes a difference. Internet cable didn't plug in very well and kept losing connection. Staying at the Hotelissimo Haberstock was a great experience. The staff was very helpful and always seemed happy to be there. The full breakfast was a great start to the day. Convenient location near the Hauptbanhof station.

This hotel was near the train station so it was very convenient. The staff was very helpful. There was no air conditionning and the day we arrived it was 95 degrees. After that it cooled off and the room was comfortable.

Located next to the munich main train station,the hotel is surrounded by seedy establishments playing loud music into the small hours. Very hard to find parking around the hotel,and the hotel doesnt have its own parking. The room was small and looked worn threadbare. Perfect location, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

The pillows were AWFUL! The room was very warm and we had to ask for a fan. The pictures on the site were a bit deceiving. Our room was on the 6h floor and had wooden beams protruding into it. Hotel is good location and good looking. However, bed king side is not one matress. It's to single bed, which is not so comfortable. During summer it hot inside the room. And house keeping did not clean bed well. But bath room cleanliness is perfect.

The Hotel is an old place nicely renovated and very well located for moving around in Munich, as it is across the Central Train Station, and walking distance from main turistic spots. The attention was very kind, and could notice they manage different languages. Is a good place, convenient for short stays.

The staff at Hotelissimo Haberstock was very friendly and accommodating. The room was pretty cramped, but it was clean, and if you don't spend a lot of time in the room anyways, it is perfect. The hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the main Marienplatz area, so if you don't mind walking, it works great. Very convenient for Munich Hauptbahnoff. Typical of German hotels in that it is spotlessly clean and excellent breakfast. Also typical of German hotels is double glazed windows and complete weather sealing. This is fine in cooler weather but in summer you need the window open or it is stifling. I enjoyed my stay very much. The breakfast was great, and the location was very convenient. Parking was cheap and convenient, and the entrance to the main train station was like 50 feet from the hotel. It is noisy on that street, but closing the window cures that problem at night. A nice hotel only a two minute walk from the train station and ten minutes to the town cetnre. Although it is on a busy side street with lots of bars, strip clubs, casinos and hotels, it isn't a seedy area. I felt quite safe walking around at night. Decent, comfortable, clean room conveniently located near the steps to the Hauptbahnhof U-bahn. The one problem: noise. It is a very busy street at all hours of the night and the neighborhood isn't the best (across the road from an entertainment center called "Man's Planet", just to give you a feel for it), but I didn't feel unsafe or anything. Right in the heart of the transportation - main train station, UBahn, tram, tour bus pickup location, and short walk to Marienplatz. Once we figured out which escalator to take, you come up 1 door away from the hotel and avoid the traffic on the street. This hotel is very convenient to Hauptbahnof, however the street is very busy with shops, restaurants, a sports cafe and casino, so I suggest you request the rooms facing the backside of the hotel. The street noise is almost too much to get a good night's sleep. The bed is very thin and doesn't offer much support. The bed only has one very small pillow […] per person. Otherwise, the hotel staff is friendly, speak very good english, provided directions and maps for places we wanted to go and served a nice breakfast. They ask EVERY time you leave for the key to your room and remind you that it's a steep fee if you lose it. We refused to turn it in. Your choice, I suppose... The elevator is another story. Best subway location possible Step out the door, and the main subway station is 50 feet away. The train station is less than a block. There are no English speaking programs on the TV, because, according to the desk, management doesn't want to spend extra. The free Internet access was via ethernet plug in and had a ~400kbs speed. Stayed there for a few days, and overall found it to be a great base from which to explore the city. I don't spend much time time in a hotel, so I was very impressed with the location. Just a couple of minutes walk away from the centre and major night club areas, easy to find, and filled with courteous staff. At night you have to ring the bell for […] the night porter to let you in, which is a minor inconvenience, but I find the security step reassuring. Breakfast was very nice, with great variety, and just good food, which was almost surprising considering the small number of visible staff. My one disappointment was the blankets and pillows, both of which were essentially non-existent: an unfortunate inconvenience, considering the bed itself was very comfortable. Good Hotel for the Money & the Location was great !!

The hotel room is tiny; much smaller than any other hotel room we had in Europe. My main complaint was that the website said it had A/C, and it sure did not. We visited Munich towards the end of July so it was burning up. That made the trip pretty miserable. The location of the hotel is fabulous, though. This hotel provided great service and a good breakfast and was located close to the main train station and city centre. The only problem with the hotel was that it was located across a sports bar which was very noisy at night.

this hotel is literally almost opposite Munichs main train station and located 5 minutes walk from Karlsplatz. The underground is right in front of the hotel. Pubs, clubs and restaurants are on your door step. Staff were very friendly, providing me with a city map/train map which was exactly what I needed when I arrived. My hotel room was a bit on […] the small side, during my stay in Munich it was 35 degrees so at night I found it difficult sleep (no aircon) and if your room is at the front of the hotel there is a sports bar opposite that can be at times noisy that doesnt seem to close before 4/5am during the whole week. Our experience was great. Nice, big, clean room. Amazing breakfast. Extremely helpful staff! I'd go back again for sure (and I consider myself picky).

The hotel is very convenient to all the sights in Munich. The main railway station and tour bus departure points are all within walking distance. The one minus point was the lack of air conditioning in the rooms.
