Très bien, un peu d'attente dans le froid à notre arrivée pour la navette... mais très vite oublié car très bon accueil à l'hôtel. Chambre propre et agréable.

For a few days, you feel like at home ... the separate bedroom and the kitchen help you in that way. This hotel show a very interesting confort/price ratio. Well done guys ! On top of that ... the laundry is free of charge.

Loin de l'aéroport, 40$ en taxi. c'est la banlieue de Philadelphie, pas de mauvaise surprise vous savez à quoi vous attendre, standard Howard Johnson. Réception OK, un Wendy's pour manger juste à côté. les chambres sont assez grande, salle de bain propre, lit ok sans plus. Hotel d'étape, pas de vacances complète. Mais n'hésitez pas.

This is a trip for my college visiting. The hotel located on the Temple University campus. Just by 5 mins walk you can get to the train station which can bring you to many locations in Philadelphia including the PHL airport.Avis véridique Hotels.com
"Can't wait until next year"
I loved it, it was oddly on a college campus, allowed dogs (I have a 55lb Aussie) and next to the metro, I felt safe walking my dog by myself where at my apartment which i don't, the room was set up amazing. Will stay again!Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Extra good if you are taking your dog"
It was a lovely hotel. We booked two rooms, and the person who checked us in switched them by accident, but we rectified that ourselves (single vs. double with a small dog). It was very safe with tons of police patrolling, and cheap, fast college-town restaurants. If you wanted a lovely sit-down dinner, there was nothing within walking distance, but […] the theatre and supermarket were close by and you could catch the subway 2 blocks away to the Reading Terminal and Convention Center. "Get the old address!"
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Conwell. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in (I actually was able to sleep, without building a futon out of bedspreads). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Continental breakfast was a bit scant, but adequate (it was Continental after all). The hotel is next door to the campus police […] station, so security was not an issue, at least on campus, and there is a 7-11 next door to the hotel, as well. There were only two things I could say that are negative: 1) the WiFi was very poor (and the building made phone service and air-card service problematic as well); 2) they really should publish the "old" address (1331 West Berks Ave.), without which, my GPS (TomTom) took me into some very sketchy neighborhoods, and an hour out of the way (with the Berks address, went right to it. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of my room. The floor needed vacuuming and the beds had not been changed. The beds were made up as if they were, but when you pulled back the covers, there were hairs and specks of dirt on the sheets, and appeared slept on. "Hidden jewel"
We really liked this little hotel. It is on the campus of Temple University and is very close to the SEPTA subway system. The hotel and surrounding areas felt very safe for walking no matter what time of day or night. There is a great little strip of carry out restaurants close by with outdoor seating, and nearby street food trucks for those who like […] a little culinary adventure! (We did!) The hotel front desk was very helpful with advice and directions, and we had no problems with our stay. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling to see Philly. We would happily stay there on our next trip. In the lobby, there were always fresh cookies and apples for the taking. "Perfect locale when moving a student in or out!"

I highly suggest visiting their website beforehand to receive directions to the hotel. The address listed does not show up on GoogleMaps or GPS. The hotel is located on Temple University and it is next door to campus security. This Inn was even better than we were expecting. Obviously, they have improved since some of the negative reviews I had read. By phone and in person EVERY employee was just super. The entire place is immaculate and the room was beautiful. The bed and pillows were too hard for me but that is a personnal thing. My husband thought they were fine. A very small yet very comfortable Hotel, on Temple University Campus. We stayed in a clean and suprisingly large room. A subway ride/cab ride from the convention center but we were not looking to stay in center city. Breakfast was a bit sparse but there is a cafe next door. I was awakended 2 nights in a row at 4am for an hour with garbage trucks and dumpster banging. Front Desk knew it was a problem with I complained. I packed up and was ready to leave 2 nights early to get sleep but […] they moved me to a new room on front of hotel.
