My room was absolutely perfect except for one very major inconvenience. The room did not contain a hardcopy listing of the TV stations. That is, there was no guide I could look at that would tell me what station number is Fox News or ESPN. I should not have to channel flip for this critical information. There needs to be a hardcopy printout that lists […] the chanel numbers and what each channel is. I found the lack of a listing to be very frustratiing and it did make me think less of your hotel. I travel frequently and I have always been able to find a listing in other motel rooms. Please change your procedures so that lsitings are in rooms. Thank you. Lisez la suite

I found it a bit expensive, but overall I would rate it good and would stay there again.

have stayed at this hotel in the past and always had good service, but this time we arrived about 1 hour before our room was ready. Instead of getting a polite come back your room isn't ready yet we got yelled out saying our room wasn't ready. Will think twice before i book this hotel again.

The pool is great With the exception that it is too cold!! to enjoy. A complaint by most that was there. The kids said they had a great time between the hot tub and slide. Is a great place for a family getaway.

Good location, Nice big room. However i got put right next to the roof of the lower wing and they huge fans they had kept kicking on/off and were extremely loud. Also lots of families go here for waterpark, i had screaming babies in the background most of the trip. Oh and the workout room isn't even worth mentoning.
