Bon motel pour une étape, spacieux, bien entretenu, au calme, le service y est professionnel et agréable. On appréciera la piscine et le jacuzzi chauffés et le petit déjeuner suffisant pour commencer une bonne journée. Les environs ne présentent pas de grand intérêt si ce n'est pour la restauration rapide. Voiture indispensable!

très bon état général, les environs ne sont pas fameux mais tous les motels sont au même niveau sur ce point là. La salle de bain comprend seulement les toilettes et une baignoire, le lavabo est dans la pièce principale avec un évier en plus ce qui n'est pas très pratique. le confort de l’hôtel est très bien, la pièce est assez grande mais seulement pour une nuit car il n'y a rien d’intéressant dans la ville. l'accueil est tres satisfaisant.

L'accueil était sympathique, la chambre était propre et grande, seul bémol le petit déjeuner avec seulement des beignets et des gauffres à faire soi-même... mais trois restaurants sont disponibles à proximité (In and out, Denny's et Quizznos sub) Bien dans l'ensemble et très près de l'autoroute ce qui donne l'avantage de partir très vite vers notre destination finale (dans mon cas Los Angeles en 1h30-2h).
Situation

"Hilton Inn and Garden's - Bakersfield"
Great little hotel. Staff was very friendly and hotel was quite clean. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Hotel pool although small was heated which is always a plus. Only gripe (but I know this when I booked it) was lack of continental breakfast which is more the norm for hotels in same price range.

"Close to downtown yet comfortably secluded"
We were in Bakersfield to see a comedy show at the Fox Theater and I booked this hotel because it was only a couple miles away and had good reviews. The main attraction for me was the location. There are lots of ugly sketchy neoghborhoods in Bakersfield but this hotel is on a secluded street surrounded by a bunch of other big hotels and a Costco. It […] made me feel safe. The staff gladly switched us to a non-smoking room when our assigned room reeked of cigarettes (4th floor = smoking). Indoor pool and hot tub, free WiFi, full bar. We skipped the $10 buffet breakfast and walked 10 minutes to IHOP instead. Room was smaller and a bit dated, but hey, this is how Bako does the Hilton. Recommended. Lisez la suite

"A slight customer service issue"
The room was fine, just what I have come to expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. However as I was leaving I stopped at the front desk to ask about the availability of another Hilton property in the city of Fresno for my trip home the following week. My intention was to book it at that time. The young lady at the desk advised me "I'm sure there are some […] there, but I don't have a book" with a little head tilt and a smile (while standing in front of a computer). I laughed all the way to my car. I had to search the internet myself later that week to find one and book it. "Unattended teenages/soccer team"
While staying at this facility, I was unfortunate to have stayed on the same floor as the unsupervised teenage soccer team that was running up and down the halls at all times of the night, only to wake up the next morning and find their parents, drinking beer and watching the big screen in the lobby at 6:00 am!!!!!!What a nightmare. I was in town for […] a wedding the the hotel was sold out. I will never stay at there again. I will go downtown and stay at the Marriot conceirge level where business travelers and other regualr people spend extra money so they can sleep. I had made my reservation several months ago and paid it in full ahead of my visit, not knowing that soccer teams use this hotel on a regular basis. Otherwise, I would have checked out. Enough said. "Quite and Comfy"
We enjoyed our stay at Hilton Garden Inn,the rooms were spacious and clean,the staff was very friendly and helpful............highly recommend this hotel and plan on using Hilton Garden Inns when possible.

"Place to stay"
We always try to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn when we come to Bakersfield. We love the location and as we are senior citizens we especially love the enclosed swimming pool and Hot tub. We would highly recommend the hotel to everyone.

The beds where very comfortable, I think they should have free breakfast, it cost $10.99. The maintenance of the hotel was ok, there was a unpleasant odor in our 1st room so we move to another room. Need to update hotel carpets and decor.

"Enjoyed my stay at the Garden Inn"
Hotels.com had a great rate for this hotel so I jumped and made a reservation. They have added a mini bar in the lobby and so I decided to have dinner at the hotel. Food is good not fantastic but a good choice if you want convenience and after a long day you don't feel like getting back in the car to drive somewhere for dinner. Very clean room. Quiet. […] The downside? The heat and air is a unit next to the window, though controlled by a wall thermostat. It took a while to get the room where it was comfortable. "Clean and perfect for our one night stay"
The hotel was clean and comfortable. We loved the fact that it had an indoor pool the kids could use in the winter but it had too much chlorine and it was overwhelming. Overall nice hotel.

It's the 2nd time I've stayed at this Hotel. It's pretty good for the price but I've founded others at the neighborhood same range of price but with breakfast included. So, next time I'd choose better.

I have stayed in a few hotels in Bakersfield over the last few months. The Hilton Garden Inn has been the best so far. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly and speedy when we needed extra towels or plastic spoons for our oatmeal. I will stay here then next time we come to town!

Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in Bakersfield was a delight. We were greeted at the desk by a very friendly desk person. She checked us right in although we arrived a little earlier than check-in time. We stayed on the first floor which did not have an ice machine, however one of the hotel staff was very accommodating in getting us some ice. "Beware of adjustable mattress"
We were not told in advance that all king size beds in Hilton hotels have controls that can be used to adjust the firmness of the mattress. Consequently our night was spent in something akin to a hammock. When we complained in the morning, they said "Didn't anyone tell you?"
