Près de l'aéroport. Le petit déjeuner est complet il y a beaucoup de choix. Hôtel propre il y a des restaurants à proximité. Nous avons partager la chambre espace suffisant pour 4 adultes. Bon rapport qualité prix.

En général, nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour à l'hotel et on vous le recommande. Nous aurions cependant aimé qu'on nous fournisse suffisamment de serviettes propres à chaque jour; on devait en demander des supplémentaires. Peut-être est-ce la faute de la femme de chambre.

La qualité du service a été très bien et très rapide dès notre arrivé. L'emplacement de l'hotel nous convenait parfaitement et jamais nous n'avons été incommodé par les bruits d'avions. Nous avions vu directement sur l'aéroport. La chambre n'était pas très au gout du jour mais en générale propre et de grandeur comfortable (2 lits queen et un sofa-lit). […] Notre seul gros bémol fut la présence continue de fourmis miniatures dans la salle de bain. Nous avons dû utiliser notre lotion a moustique pour venir a bout des bestioles.Le stationnement (payant) directement sur le site de l'hotel est un gros plus. Le petit déjeuner nous a été bien utile. My son and I stayed 1 night from a long day of road travel. Convenient location and secure garage parking (additional fee). The room was very clean- so clean they dare put bright white linens and covers on the beds. Absolutely fresh, clean smell to the blankets, sheets, and comfortable pillows; it was the most peaceful, soundest sleep I've had in weeks! […] View from the 9th floor, out the front, fantastic view of planes taking off and landing in the distance. I was sorry there was no info on the booking page on the 24hr shuttle the hotel had. I arrived at midnight and took a 3 min taxi for $21 only to find they had shuttle ech!! I know I should have phoned but I got really busy. I will be more proactive and insistant in future.

Loved the room! ...except the staff made a mistake and gave us a plain sofa, instead of the sofa bed we needed, which we only discovered at midnight when trying to get some sleep. Breakfast was decent, however some of the food was undercooked, with sausage a little too pink in the middle. My flight was cancelled in Toronto due to weather. Air Canada gave me a brochure with a phone number to call for a discounted hotel room but I was able to find a better deal thru Hotels.com. My legs were very sore so when I searched for a hotel I made sure to find one with a hot tub. Upon arrival, there was a sign posted on the front desk that the pool […] area was closed for renovation. Needless to say I was very dissappointed but the hotel employee looked to see if he could find me a room with an over sized tub in the room but the hotel was completely booked and he could not accomodate that. I asked for a discount but he said that due to the fact I booked it thru Hotels.com and paid thru their site, he could not issue a discount. I called the 800# for Hotels.com com and their customer service agent was AMAZING! He apologized that Hotels.com did not have accurate information that the pool are was closed, he called the hotel to confirm this was true, and then returned on the line that he was putting a $50 credit on my account for my next reservation! UNBELIEVABLE! Before this incredible feat of customer service I would shop around on various websites for hotels but Hotels.com has just earned all of my business, all of the time! For the low price we paid, the room was big and very comfortable. The pool was small but so nice and warm it made taking a swim very pleasurable and the airport was ridiculously close (5 min drive). Stayed here for one night after a long overseas flight, out early the next morning for another flight. The room was very clean and although the hotel is a bit dated/older I found it to be great. The shuttle from the airport and back in the a.m. was very convenient, no problems whatsoever. The front desk service was great, quick check-in and check-out. […] Good breakfast. The Fairfield was very convenient for us for a one night stay...Very close to the YYZ airport and easy on and off to the major hghiway routes...Nice amenities, such as the gym and pool....very generous complimentary breakfast selection..We would stay again and certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

The stay was perfect, but I found it a little bit inconvenient that they charged CAD 12,00 a part for the car parking and they slipped the invoice mfor this surcharge under the door, during the night, informing on the invoice that they had charged my credit card. The hotel was a pretty up to date for the most part. I found the bed to be a bit uncomfortable, the pillows were very lumpy and used. I also found the breakfast to be a bit cold. Overall the stay was pretty good and there was a really good breakfast spread.

Service was excellent. Continental breakfast was awesome. Not just toast and jam. Rooms were very clean, furniture was a little dated and rooms were a little too dark. Definitely felt like a hotel.

Very convenient for airport, and we will definitely use again. Clean rooms and facilities, friendly staff and cooked breakfast. As airport hotel, dining should be available later than 10:00pm.

There is nothing wrong with this hotel, but nothing stands out either. King size bed was great but the sofa bed was poor. Free breakfast is mediocre and the rooms are very average. Free internet was hit or miss; my son's computer was fine, but mine kept losing connection. Pool was very small. Hot tub wasn't. Towels were new and clean but small and thin. […] We got more towels upon request without any difficulty and a cot without charge. I found the price a little high for what you get, but not exorbitantly so... I would look for another hotel first in the future but wouldn't completely rule it out either. We waited an hour for the shuttle service and was shocked to see how close the hotel is to the airport. I was furious!! In hindsight, it might not have been the hotel's fault as we had the 'travellers aid' call for us and perhaps she didn't, we will never know. Next time I will call myself. A perfectly good hotel that is a very short distance from the airport. The rooms are large and clean and have a microwave. The breakfast is buffet, included in the room charge and very generous. There is a bar, but it seems to close relatively early compared to overseas hotels.

Thank you for the cosy beds for myself and my two little kids. We landed at the airport after midnight and called the shuttle. They came right away, checked us in after 1am and we had a great night's sleep. The late check out time of noon was awesome for coming in so late with little ones.

The complimentary breakfast was wonderful! The rooms and hotel were very clean. The pool/whirlpool was small but nice, but no shower. My son loved it.
