Tres bon hotel pour se reposer au bord de la mer. Reveil matinal avec une vue magique sur l'ocean. Dommage qu'il soit trop loin du centre ville...

"Sea crest ocean front"
C'est un bel hôtel près de la mer. Le seul inconvénient est la propreté des chambres. Il y a beaucoup de poussières. Il serait grandement temps de rénover les chambres afin de garder sa clientèle. "Spectacular"
The Sea Crest hotel was beautiful, clean, safe, and a lot of activities for kids. I enjoyed my stay here and will come back to this same hotel next time. "Better than expected"
The location of the hotel to the ocean was great! The room was a little dated, but we loved the kitchenette with the full sized refrigerator. In the evenings, while taking showers, we'd turn on the bathroom vent. Within minutes, we could smell the distinct odor of marijuana coming in through this vent. "Great value excellent location"
The staff was very accomodating. When my husband and I experienced a problem with our first room; the resort manager quickly apologized and relocated us to a new room which was an upgrade from the room we had. The elevator was out of service, but even that was addressed by granting a 15% discount on breakfast for the inconvience of having to take the […] stairs. I will without a doubt stay here again! "Beautiful ocean views, and great location!"
My husband, myself, and our 3 children stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, and had an amazing time! I had requested that we have a crib in our room prior to us arriving in case our 1-year old was asleep, and it was in the room. Even though the weather was a bit chilly, my kids thoroughly enjoyed all of the indoor and outdoor heated pools! We had an oceanfront […] efficiency room that included a kitchnette with all eating/cooking utensils, 2 queen beds (that could've been a little more comfortable), and killer views from the balcony! All in all, the hotel made the trip just that much more enjoyable. I guess the only complaint I would have is that the Starbucks located in the hotel didn't stay open long enough. It was open from 5am-11am, not good for a late sleeper!! Other than that, I can't complain. We had a wonderful and memorable time! Will definitely come back to this hotel in the future! Oh, one other thing...the staff was great too. Very helpful and friendly, and did their best to make you feel at home. Thank you! "Overall not worth the money"
Enjoyed the amount of pools and location adjacent to the beach. Our room was spacious and was supposed to be ocean view, yet our balcony overlooked the 'waterpark' and we were unable to appreciate the sound of the ocean; the extremely loud pumps of the waterpark made our time on the balcony very unpleasant. As for cleanliness, we had to ask for clean […] towels, ask for toilet paper, and ask to have or garbage emptied; our room was never completely cleaned during our 6 night stay. In order to get toilet paper or towels for example, we had to sign off that our room was serviced. We had a kitchenette, and were under the assumption based on the hotels website that there was going to at least be all the basics to cook / eat, however there wasn't even enough cutlery for our family of four AND there was only 3 chairs for our so called dining room; when we asked for another chair so our family could eat together, we were told that there wasn't another one. We also did not have blankets or pillows for our Murphy bed, nor were there converters for the tv's. When ever we cooked, the smoke alarm went off (not due to our cooking, but due to the proximity of the alarm), AND this is the honest truth, our microwave DIDN'T WORK! "Bad Customer Service"
When we originally checked into our room it smelled musty and the vent above the stove did not work but we made no complaint. Then the drain in the bath tub was stopped up so we asked for someone to come and look at it. The maintenance guy said he was going to have to call a plumber and said he was going to have them give us a different room. We waited […] a while and they never called and the smell was getting bad from the drain cleaner. I went up to the front desk and she then told me that there was no rooms to move me to, all she could do was send down housekeeping with something to help with the smell. So when I asked how we were supposed to shower I found she was unaware that the drain was still broke. She then said she did have a room available for us. The rest of the stay went just fine. However, I still thought it was aggravating to have maintenance not inform the front desk of the situation for so long and for the front desk to lie to me about not having a room. "Great place to stay cheaply for family trip"
It was a clean hotel, recently updated and the pool situation was GREAT! They have a very warm indoor lazy river, indoor hot tub, indoor pool, and covered children's pool, as well as multiple outdoor pools including a very nice kid's splash park. To me, the money was worth it for the pools alone. It was me, my husband and our two year old. They got […] us checked in a little early, and my only complaint was that the "second" bedroom (the one that had the balcony door) had bad climate control (the AC didn't work) so we didn't use it really. I'm sure if we would have reported it, we could have gotten a different room but honestly we didn't need the 2nd room. Though I was staying at the tower and ended At a room that looked tike cheap 1 hr rental motel I mind that the property does not take pried in all of it building. Not a lot of restaurants right near this hotel. The maid rolled her eyes at me when she wanted to clean our suite at 9:15am, and I told her we were not ready to leave yet. We had several rooms. I had booked a king suite but was given 2 double beds instead. I didn't mention it as we arrived very late to the room and was tired. The floor and kitchen area were sticky so didn't take my shoes off. There was other peoples trash under the beds and the tv. The beds themselves were hard as rocks, but I do like a soft bed so...? […] The real kicker was the fact that we had only one parking space in their deck. You had to park any other cars on the street basically unsecure. Do not stay in their cheaper rooms, they are disgusting and you feel like you are in a bad motel. We upgraded to a suite after seeing our room with food crusted to the comforters. The suite was nice, but the kitchen area was disgusting; the cupboards were covered with all kinds of grime and food. The heated pools are excellent and so is the staff. Our overall stay at the Sea Crest was good. The room was spacious and very clean. Large refrigerator and stove with dishes and utensils. The pools and access to the beach was good. Only think I didn't like was the parking. If you have a smaller vehicle such as Camry, Honda or just a passenger sedan you can fit in the parking deck easily. I have a large […] farm family and drive a large truck. I wanted to park in the oversized vehicle spots but was told I had to move to the parking deck. Trying to navigate a F350 crew cab long bed in a smaller parking deck was nerve racking. If there were lots of other larger vehicles in those spots I may have understood a little more but there wasn't. My truck and a handicap luxury van were the only 2. I had to park on the top floor of the deck everytime and again, that isn't that bad...It was just unnecessary to make me park my large truck in a small parking deck. Hotel is nothing like pictured, pools were dirty, rooms were musty smelling and run down. Very outdated. Not worth the money we paid for it. Plus we thought we were getting a tower room and the put us in the small hotel next to it and when we asked to be moved they said it would be 250 more to move rooms. "A TRIP TO REMEMBER"
When I first checked in, the room that was reserved for me somehow hadn't been cleaned yet from the last guest and the bed weren't even made. I called down to the front deck and they sent housekeeping up immediately. However, what I thought I had reserved was a suite with balcony and full kitchen, but it wasn't. When I went down to the front desk to get my NEW room key, I was given a $75 resort voucher the use anywhere on the resort for the room that wasn't clean at my arrival.
