Hilton Omaha - Omaha

Great views of Ameritrade Ball Park and right next to CenturyLink. Hotel is very modern. Our floor had a unique smell. It was some sort of flower smell that wasn't all that inviting...very minor as it didn't come into our room. Will stay again.

Excellent accomadations close to lots of entertainment. Only disappointing thing was to have to pay for parking! Should have been comped as a registered hotel guest!

We stay here everytime we come to Omaha it is very clean and great service!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond their jobs to accommodate us during this stay. We needed a little extra time the morning of our check out to attend an event and come back to get our stuff. The hotel is at near new baseball stadium and century athletic complex. The bell desk and housekeeping staff are more tha helpful. However the frontdesk staff did not want to be bother. I asked about WI-Fi and they gave minimal information and quickly looked down to their work. I would return for the amenities and the housekeeping staff.

We couldn't check for two hours after our arrival because the hotel was full from the night before and the crew was still cleaning up...although this was disappointing, the hotel rectified the inconvenience by giving us two free dinners at the delicious hotel restaurant that evening (only after we asked for it, however). The hotel is beautiful and extremely […] well kept. Our room was on the executive level and incredibly comfortable...however, incredibly noisy -- some sort of mechanical system/chase must have been routed through our room and was running ALL NIGHT. We are fortunate that we can sleep through most noises but if you are a light sleeper, this would be a major inconvenience. Overall, still a nice place to stay. Lisez la suite

The Hilton Omaha Hotel is a sight to see when you first walk in to it. It's beautiful, and all of the employees are dressed impeccably (even the valet standing in the freezing cold!). Easy, quick check-in. Found our room very easily. The room itself was great. I was expecting a little more from the Hilton (because it's a Hilton!), but it was not unlike […] any other rooms I've stayed in before. The room was very dusty, which made me wonder how clean everything else *really* is, and the toilet paper they stock in the bathroom is cheap and feels like sandpaper. I was very disappointed with that, because I believe one thing that a Hotel shouldn't scrimp on is the toilet paper, at least not to that exent! The bed was very comfortable and we had an amazing view; it was truly a great room. Overall, though, we really enjoyed our stay! We'll be staying at the Hilton again. Lisez la suite

Stayed in one of the "lower end" rooms, and it was still superb. Comfortable furniture, great location. Had a fridge but no microwave, that part was a little disappointing. Hotel services were great, the Liberty Bar had excellent food, and the location of the hotel left us within minutes of all the attractions. A good stay for the money.

Great room - Great location - only problem was noise level at 6:30am - hallways were filled with people

I stayed here after a Creighton game and I was extremely pleased with the location and free 24 hour shuttle to downtown! I was disappointed when I woke up early the next morning to get a good workout before my trip home to find out that it costs an additional $10 to use their gym! That just seemed absolutely absurd that hotels are now charging extra […] to use their fitness facilities. As if people don't have enough excuses to work out while traveling or on vacation! It was really disappointing to see Hilton not supporting a healthy lifestyle. I refused to pay the $10 on principle, and ran stairs at the hotel instead. haha. We stayed on the Executive Floor which was okay but probably not worth the extra money if over $10 extra per room. Would probably just get breakfast next time in downtown Omaha. This was a great visit. Very acessabile to the old market and down town and to the Quest center. Fresh rooms and good receptionist and staff.

Another great stay at this great hotel!

Excellent hotel. Room was great, entire place was very clean. Only complaints would be the lack of complimentary breakfast and internet.

Excellent service, clean and comfortable rooms and convenient location. Cost of food and drinks is the only negative for our trip.

The room could use a comfy chair to relax in. The one in the room was straight back and hard. Location is close to interstate and airplane traffic noise.

i was very happy besides the fact that you have to pay to park in the garage (understandable if you not a guest but being a guest it should be free for the length of your stay)

Spent a lovely, relaxing Christmas Eve there. Staff are a joy-so attentive and nice.

I travel a lot and as a road warrior Omaha was not on my list of vacation hot spots for December...but if you have to go to Omaha in December...I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very nice and close to our destination which was Creighton I felt the beds were not comfortable...too hard for my taste. The only other complaint would be that we were charged for internet usage. My son used his I phone and did not know it would cost money to use the Hiltons internet...so were had 2 days of surprise internet charges. […] Seems goofy to be charged for internet usage from our own phones. Stayed here while my wife and i took our 11 month old daughter to the zoo. Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. The only complaint we have is the shower had very low water pressure. But other then that a fantastic stay the whole time we were there. If we ever visit Omaha again this is our go to hotel.

All the hotel reservationist were very nice Brandy, Dawn and TJ took care of all my needs. Plans to return in December. Will recommend to all my friends.

We were here for Thanksgiving and couldn't have been happier. It's pet friendly, but you would never know it as clean and spotless as the rooms and hallways are. Everyone we dealt with was extra nice (especially as they were working on a holiday) and I couldn't be more pleased with how we were treated. The only downside is that the grass is kindof far […] away, so you have to make sure to plan ahead to avoid any pet accidents. Also, all the outside trash bins were across the street so we had to walk farther than would have liked to dispose of our waste bags (wouldn't want to take them into the room). We stayed at the Omaha Hilton for a quick weekend getaway and we didn't leave disappointed. Omaha itself is a wonderful city with something for everyone, but if you going to stay for a few days, stay here. The staff is courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable of the area. The free shuttle that runs 24/7 is phenomenal and makes life very convenient. […] The Hilton offers on-site parking in a structure for only $10 a night which is far better than the $50 a night I pay in Chicago when I stay there. The amenities, services, and staff make this the best hotel in Omaha. Enjoy your stay! Lisez la suite

Front desk at check in is very... very....very.... slow. I was disappointed that there was dirty laundry right in front of our door from the last guest when we went up to our room. There was food splatter on the wall. And one of the glasses in the room still had its little cup cover on it, but the glass was clearly used. It had lip smudges on it and […] still had about an inch of water in it. I realize that none of these are major issues; and I corrected these things all myself by finding a housekeeper down the hall; but I think first impressions regarding cleanliness are very important to a guest. Believe me...it made do an inspection of the beds and bathroom facilities. I have stayed here before and had a better experience, which is in part why I chose to stay here; so this was very disappointing. Lisez la suite

I'll first say that the hotel had great service by the staff and was extremely clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for my first trip to Omaha since it was within walking distance to downtown. I do have to point out that the walls were particularly thin, which is fine during the day but being able to hear each person walking by during […] the night (especially when it happens to be drunk party-goers) wasn't idea. Hotel was very nice and I got a great price from Hotels.com. That was a really good thing because by the time you pay the parking and Internet access fees, since there was not free WiFi in rooms, it cost more then I was looking to spend for one night.

Connected to the Qwest center and you can get a free shuttle ride to and from the Old Market and the countless restaurants there!

I stayed at the Omaha Hilton during a business convention I attended in April. It was very easy to drive to. I liked that it offered self park or valet parking. The hotel was directly across the street from the Omaha Qwest Center with a sky walk so I did not need to be out in the weather or dark when returning to my room. The hotel staff was extremely […] helpful. When my group wanted to leave the hotel for dinner the staff helped us with some excellent dining suggestions and provided us with free shuttle to and from the restaurant. We stayed at the Hilton when we attended the Kenny Chesney Concert. The rooms were very pretty and the beds very comfortable. The only thing missing was an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Hotel was very clean, and staff/restaurant was excellent. The hotel room was very noisy due to conversations of other guests in the hallway.

It is a very nice hotel and the staff were super friendly and very accommodating, however I would not recommend to anyone who is wanting free internet. They are charging for internet! I have stayed in 40 hotels in the last 18 months and not one charged for internet, except this one. Based on this, I can't recommend the hotel.
