Avis d'un client Hotels.com envoyé le 22 août 2012Belle chambre, parfaitement équipée. Le coût de la navette pour l'aéroport est excessif au vu du trajet. Par ailleurs, en traversant le parking du personnel situé en face de l'hôtel de l'autre côté de la route, on accède à pied à l'aéroport en 5 minutes.

"Lots of space and friendly staff"
We all had a great time. All the staff were great, and dealt with all our questions easily. The hotel has a wonderful old house, but with lots of modern rooms around the edge of the site. It's a lovely walk up the coast to the centre of Troon.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"PIERSLAND HOUSE HOTEL"
This hotel offers a very good range of accommodation and the cottages and lodges which are situated away from the main hotel offer a degree of privacy and solitude. The staff were helpful and friendly but with the telephone exchange being situated at the main reception area, guests sometimes can have a lengthy wait while a telephone enquiry is dealt […] with. My only other point of contention was being allocated room No.4 on the first floor. This room was very near to the main heating or air conditioning motor and as such was continually noisy during the night and as it was a warm night on my visit I was not able to open a window for fresh air as the noise would have been too loud. Room 4 is also situated at the start of the corridor and immediately outside it is a fire door which makes a loud noise every time it is opened or shut. This can easily disturb the sleep of the occupants. My advice is that the hotel is very much worth a visit and value for money but be advised about room number 4. MY SON IS GETTING MARRIED IN THIS HOTEL NEXT YEAR AND I WANTED TO GO AND HAVE A LOOK. I WAS REALLY IMPRESSED BY THE STANDARD OF THE ACCOMODATION. I HAD A COTTAGE ROOM WHICH WAS VERY COMFORTABLE. I BOUGHT MY DINNER AND BREAKFAST SEPARATELY, AND WAS AMAZED AT THE COST WHICH WAS NOT OVER PRICED. WE ARE GOING BACK AGAIN NEXT MONTH. I stayed in PIERSLAND on Friday 5th and Saturday 6th November 2010 as part of a Wedding Party. The service was excellent and everything was perfect. I cannot thanks Michael and his staff enough.
