Un accueil irréprochable dans cet hotel plein de charme (nettement plus que les grands hotels de luxe autours !!!), des chambres tres agréables et spacieuses; un petit déjeuner compris contrairement à ce qu'indique votre site et un exemple: quand nous avons demandé ce que nous devions pour le petit déjeuner (copieu!) de notre fils qui nous rejoignait […] tous les matins, "no problem" nous a on répondu. Wonderful location, very clean, lovely room, included breakfast and aq reasonable rate consuidering the locatrion.

Nice hotel- decent room and size. The location is perfect. Walking distance to a ton of great shops and restuarants. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.

Three of us (wife, niece and I) stayed two nights in March. The first night, the blind rattled so much that i asked the front to change rooms. The room we were given was much smaller and less comfortable, despite the fact that the front assured us that it would be exactly the same as the room we booked.

Mostly a positive experience. The AC was loud cycled off and on a lot and, as a special bonus, the compressor made an annoying sound when it shut down. Clean, comfortable room. Internet connection was free and good. Free breakfast which was simple but good. They only open for breakfast at 7:30 AM which seems a bit late to me. Very nice area to walk […] around. I was attending meetings at MIT and enjoyed the walk across the Charles River on the Havard bridge each day. Lisez la suite

The hotel was an outstanding place to stay. It was close to everything! The people at the hotel were excellent to work with. We will definitely stay there again the necxt time we are in Boston.

This is a nice hotel with a friendly staff. I would make the rooms situated near the elevator less expensive than the cost of the other rooms in the hotel and then make this clear to the client. Give the guest a choice or option to take this room, or not. The noise is distracting, but not too bad, walls are a bit thin, guests should be considerate and […] keep the sound down. everything was terrific! highly recommended.

Excellent small hotel in great neighbourhood. Close to amenities, shops (there are boutiques lining the street and a shopping mall 2 mins away at the Prudential Centre), and major tourist attractions. Plenty of places to eat surround the hotel for all budgets. Room quite clean and had two lovely bay windows and a (non-working) fireplace. Closest subway […] stop only 2 short blocks away. Free breakfast was basic, but did the job (eggs, bacon, cereal, toast, juice, tea and coffee). Would definitely stay here again! Lisez la suite

A wonderful gem in a charming Boston neighborhood. The Guest House had a very European flavor in style & decor and that is just our kind of place. Very clean & friendly. The location could not have been better - just blocks from the T on a street with many restuarants and shops and away from the hustle & bustle of downtown but within easy access of […] the Boston Fine Art Museum, SYmphony Hall and Fenway Park. The French restaurant in the bottom level was elegant and the food wonderful. The little crepery next door was perfect for a light lunch or mid-afternoon treat. I had a nice stay here - I was on the top floor, nice & quiet. Room was small-ish (queen bed), but perfect for just me. My toilet kept running every 5 minutes on the dot (I timed it) so that was a little annoying. The shower was not great, but you could tell the rest of the bathroom has been redone recently. A very fine "neighborhood" hotel in the center of Newbury St....Close to the "T" transit stops, Boston Public Library, Old South Church, Trinity Church, and other sites of historical significance. We've stayed here before and are always impressed by the convenience, service and location. Highly recommend. Close to shopping and several T stops.

Very helpful staff, close to attractions, easy taxi ride from the airport. Breakfast became a little monotonious, could have more variety but otherwise very good.

I spent three nights at the Newbury Guest House and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. The Inn is nothing fancy but my room was clean and modernly adorned. They offer a free full breakfast of bacon and eggs, english muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, and coffee from 7:00am to 9:30am. Coffee is free and available throughout the day in the lobby. Furthermore, […] the Newbury Guest House is very centrally located situated on probably the nicest street in Boston all in walking distance to the Boston Common, Cheers, and Faneuil Hall. This hotel is in the heart of the Back Bay area, and it is a very charming renovated brownstone. The rooms are small, but crisp and clean, and they are all equipped with a DVD player and refrigerator. You can borrow DVD's from the front desk for free. Unfortunately, our stay was a bit bizarre. Our room smelled like it had been painted that afternoon, […] so we had to keep the windows open to air it out. Then, a maintenance guy came into our room at 11:30 pm while we were sleeping! He apologized profusely, saying he did not realize the room had been rented. The front desk was very responsive and gave us much of our money back for the inconvenience. Lisez la suite

This hotel is beautiful inside and out. It is a truly special place to stay. Newbury Street is a lovely location to stay in. It is within walking distance to the 'T' public transport as well as Boston Common, great shopping and restaurants. The Guest House was recently renovated, very clean and really luxurious feeling for the price. The room I stayed […] in was quite large with a beautifully comfortable bed. The breakfast was more than adequate. Although it was called continental they also had bacon and eggs. The only negative I could find was that my view was over the back alley rather than the street although this alley was very clean and safe looking so wasn't too bad at all. An absolutely wonderful place to stay! The lobby and the rooms were both very homey and cozy. The room felt luxurious but was very reasonably priced and had a great view! The staff was extremely helpful from recommending somewhere nice for dinner to giving us exact directions to public transportation and the sites of the Freedom Trail. This is an excellent, small hotel located in fine Newbury Street shopping area. Courteous staff, very comfortable and quiet room, very clean, cheap off street parking, full breakfast included in price. Close to subways and lots of sights. Would use again when visiting Boston

What a great place. Nice and quiet, clean, great location to shops, eating, transportation, etc. The rooms were very comfortable, and the prices was affordable. This was a guest house, but had the quiet New England B+B feel to it. I would stay here again for sure.

This is a very clean and well set up hotel. This is especially ture when compared with other nearby hotels.

Second time staying here. Love, love, love the great location for the price. Fun, funky neighborhood. Walk to everything if you're in reasonable shape, symphony, theater, freedom trail, shopping. Decor is updated enough in the rooms but needs new beds.

This hotel is in a great neighborhood very close to the Hynes Convention Center, many restaurants and subway green line. The breakfast was very nice with both hot and cold options. This is a lovely and clean place on the shopping street and very close to Hynes convention center. It is one of the most cosy hotel room I have stayed in. If I ever come back to Boston (which I hope I will do soon) I will definitely stay there and I would recommend this hotel to all my friends. I was in Boston for a conference at the Hynes Convention Center. The hotel was perfectly located close to the Center but in a quiet area. Lots of nice restaurants and sights nearby. Easy access to the T. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location, Cozy yet modern. Staff is helpful and friendly. Parking is available in the back alley where you can access with Elevator. Be sure to get front view room.

This a charming hotel in one of the liveliest neighborhoods in Boston. Reasonable price to me in the middle of what goes on in Boston!

We enjoyed our stay at the Newbury Guest House in Boston. It is in an excellent location in the Back Bay area of the city--- convenient for restaurants, cafes and wonderful shopping.

Hotel is in a great location. Newbury street has a wonderful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. No tea and coffee facilities in the room but free coffee available in the lobby. Breakfast was adequate. Only annoyance was our room was next to the lift and we could hear it as it made its way from floor […] to floor, especially at night when the hotel is quieter. We stayed 2 nights in a Deluxe room. Great litle hotel in the heart of the business district. Close to the convention center (1.5 blocks) and Copley Mall. Convenient, comfortable, good breakfast, nice people. A definite pleasure.
