Hôtel fabuleux et magnifique l. Notre avion était très tôt le matin, transit d'une nuit, et j'étais stressée à l'idée de le "rater". Station of electric car difficult to locate. Splendid pool. Plentiful breakfast but poor quality. Price of internet much excessive. Good size room.

The Pan Pacific is practically in the airport, and their electric buggies will whisk you there and back in a minute. The rooms are plain but adequate, and the buffet meals in the restaurant are varied and good. You can easily access the Food Court in the airport for cheaper and more authentic food, but you are totally isolated from any experienco of […] a neighborhood or normal KL city life.. The Pan Pacific is NOT especially convenient for the Low-Cost Carrier Terminal (LCCT), which you'll be using if you fly Air Asia. A city hotel with transport provided by Air Asia is a better LCCT option. The Pan Pacific also nickle-and-dime gouges you. Internet time is about $5 an hour, the robes provided are cheap cotton hospital gowns, etc. This is an option for day of arrival or night before a flight only. Lisez la suite

Great hotel. very friendly and efficient staff. Excellent stopover between flights.

Was more than happy with everything at the hotel. We didnt arrive until 3am but the staff were very helpful, and the room was very nice, although i have to say, the bed was very hard, but we had no problem sleeping in it. Great service

Hotel is very convenient to international airport, a bit of walking in enclosed passageways or they have their own golf carts to shuttle you back & forth. Located some distance from the city, but there is an Ekspress (sic) train that leaves regularly from airport terminal to Sentral (sic) station in downtown KL. We arrived late and left early but it was welcoming and worth the time there. Very handy to the airport.

The lobby and restaurants were great. The rooms, disappointing. The sheets are rough, the mattresses and pillows too hard, and the rooms definitely need redecorating. Carpets and woodwork are somewhat worn, and the room was unaesthetic. The pool was lovely. Great hotel. Clean and staff helpful. Great location, convenient access to KL Airport. Will use it again.

This hotel is perfect, if you have one night stay as we had. The hotel has everything. The close distans to the checkin counters in the airport, which you get ride with their electrical cars and then it's just to take the elivator to the checkin floor. You can get to down town easily, by the KL Express train or taxi. Checkin smooth, room good, which […] we got an extra bed to for our daughter. Breakfast was good and they start to serve at 6am. My stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. I was just disappointed about the internet connection at the hotel. The connection at the lobby was fine, but in the room it wasn't that good. The moved me on my request, but in the second room the connection wasn't much better. So disappointed that they couldn't fix that for me.

Stayed one might with my wife and 1 yr old girl. Got a baby crib at no extra charge. Was put on the 8th floor which is the crew floor that has a nice lounge area with pool table. There's no where to walk to - the creekside garden looks nice from the hotel but no one seems to walk there. Good hotel for overnight transit, convenient location, responsive service.

Great location by the airport with very efficient buggy service to take you to and from the hotel. Even though by the airport excellent double glazing assured a good quiet nights sleep in a good quality bedroom. We booked a non smoking room and were booked on a floor that said it was non smoking, but unfortunately someone had disregarded this and had […] been smoking. We should have asked for a different room but didn't. The buffet dinner is ideal for this type of hotel and is very good value and quality. It enables everyone to have flexibility and eat the type and amount of food that you like. The pool looked lovely though we didn't get chance to use it. Lisez la suite

Generally a very satisfactory short stay. This is a comfortable hotel although the room was showing signs of wear and tear and had a slight unpleasant smell on arrival. Housekeeping solved this but had failed to empty the rubbish in the bin left by previous occupant. Recommended if you need to stay at the airport for an early flight.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pan Pacific very much. The staff were very friendly and helpfull. The hotel has excellant amenities and facilities. I was travelling alone with a sick infant and the hotel had everything I needed for an overnight stopover in comfort and to be able to rest between my flights.The swimming pool looked great although i did not have […] a swim. My only complaint was that the bed was so hard. The hotel is so easy to get to from the airport. The hotel was perfect for my needs. At the airport for a quick series of meetings. Lobby was a great meeting place, internet access is great. Could not see the city because the airport is way outside the city, but would recommend it based on these criteria.

The room was average the bed was very hard ,the channels on tv were not clear it was like staying in a lodge and not in 5 star hotel

WE STAYED IN THE CLUB ROOM HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE PLANES TAKING OFF. IT WAS NICE TO GO AND HAVE DRINKS AND NIBBLES IN THE EVENING AND THE SERVICE WAS GOOD IN THE CLUB LOUNGE.

We found the check-in at the airport a most convenient facility. the transfer by cart was much appreciated after our long flight from LHR. Only down side was that a temporary single bed, which we did not require, was erected in our room thus considerably reducing our living space. However we would still recommend staying in your hotel.

Great hotel for a quick overnight transit. Great buffet dinner and the shuttle to AirAsia was punctual and a good deal.

Walking distance to check in at kuala lumpar airport

We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific very much. The staff were very friendly and the swimming pool was wonderful. Our only complaints were that the beds were so hard but we were supplied with a mattress topper which helped - and also the live band in the bar were far too loud!

The hotel is in very very good location, for anyone whose in transit for few hours before continue with next flight. The 24 hours buggy service for guests transfer to the airport is a brilliant service, and the connected bridge from hotel to airport only about 2 mins walk, make it easy for us to go to the airport food court to have lunch. This was such a pleasant surprise - great, silent and wonderfully comfortable room with excellent amenities and facilities, its a short walk from the departure hall, or there is a motorised cart pick up. They didn't even ask for a cc imprint - so paid cash for extras and had instant check out. Secure and good for peace of mind when travelling. Sydney […] siders note too: KL seems the closest Asian hub when returning from Europe or South Asia ie KUL - SYD took just 7 hours, KLIA offers excellent shopping too, if just breaking a long haul journey overnight I'd pick KL over Singapore, Bangkok or Hong Kong. We stayed here overnight on our way from New Zealand to China. The hotel is very clean & tidy and we found the staff very helpful. As our flight the next day was very late they offered us a late check out of 2pm which was very pleasing

We stayed for an overnight layover at the Kuala Lumpur airport. The hotel is connected to the airport and has luggage carts which will take you and your bag directly to the lobby of the hotel from baggage claim. The hotel was excellent and the food was great. Perfect location for KLIA airport quite a distance from LCCT low cost airline terminal. The hotel has double glazing so no noise from airport allowing a perfect nights sleep. The service and staff are very friendly and helpful

We arrived very early and they checked us in straight away - this was fantastic! Lovely room service menu. Definitely take advantage of the free shuttle to and from the airport - while the hotel is attached to the airport it was nice not to carry everything, KLIA is a big place.

In anticipation of a 20-hour layover in KL, I made a reservation at the Pan Pacific. The location is great for someone who needs to be close to the airport: the hotel is separated from the airport only by a short 3-minute walk down an indoor corridor. I was able to get up at 4:30 AM to make my 6:50 AM flight with time to spare. But the hotel isn't […] as top-notch as it advertises itself to be. On the hotel website, it says that there are regular shuttles at set hours, stopping at a predetermined location for the guests' convenience. I waited a half hour before I found a nearest pay phone and called the hotel, which then informed me the shuttle would come to pick me up, but it took another fifteen minutes before anyone showed up. The food at the hotel is absolutely mediocre, especially the breakfast buffet, the quality of which does not match its price compared to other hotels of a similar caliber I have stayed at. At around 5 pm, I was having a drink in the lobby and was startled by a loud noise. Turns out that they were drilling into the ceiling - for what purpose, I do not know - and it went on for ten to fifteen minutes. A strange job to be doing at the evening peak hour in the lobby. The room was extremely spacious and clean, but the bathroom was dated and the shower stall leaked water through the crack even though it was to be completely enclosed. Very convenient hotel for overnight stay. There is nothing near the hotel. Food is good. Rooms are tired and Air Con is poor, barely works.
