Hotel moderne et accueil parfait , mais ...n'était pas précisé que la chambre se trouverait au dessus du moteur de la climatisation de l'hotel , d'ou un bruit incessant, de plus un hotel en construction juste en face, donc cloueuse, perceuse, pelle mécanique etc.. en route à 6h du matin. deux nuits difficiles dommage l'accueil et les services sont parfaits. les chambres propres et coquettes. A recommander malgré tout

My only complaint is that I left 2items of clothing in my room and I called to see if they would send them to me. I said the cost could be put on my charge card. They told me the manager would call me the next day but no one has called. That is disappointing.Avis véridique Hotels.com

"Grand daughters birthday"
We came for our grand daughter's birthday party at the YMCA. The room we had was very clean and the lobby and room smell clean. The only thing I have negative about this hotel is it's breakfast should have waffle's and some eggs on it also. But other than that it is a very nice and clean place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable as well. The only thing to be concerned about as far as this hotel goes is that there is a bar on site which allows people not guests of the hotel to enter the premises. "Great place to stay"
It was a last minute booking and just needed a room for one night. Was pleased with room especially for price. Much better than 3 star hotels have stayed at. This would have been all 5s except I think there was a recent plumbing problem in this room and it smelled like raw sewage. Not terrible, but enough to notice. I'm sure they would have changed my room, but it was already late and I was already unpacked and leaving in am so I stuck it out. All plumbing in the room worked great so not sure why the smell. "Not bad"
This was a very short stay on our way to some where else. We literally stopped just to sleep and left within 10 hours of check in but everything was acceptable. Not much staff on duty late at night. When we asked for extra towels for the room we had to go get them from the front desk but that was understandable. The room was nice but you couldn't adjust […] the air conditioner so that the fan didn't blow. The compressor would stop but the only way to make the noisy fan stop was to turn it completely off - then it got hot. But once I got to sleep I didn't notice that. Traveling to see daughter graduate at Ft. Gordon..Was very close to base and close to interstate to get anywhere needed.. Staff as very pleasant and accommodated all of our requests in a timely manner..:) Nice large Continental Breakfast. Didn't utilize restaurant on premises nor the pool. the room did not smell good. the ac did not work. they moved us to a different room. at breakfast they ran out of hot food. i told the employee that the hot food was out. the employee told me that by the time she made the hot food, it would be nine am (twenty minutes away) and then breakfast would be over so NO she would not put any more hot food o […] ut. The hotel was clean, well kept, and well maintained. The neighborhood is your typical off the highway hotel/gas station/restaurant area. For the price, it was exceptional. The room was clean, no old smoke smell, carpets new, a full fridge, parking good, and the Mexican restaurant inside the hotel had good food. When I checked into the hotel, staff was nice & clean. On the way to my room on the 2nd floor, the door was wide open, toilet seat up, & fridge & freezer wide open. Staff at front desk said because the housekeepers just cleaned the room. Little sketchy because the last few times I went there, my room wasn't like that. The fridge/freezer doors were closed, room door was closed, but the toilet seat was still up. Maybe this is a new policy at their hotel. Room had a little odor from the first room.
