Good location. Not in thecenter of town but able to walk into town for dinner easily due to good weather. Used the small but clean pool and hot tub. Stayed for 2 nights during regatta. Stayed 4 nights. Wonderful, friendly people at the hotel and in Saratoga Springs. Would love to come back, and would definitely stay here again! Very nice gym, fresh coffee and cookies readily available, nice lounge areas, laundry machines for guests, very nice shampoo and conditioner was a bonus!

The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (new shower curtain needed) and there weren't any hand towels or wash cloths in the room the first night.

The spa tub in the Suite room had steps to get in but none to get out. since the shower was at the far end of the tub - there didn't seem to be any way to actually get in or out. A dilemma!

It was alright but for the price and quality offered it was overpriced. Get just as much at a Fairfield Inn for 30% less. For the extra $50 could have gotten a much better breakfast elswhere. The pool was very small and the room was only so so.

The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful at all times. Room was very quiet. No noises from adjoining rooms or rooms above.

The hotel is in a nice quiet location, easy walk to downtown. The only thing odd about our stay was the handicap bathroom was odd, since we didn't request it - but not a huge issue.

Pricey though, be ready to fork out. Lately we have had some dreadful experience in staying "value" hotels. I guess you get what you pay for. I like the fact all the bed linen are white and everything including the comforter is laundered after each stay. Hotels that have colored comforters don't launder them, only the white sheet underneath.

This was much nicer than the hotels where I usually stay. When I checked in they asked for my credit card number for "incidentals." I had prepaid, so I thought that was odd, but I knew I wouldn't use room service or anything like that. But when I looked on my credit card statement, However, there was a $20 charge. Hotel staff great, room great, except 1 bed clearly sagged. It wasn't the bed I used but if I had a roommate one of us would have been soar by morning. Otherwise fine. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Wifi is complimentary a plus.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. The location is also very convenient. However, the room facing route 50 has a lot of traffic noise. In addition, I also can hear a lot of noise coming from the next room.

The room was quite spacious and everything was in good shape. The breakfast buffet was good. No complaints. The only slight downside, if you care, is that it's a bit outside of downtown, just off Rt. 50 though, so it's a short drive or a moderate walk downtown. Of course this probably keeps it quieter.

I found the bed too hard and I couldn't sleep, although my husband was very comfortable so it's a matter of taste. Also, pillows were lumpy. However, the hotel is very clean and attractive and located conveniently if you're visiting Saratoga Springs. If you don't mind a very firm mattress, it's a good place to stay.

My family arrived very late in the evening, around 11:00pm. We were exhausted from driving so many hours in the rain in order to begin a whirlwind weekend of campus tours of colleges my daughter is considering. The room itself was very comfortable, and the bed was the best feature -- the cloud-like pillows and comforters put us into a well-needed deep sleep almost immediately. Nice decor in the lobby. Room was just run of the mill. We expected more. I always look to see what kind of towels are supplied. These were thin, nothing special. Overall clean and okay. Desk clerk had to Google directions to our destination, a place seven miles out of town. It was just okay. For the price we did expect more.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott Hotel. Comfortable rooms. Good service. The walk to restaurants and shops in town is about a 10 minute walk.
