Proche de la vieille ville et des monuments historiques. Personnel dévoué et très accueillant. Chambre confortable et bien isolée, petit déjeuner copieux presque à la hauteur d'un petit déjeuner européen.

Très bien, un peu d'attente dans le froid à notre arrivée pour la navette... mais très vite oublié car très bon accueil à l'hôtel. Chambre propre et agréable.

For a few days, you feel like at home ... the separate bedroom and the kitchen help you in that way. This hotel show a very interesting confort/price ratio. Well done guys ! On top of that ... the laundry is free of charge.

I expected a suite to accommodate a third adult. This room was not even close! It was a single room with a sleeper sofa and a king bed. When pulled out, the sleeper was only 6 inches from the bed and there was no room to walk at all. Sleeper was not made up, no extra glassware or towels were in the room, dead bolt lock was broken... very disappointed. The hotel was nice and comfortable. I was dismayed bythecharges they had for things other hotels give for free. They charge for parking and the desk clerk said the only way to avoid this was to "Take my chances parking in the adjacent neighborhood." Also there is a charge for in room Internet. "Most expensive hotel stay ever"
I stayed one night. When I got home and opened up my suitcase I noticed that I had forgotten my toiletry bag. I called immediately and was told that housekeeping would get back to me. After speaking with several people in the housekeeping department as well as the general manager over the next two days my bag could not be found. We were impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff and the amenities they provided, such as free water, free starbucks coffee in a room off the lobby as well as pastries. This hotel was packed to the gills for NYE and, although I went elsewhere to celebrate, everyone seemed to have had good time. Close to the city and reasonably priced. The heat pump-A/C units emit a rumble whenever they are on . You can easily hear your neighbors unit when yours is off. So a good night's sleep before a business meeting is a must, and they didn't even have normal sized pillows. They were either tiny little couch pillows or massive square pillows that looked like couch cushions. Reviews for other hotels near the King of Prussia Mall were very scary (bed bug references etc.) so I chose this Marriot based on it's reviews of excellent in the cleanliness category. Hotel lobby and entrance was being remodeled and had to enter hotel thru restaurant entrance. The front desk was just a table but the woman handling check in was very […] apologetic and attentive. They gave free Valet parking for the "inconvenience", although it really wasnt much of an inconvenience. Valets were very friendly and courteous. All was very, very nice.
