"Great location, under construction, broken hot tub"
The hotel was very nice, but they were doing construction that was very noisy and it was right across the hall from our room. The hot tub (which we paid extra for) did not work, and nothing was done by the hotel to compensate us for the inconvenience. Housekeeping staff was very friendly and courteous.

Our whole family really enjoyed our time together. The hotel staff was really nice and the hotel bar was not expensive. The pool area was clean and it was fun to just swim with the kids. Better than the waterpark because the whole family was together playing instead of the family being split up into different parts of the waterpark. If you want to find a nice clean quiet hotel centrally located in the Dells, then the Hilton Garden Inn is for you. Our room is what you would expect from a Hilton. We arrived early and the staff made efforts to find us an available room since ours was not ready. There were a few families staying on site, but it was quiet. "Always enjoy our stay"
We have stayed at the Hilton several times and it has always been a nice stay. We enjoy the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The location is great for the Dells. The cost of the rooms are very competitive compare to other hotels in the Dells area and a whole lot nicer! The only down side is the fact that they do not have a breakfast. The staff at this hotel was the best. They were so friendly and accommodating and made us feel really welcomed. Great place to stay. Mariah in the bar was amazing!

The hotel is close to all the amusements, plus casino and outlet mall. It was a nice getaway for a winter weekend. Families must have had the same idea because the hotel was loaded with kids. The only complaint I have is parents letting their children, obviously under the age of 12, in the hot tub. "Dells-casino visit"
The room was very nice, had to request a 2 bed room at the last minute due to illness. But since there was non available had to make due. The breakfast does cost $10 per person.
"Wonderful escape"
My wife and I enjoyed the hotel. We were impressed with what the hotel offered for the price. We will look to stay and recommend it to anyone traveling to the Dells!

"Pleased"
We booked the Hilton Garden Inn because we have been pleased with other Hilton hotels. We were treated very well and the hotel was very clean and attractive. However, we did expect a free breakfast and we must have misinterpreted the description. It was pricey and the free coffee was very bad. We ended up going to a Starbucks a few blocks away.
We came to the Dells for a concert at the Crystal Grand Music Theatre. The hotel was in a great location from the Chicago area, almost a straight shot up 90. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff we friendly and informative. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel was in a good location and is nice compared to others around it for the price. If youre looking to spend more there are better hotels but this was convienient location nice indoor pool with two hot tubs

For a Hilton Garden I guess I expected more. Overall the hotel was clean and front desk was nice, but there were little things that should have been fixed. Like the hot tub in the room. The jets sometimes worked, and sometimes didn't. Other than that and some minor things, it did the job of providing a place to sleep.

The hotel was very clean. The linens and towels are absolutely wonderful. The location is pretty convenient to most sites once you get oriented - but don't ask the hotel for directions!! We spent some unecessary time trying to understand the sleep number bed in our room based on the table tent advertising everywhere in the hotel and the room, only […] to find out that it is only on the King size beds. The bed was great. After working a trade show all day it was fantastic to lay down on a bed where I could set the tension level to suit me. I would not have notice it if the front desk clerk had not mention it on check in because the switch is under a cover and I never take the time to read all the junk around the room. "Labor Day Weekend"
Lobby very impressive. Room? carpeting dirty, mold in the shower area. worn out mattress. It appears that no body care for maintenance, couple more years with out good housekeeping and maintenance this Hotel will go to toilet.. Overall, satisfactory, Stayed in room 311. Not impressive for Hilton...

The hotel was excellent. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzis- both indoors and out! The desk staff was very friendly. I was surprised that a complimentary breakfast was not included. Many mornings I do not prefer a big breakfast and would have liked the option of a light one - without paying the full price!

A great location and very comfortable hotel. Yummy cookies, nice bar/lounge. We walked to Sprechers for Lunch, walked to Noah's Ark water park, and the Embers restaurant one beautiful evening. We did not attend the Tommy Bartlett water show but that was within close walking distance too. We would stay there again. This hotel was great!! Will definitely stay here again if we come to the Dells. Employees were super friendly, helpful, housekeeping was fast when we asked for extra pillows and towels. Room and bathroom was clean. Rooms were good sized, beds were very comfortable. Pool and 4 hottubs( 2 inside, 2 outside) were very nice.Hotel has a very good Breakfast […] Buffet.( not included in room price) A great restaurant next door, Sprechers, AWESOME food and reasonably priced, went there twice during our trip. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was only a little more than the other hotels in the area, plus we had a free made to order breakfast every morning. Which more than made up for it. We were able to walk to Noah's Ark, only 2 blocks away.

This was along the main rd, close to the Duck tours, Tommy Bartlett, & Noah's Ark. The desk staff was very helpful with directions & recommendations. They have delicious fresh baked cookies in the evening so make sure you try them!

This was truly a great hotel experience. Great staff, nice restaurant 50 feet out the back side of the hotel. And they provide you with a discount for being a hotel guest. Very clean, comfortable hotel. Tough to beat and very competitive price.
