I made a reservation online. First of all if I would have just called the hotel my rate would have been cheaper than booking it online. I booked a non smoking room and they put me and my family in a smoking room. The hotel was booked so they said I could have some air freshener!!!!!!! First when we reserved our room online we were told we had a suite, which they don't have. They offered us 2 rooms across from each other for twice the amount.Then when we could not find anything else we chose a king with a pullout couch.They put us in a room without the pullout couch so we had to move for the third time with 4 kids.Then the room spelt […] like urine and cigarette smoke(it was a nonsmoking room).Then the next day we were up and gone by 11am making sure that the do not disturb sign was not on the door. We left the trash right by the door tied and ready and the dirty towels neatly waiting an easy clean up job. When we returned around 11pm the room was not clean. My husband went to the front desk and the lady shrugged said she didn't know then told him where the dumpster was and the room where he could find clean towels. They were rude!!!Never will I stay there again. Lisez la suite

We stayed here because it was the most convenient location for us. Like I said, the entire hotel smells like cigarette smoke. The carpeting in the room seemed very beat up, I would not walk around barefoot in there. The shower head provided hardly any water pressure.
