Principale ville de la Côte d'Azur, Nice est célèbre pour ses magasins de luxe et sa culture avant-gardiste. La Promenade des Anglais bordée de palmiers suit les plages de galets de la Baie des Anges, le long d'hôtels huppés et d'un casino. Plus haut, les ruelles pittoresques du vieux Nice mènent à des églises baroques. Le quartier chic de Cimiez dispose de vestiges romains et de deux excellents musées d'art moderne. Le carnaval attire de nombreux visiteurs, tout comme le Nice Jazz Festival, qui a lieu en juillet.

Le personnel est très disponible et l'hôtel est charmant. Toutefois, la chambre que nous avons eu était très petite et pas réchauffée du tout. La salle de bain était petite mais suffisante (mise à part la douche, dans laquelle il n'y avait presque même pas la possibilité de lever les bras). A notre arrivée, je doute qu'elle était propre car j'ai trouvé […] des cheveux en toute évidence à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la douche. Dans la chambre aussi il y avait de la poussière sur les lampes de la table de nuit et la petite poubelle n'a pas été vidée pendant tout notre séjour. Une autre déception a été le wifi : la première heure de la journée était gratuite, ensuite c'était 1 euro/heure (qui n'est pas beaucoup mais donne une mauvaise impression). En plus, il n'était pas possible d'être connecté deux à la fois, et notre crédit de 1h/jour s'est épuisé tout seul (nous avions plus de deux heures à utiliser quand on est sortis le matin, et quand nous sommes rentrés l'après-midi le crédit était épuisé), et pour le recharger il faut demander à la réception. Très décevant et embêtant. Par contre, le petit déjeuner était parfait : bon, complet, beaucoup de choix, le tout pour 12 euros. Lisez la suiteAvis véridique Expedia

Le réceptionniste nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné beaucoup de renseignements sur les site à visiter. The hotel was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable, our only criticisms were that the breakfast was far too expensive for what you got (or indeed needed) and the bathroom could have done with a shower curtain and a hook on the wall to hook the shower attachment on. Budget rates and that's what you get. Very clean, staff friendly. Very tiny room but we did have a balcony. I think they do have some rooms that are larger so ask for one if you book this hotel. Our first impression of the hotel was positive - it seemed like a quiet and clean room in a cozy hotel with a great location, but we were seriously mistaken. We learned from this hotel that all the little problems add up and can make a very unpleasant stay. The staff were a big problem, extremely rude and constantly lying to us. When I called before […] I was told there was free internet, only to find out it cost 1 euro per hour. We were told that we could lock up our baggage on the day after we left, but instead we were instructed to just leave everything sitting in a hallway with no supervision or lock. THE BATHROOM - what a mess! The shower had no curtain and the shower head was not attached to anything, not even a hook to hang it up. It would make a huge mess in the bathroom everytime we took a (very difficult to maneuvre) shower. And they >REFUSED to give us enough towels! When we asked for more they wanted to charge us, and only when I put up a huge fight in the lobby did they give us the right amount. Disgusting! The staff were so rude, it was aweful. "Handy for train station - a bit far to old town"
It's a lovely hotel and the staff are amazingly friendly, helpful and kind. It's perfect for the train station if you're using Nice as a base to travel around the Riviera and not too far a walk to the sea. If you're after the old town then it's a bit far - probably a half-hour walk (but a lovely walk, so take some comfortable shoes and why not?!) Room […] pretty small but perfectly formed. It's a beautiful building, very clean on a nice street in the 'Musiciens' quarter with shops and cafes dotted around. We had a little balcony. There's free Wifi and free coffees and biscuits in the afternoon. Nice breakfast buffet (a bit pricey compared to nearby cafe options) and car parking is pay-and-display on the street outside. "Not a 3 star"
Hotel is far from everything but close to train station. Hotel is not the most cleanest. We traveled w/ our 3 year old & everytime he was playing on the floor I would shriek. Power went out on our last night when we were trying to pack ugh! We should have been given some type of credit. But it was never even mentioned when we checked out...as if nothing […] even happened. Its in the old town and the rooms much smaller then the photos show. the biggest disapointment was the bathroom, no shower curtian so the floor got soaked every shower and they do not use shower curtians. you must hold the shower head because there is no place to hang it. the toilets are the old fashion and do not flush well. You cannot control the […] airconditioning because it is set by the hotel and are room was hot. staff was friendly the room was clean but we were very diapointed. and they charge for everything, Wi fi 1 euro per hour, safe you must pay, coffee in the morning. "Tired, Cramped but Clean and Quiet Hotel"
Room fitted with dilapidated 1970s furniture. No shower curtain, nor shower holder. Only shower gel and soap toiletries. No safe in the room. Air-conditioning only available after 1 June. Corridors are dark until you switch the time-switch light on. Internet is 2 euros per 30 mins. Initial double-bed room was minute - 10 foot square. Changed to a twin […] which was adequate. I liked this hotel. It was an 10 min walk to the beach. Close to the train station and shopping areas. The staff was very friendly and knowledgable about the city. The room was clean and comfortable. This is an excellent hotel in a good location, especially for the train station which is only a 5-10 minute walk (if you want to visit further afield like us, i.e. Monaco). The air conditioning unit in the room was much appreciated, but there was no remote for it so if I had been any shorter (I'm 5'5''), I would've had trouble turning it on! Nice is a bigger city than we had expected. This hotel is very near the train station, but it's a little longer to the beach than we realized. Still, it's all very walkable. Wir übernachteten 3 Nächte im Hotel le Lausanne. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein geraten. Für längere Urlaube sicherlich nicht optimal. Jedoch war alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alle Angestellten wahren sehr freundlich und herzlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück. Gute Auswahl jedoch mit 12€ pro Person ein wenig überteuert.
