"Will defiantly come back."

"Clean hotel with horrible customer service"
The receptionist at the front desk was very rude upon arrival. Between her and the lady working the continental breakfast who was also rude to another hotel guest because he didn't realize one of the waffle makers was out of service. She spoke to him like he was a child. Besides the rude staff this is a clean hotel at a low rate.Avis véridique Hotels.com

Very nice and clean hotel. The young lady at the check in desk was not very friendly, and I got the feeling that they didn't like the fact that I booked through Hotels.com. It also seemed to be more expensive through Hotels.com, because when she printed my receipt, the price showed $139.99 but she quickly took the paper back from me and scratched that […] number out. "Amply spaced rooms for a family"
There was only one drawback during my stay- someone pulled the fire alarm at 1:45 am. I came to work a music festival and really needed my sleep. The rooms are amply spaced, clean, instead of sliding doors to a closet they are French styled doors. It just looks classier than competitors. The mattresses are upgraded from most hotels. If you have kids […] it wont feel as cramped. When I mentioned being woken from a dead sleep, I was told "whether an alarm is pulled or there is an actual events, they are safety devices for our protection." So they need a better way of addressing that issue. Small gestures are better than a statement. Other than that, it would have been a GREAT experience across the board. "Great little getaway!"
Fantastic place to stay. Incredible staff and very clean rooms. Very nice breakfast and overall stay. The room are a bit noisy since the walls are thin and there is a gap under the doors. No view over the beach or anything but a great get away for me and my wife just to be away and enjoy some extra $$$ for some Christmas shopping etc.Avis véridique Expedia

Went for a two day trip to get some Christmas shopping done and a little R&R. I could not have chosen a better hotel! The front desk staff was great, very friendly and helpful! Our room was big and clean, the beds were SOOOOO comfortable and it had a small fridge which was great. Also, after spending a little more money at the outlets than I anticipated, […] the free breakfast was plus and they also had fresh baked cookies, which were a fantastic touch after a long day of shopping! "Wouldn't stay there again"
We thought the pictures on the site were deceiving because they looked like the location was on the waterfront. The hotel was pretty empty as its off season. Our room overlooked the roof. We left mid morning and returned to take a nap. When we woke up there was a printed card that was slipped under out door saying that there was no maid service to clean […] our rooms after 1pm and to pick up towels at the front desk. There was no "clean my room" sign to put out when we left. At a little after 2pm, i asked them tonplease clean our room, which they did. After we came back after an early dinner, I thanked the gal at the front desk and told her that I appreciated the service. She very firmly told me me that after 1pm there is no maid service. The day we were going to leave there were no baggage carts available and we inquired at the front desk where we might find one. The reply (this was another front desk person) said if they weren't there there then none were available. No offer to call our room when one was available and she could see where they were in the lobby. I am a frequent business and leisure traveler. I wouldn't stay there again.
