Je ne recommanderai cet hôtel que sous éserve de vérification et amélioration de l'isolation phonique car dès que l'un de vos voisins de chambre utilise la salle de bain et les toilettes vous avez tout le bruit en direct dans votre prope chambre

Ne paye pas de mine de l'extérieur mais intérieur digne d'un 4 étoiles, tant pour l'hostellerie que pour le restaurant. Service de qualité, personnel agréable, salle fitness correcte, sauna et massage payants, piscine et tennis en libre accès. A 4 Km de l'aéroport mais aucune gène sonore liée aux avions. Seul inconvénient : loin de centre ville de Sao Paulo donc soit taxis (45 euros), soit navette gratuite jusqu'à l'aéroport puis navette type "Orlyval" pour 16 euros ou bus classique pour 2,20 euros. Compter 1 h en taxis et 1h 40 en bus + métro. Bien ++ dans l'ensemble.

Séjour agréable malgré des nuits difficiles en raison d'une chambre donnant sur la rue (bruits en journée du trafic routier). La localisation est parfaite pour accéder au plus vite au métro ou être à proximité du centre.

Hôtel très agréable, personnel accueillant et disponible. Bien située pour découvrir la ville Seul inconvénient rencontré : très mauvaise isolation phonique dans notre chambre (huisserie bien usée) ne permettant pas un bon sommeil

Completement different des Golden Tulip aux Pays Bas. L hotel est triste, la reception minable tout comme le service et la proprete qui laisse a desirer. Seul la securite est excellente tout comme l emplacement
Un des hotels les plus sales ou nous avons séjournés. "Plaisir" d'avoir les cheveux des clients précédents dans la salle de bain entre autre. Internet surfacturé. Petit déjeuner en quantité mais pas en qualité

"Golden Tulip Hotel in Sao Paulo - clean comfort"
The Golden Tulip Hotel in Sao Paulo is central, clean, and very comfortable. I loved the comfort of the bed, among the most comfortable hotel bed I've experienced. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Delicious complimentary breakfast. When I return to Sao Paulo I'm going to stay at the Golden Tulip Hotel again.
"Water issues"
During my stay the hotel water had a terrible smell and an oily consistency. We complaint with the receptionist, but found no solution until the very last 2 days of our stay when they realized they were adding chlorine in excess to the water. I will not recomend this hotel because of this issue

The hoel restarunt is under construction and the staff seems unwilling to assit you when you need basic things ie, iron and ironing boards, maps or directions. I stayed at this hotel for a week. The staff are excellent and speak good english. The location is about 200 yards away from the central shopping area, and feels safe even at night. The price was good and the room was large and clean. The surrounding streets have many small cafes. The Consulacao metro station is about a five minute walk away, and the […] trains are clean, efficient, and feel safe, so I recommend using the metro when staying here. The hotel facilities are functional rather than luxurious, and the breakfast is adequate rather than great. The room was a little beat up. The floor's wood covering is ripped in places and some of the tile in the bathroom, especially in the bathtub, is chipped. Literally steps away from Paulista, so location was good. Very close to MASP (art museum) and a park. This part of Paulista isn't the high end area, but if you've a modest income, you'd be able to find affordable shops. The hotel has a great lobby and great breakfast. The breakfast was free and one of the best I had. The rooms are very large but the conditions are very old. The AC did not work so well either. The reception at the hotel were very nice and always willing to help.

The hotel staff was friendly and well attentive, but the equipments (esp, fitness center) were a little shabby. The room was not so bad, kind of cozy, except for the bathroom. A good clean hotel with friendly staff, lacks a few ameneties in the room as a coffee machine or a hot water machine for complimentary Tea and Coffee, otherwise I would highly reccomend it as being cozy, clean and convenient to downtown and centrally located.

O Hotel estava em reforma e as 08:30h de domingo já havia trabalhadores com britadeira e furadeiras, parecendo que estavam dentro do quarto. Impossível descansar. A porta do banheiro também rangia muito, necessitando de lubrificação.

Deu muito trabalho para os atendentes aceitarem retirar uma cama de […] outro quarto e acrescer ao nosso. Pela idade das crianças, informada no ato da reserva, isso deveria ser óbvio e não poderia ter gerado a discussão. Uma das atendentes estava sempre de cara feia. Pro preço que se cobra, o hotel deveria ser mais bem cuidado. Falta um pouco de manutenção e o serviço de quarto deixou muito a desejar.

Recomendaria o hotel pela localização (apesar de ficar do outro lado da Paulista...), pelo tamanho do quarto e da cama king size (realmente muito bons). Tive problemas por duas noites seguidas devido ao barulho excessivo de alguns hospedes no quarto ao lado que estavam aparentemente dando uma festa para alguns convidados. Tive que ligar pra portaria […] para reclamar na madrugada, o que fez apenas diminuir o volume da bagunça. O quarto não me pareceu muito limpo devido a uns tufos de cabelo/poeira pelo chão. Quando cheguei à entrada do meu quarto percebi uma tampa de caneta bic no chão... quatro dias depois, quando fui embora, a tampa permanecia no mesmo lugar. Ainda tive o inconveniente de chegar às 12:05h no quarto no dia do check out e ter o key card já cancelado... Lisez la suite
"Hotel bom , mas meio nojento"
Hotel bacana, o quarto que fiquei era agradável, sem carpete, mofo. A cama enorme e agradável. A qualidade do atendimento das atendentes, fica um pouco a desejar, elas tem certa dificuldade em dar informações turísticas e afim, mas preceisei ficar até mais tarde e aceitaram numa boa. Adorei a estadia, o café da manhã é bom (embora nada requintado). […] O ponto mais ruim foi a limpeza, os lençois tinha leve marcas e o banheiro , embora limpo, demostrava clara marcas de limpeza ruim, e a banheira era um tanto nojento com marcas pretas e de gordura, dava pra aceitar, mas não era algo super. "Calefação"
O Hotel peca pelo ar condicionado central. A calefação e a banheira deixam muito a desejar o primeiro inexiste, a segunda velha passa sensação de sujeira.
