Blackcomb Lodge - Whistler

TRES TRES bien. la cuisine équipée dans la chambre , c est tres bien !!!

Was not impressed with the room location we had and the lack of sound that carried from hallway, room-to-room and from the village out front. Wont be back.

We had a great time and the staff were so nice. The room was very good as there were 2 adults and 3 kids. The location is great and so convenient to find. Nice to have a good rate on the parking. The only down side was having to be out of the room by 10 am .UGH no flexibility on that . All in all we would go back.

This hotel has one selling point its location in the centre of Whistler village that aside you should treat this as a very expensive 'budget hotel' When considering this hotel you need to factor in the additional cost of car parking and internet during our visit that was C$30 a day for a service that most hotels include in the price. The rooms are small […] and modern if a little tired; the daily room cleaning/service is virtually non existent when they did turn up they only ever provided 3 towels for a 4 bedded room in spite of being asked more than once, There is limited space for hanging/storing gear a problem in a ski resort. Its not all bad, the very helpful and friendly staff in the rental shop in the lobby store the skis and boards and were a good source of advice. This hotel fails as it is too expensive to be a budget hotel and not good enough to be classed as anything more! Lisez la suite

We really enjoyed our stay at Blackcomb Lodge. Perfect location in the Village. Only steps from the main gondolas up the 2 mountains. We got a great rate, purchased groceries and saved money by cooking in our room. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. Liquor store and grocery store are next to the Lodge. Bed was very comfy. Balcony […] was nice. Bathroom was nice. We did experience some noise from the restaurant below our room, but we turned up the heater and it muffled some of the sound. They went above and beyond. The hotel room was very comfortable and the pool was great. As we were leaving we realized we had left a light on in our van and they helped give us a boost just finished the weekend off on a good note. Would highly recommend this hotel, very clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay

Was disappointed that there was not enough parking. We can back for a short nap between games for a baseball tourney and we could not find parking. We were told you need to park at the Holiday Inn a few blocks away because of events at the hotel filled the parking, Rooms are looking a little beat up. Very hot in the loft if it is warm outside. Hotel centre of resort easy to walk around - hotel very nice clean and has all bits tv /fridge / etc thee bad bits - total pain to find entrance to car park hidden behind another hotel - room quite dark for modern apartment - you have to park in car park and they do charge quite a lot that is a bit of a con-The hotel is good

We stayed over night in a room with a loft said to be for 6. It was a beautiful sunny day. But we were way too hot through the night. When we complained they sent the maintenance man and he said the units were air only not air conditioning. The pool was very cold, and the hot tub was only for 5 people- not very inviting. The room was long and narrow […] with the only king size bed in the kitchen. No table as pictures showed just a coffee table that had to be pushed out of the way to put the hide a bed out. Great hotel, very pleasant and helpful staff, room was spacious enough for the five of us and well appointed (studio loft with kitchen) and right in the middle of Whistler village. We stayed mid-week and was very quiet and pleasant stay. Only minor gripe was that the icebox did not keep stuff frozen and we were informed that they are all the same so […] be warned but don;t let it put you off this great hotel. We were very pleased with our accomadations...plenty of hot water on hand...back of Hotel faces/opens to courtyard of village walk...several good food places...Highly reccomend Cita ...a small grocerery store....a Liquor store...and a pharmacy...doesn't get any better than that. Take it from a Biker...choice locale.

Hotel was good. Parking was terrible. They wasted at least 30 minutes of our time giving me the run around on where to park. Not in the hotel lot which we paid for. Parking was a joke. Hotel was fine.

Hotel is superb, has excellent facilities, staff are really friendly and helpful, room had a full well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and nice bathroom. Our room and balcony had a great view out onto blackcombe mountain. Located right in the middle of Whistler village it's perfect for accessing everything whistler has to offer. It's an excellent place […] to stay. Just be aware that because of the central location you do get some noise from the street at night - to be expected with any resort centre accomodation. I've stayed at a handful of places in the whistler village, and this place so far has been the best location. An easy walk to the lifts and an easy crawl back from the bars... haha. The service was just fine, and the place was nice. It fit 3 guys no problem in the king/sofa bed room. Sauna and hot tub were awesome after riding all day. Just be cautious […] of the free ski check, they can be a little rough on your equipment. Would stay here again! Lisez la suite

We arrived early and hadn't made arrangements for early check-in but the staff were very friendly and got us in very quickly! The new renovations and the addition of a kitchenette rocked! The lodge was located right in the center of the village which was great because even when it rained we only had a short walk to restaurants and shopping! The only […] draw back to the location is that the party seems to congregate in the center circle after bar hours and can be noisy. We discovered that if we turned the fan or air on in the room it drowned the noise out so we could sleep, so the problem was fixed! We would stay here again forsure!!!!! Lisez la suite

If you are looking for luxury you won't find it here. You will find a fairly comfortable and affordable room in the heart of Whistler which is a great service. Most other hotels are at least $100 more in town. It's well worn but they do what they say and the staff is friendly. Not out to impress but just deliver a place to crash. Good enough

The hotel was more than expected. Right in the square. Surrounded by every comfort of home. We especially enjoyed that there was a full service kitchen for our use. Great staff and parking under the hotel. I will definetly revisit this hotel. Oh yea, and what a great price. Thanks Hotels.com

We stayed in a loft with a king bed and two twins upstairs. The hotel was clean and in good condition but there were some major issues we came across. First, when we ventured up from Seattle the weather in Whistler was in the high 90's. The room was like a sauna the entire time we were there. We kept trying to call down to the office to have us switch […] rooms or fix the "air conditioner" that was just blowing hot air the entire time. After the fifth time calling down, we finally got someone up to look at the problem. He informed us that the tiny little air conditioner was actually a cooling unit and not an actual air conditioner. The result of this was none of us got any rest the entire trip because the room was too scolding hot. Second, they only cleaned the room one time out of the four days we stayed there. It's was outrageous. We had garbage and towels laying everywhere. Then when they finally "cleaned it" the only thing they did was replace the towels and empty the garbage. They do not change sheets there or make beds. It was very strange. Especially because all we were doing the entire time was sweating non stop when we were in the room. Totally rude. The location is the best I've ever seen though. Dead center in the middle of the Village is pretty hard to beat. The pool is next to the garage with no windows, but it's clean and fairly big for a pool in Whistler. I'd say if you were going to stay at the Blackcomb Lodge, make sure it's in the wintertime. The summer is just too hot for a place like this. The three of us would have paid $40 extra each to have a place where we could sleep. The last night I almost went out to my truck to sleep cause it was so bad. Lisez la suite

今回で、4回目の利用です。 ゴンドラまで、徒歩5分ほどで、隣にはスーパー、周りはレストラン、ショップが多数あり立地は最高です。 メイン通りに面しているため、通り側の部屋は少し うるさいかもしれません。 でも、全体的に満足でした。

O hotel é muito bem localizado, com cama confortável, limpo, banheiro ótimo, muito bom. Recomendo.

다락이 있어서 아이들과 넓게 쓸 수 있어서 좋았어요. 부엌도 있어서 간단하게 밥 먹을 수 있었구요.. 아쉬운 점은 직원들이 웃지 않는다는 거였어요.. 너무 경직된 모습의 직원들이 마음을 불편하게 했어요.
