Nice to have indoor swimming pool especially in the winter time, and the hotel also offers breakfast. The reason I gave 4(of 5) for the condition or maintenance of the hotel is because the self-set up morning call from the phone where I stayed is not function properly, when I set up at 11PM by clicking the morning call set-up button, it just directed […] me to someone's room. We were greeted like celebrities and treated like welcome family for our two day stay. We brought our labradoodle, Bo Jangles, and he was welcomed by everyone we met. We enjoyed our one night stay at the hotel. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The hotel is convenient to the highways. The pool looked great, but our stay was too short to utilize it. We enjoyed the stay and would consider staying there again. Clean rooms, good highway access, local shopping, nearby hospital and WalMart! Free breakfast area was well maintained and stocked and also kept very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. "The only place to stay in Dover."
I must say that this was the friendliest hotel that I have ever stayed at. From check in to check out the staff was fantastic. Like Cheers, they even remember your name! From the cookies at night to the breakfast in the morning they do a great job. As a bonus, if you stay on a Wednesday night, they even have a bbq for the guests, including beer, wine, […] pop etc... Only one complaint. As a smoker, I requested a ground floor room near a door for convenient exit to smoke. The door however, did not unlock with the key card, as stated by the desk clerk and confirmed by me trying to use it. Pool and spa were nice as was the complimentary breakfast. Very pleased with the overall cleanliness, staff helpfullness, and location. We will stay there again. We did not have any concerns or issues during our week long stay. Hotel was clean with nice, comfortable rooms and beds. The gym was nice with towels and a water cooler. The dogs enjoyed staying and were very comfortable. Breakfast wasn't bad. My son and I take "hotel adventures." He is four, and I am getting him into the swing of reviewing hotels at which we stay. Usually I get the cute, "This is the best ever!" review from him, as I did this time; however, this time, he was spot on. The staff was courteous and friendly but not imposing. The decor and cleanliness of the hotel and our room […] was impeccable. Delicious cookies at the front desk. Free HBO and extensive breakfast was a plus; and we stayed on a Wednesday night so, unexpectedly, there was a "meet the manager" free buffet! Once again, the staff was courteous, but we didn't feel imposed upon just to get the delicious chicken wings. The indoor pool, which is why we go, was a little too small to share with other guests, but the cleanest by far of any we have used. Kudos and high recommendations for this hotel! Stayed at hotel for a wedding. Easy check in, courteous and helpful staff. Our plan to hang by the pool and hot tub the first night didn't go according to plan. Too much cholorine in the hot tub and could not be used, for most, if not the entire weekend. The pool was fine.Avis véridique Expedia
