Comfort Suites Ocean City - Ocean City

Bon hotel, bon état, bien situé. personnel OK, Nous avions deux chambres pour deux jours. Pour une des chambres => Tout étatit parfait. Pour l'autre situé à létage inférieur, partiquement pas de ménage durant deux jours......Personnel fatigué sans doute, car l'hotel était loin d'être complet. Mais globalement a recommander....

First of all, I have to give kudos to all the staff we encountered. Everyone was pleasant and accommodating to our needs, even letting us check in a little early when room was ready. The room and amenities were as expected - suite was not huge, but with high ceilings, felt roomy enough for 2 adults and our beagle. Oh, and speaking of the dog, they even […] provide clean up bags, and dog treats for guests! Since we were in the pet-friendly section of the hotel, it was nice to be able to take dog out side door easily. Only complaint was that everyone else is also taking dogs out at all hours, meaning room doors slamming shut at all hours, which you can easily hear if you're a lighter sleeper. Kind of minor at a less busy time of year, when we were there, but it could be a factor for some. Also, the side door in question didn't have a working passkey entrance so they left the stairway door unlocked, which made it easy for guests and their dogs, but maybe not too safe. The dog walking area out back was nice and large, and they even had a small play area for kids (could use a little clean up - maybe they take care of that in time for high season), including a basketball net. They have a decent small workout room and even a little game room, and we took advantage of both. The pool area looked nice enough, from what I could tell (pool was covered). Location of the hotel is several miles away from the boardwalk and downtown area, but not a bad bike ride/scooter ride, and there is also a park & ride shuttle area just down the road, so if you like to stay in a quieter area, this hotel could be for you. Just a quick overnighter coming back from Myrtle Beach. Very pleased with hotel, facilities, and cleanliness. Travelling with our Westie, the first floor room was a plus.

All the gym equipment is old an broken....don't plan on using it

The only issue we had with this hotel is that the address shows that it is in Ocean City, when it is actually in West Ocean City. Not a big deal unless you really want to stay "in town" or want to see the ocean.

If you don't mind staying about 1.0 mile from the Boardwalk, you will enjoy this hotel. The price is a fantastic value. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the pillows soft. Nice selection for breakfast -- hot and cold selections (comparable to Residence Inn breakfast). Overall, very pleased. Nice location close to shopping […] and restaurants. If you bring a pet, there is a spacious grassy area for walking your dog. The only disappointment was the exercise room -- very small, no free weights. Lisez la suite

Loved it all and especially how well you accepted my little dog....

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. We only had one problem at the hotel. There was a group of teenage kids and there parents. They were loud and rude. They were up screaming and slamming doors until 2 in the morning. I wish the staff would have asked them to quite down a little. very happy with our stay, wil stay there again if we are in the area. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was equal to the diner up the road. All in all we were very pleased.

The room was great, altho the TV could've been better. I kept forgetting to report to front desk. We had a pet, and the pet fee was pretty steep @ $35. Was supposed to be each night, but was changed to entire stay Nvo. 1 (we ended up staying an addl. night). They were nice enough to only charge the fee once. Most hotels charge $10, maybe $15 a night. […] Unfortunately, there are very few hotels in OC that are pet friendly, so they really have a captive audience. But we had a great room. Lisez la suite

We stayed in October to ride bikes and enjoy the beach. Each room is large enough to store bikes overnight. The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff was pleasant and responsive. The breakfast provided was excellent. On Saturday evening, the staff had even provided warm cookies when we returned for the evening - a very welcoming touch. Highly […] recommend this hotel! it was our family's 1st trip to the Ocean City with our dog and the staff welcomed us and our dog with open arm.

I was very happy with the entire experience. It was short and sweet. Only wish we waited until this weekend as the weather is to be sunny and in the 80's. Our weekend was only partly sunny and cold in the 60's. We couldn't swim in the ocean with our dog "Ruff". But, she did like the ocean and the beach. We stayed here for one night during the Delmarva Bike Week. The hotel was very comfortable. The breakfast included scrambled eggs and sausage which was a nice addition to the free breakfast choices.

This hotel has a 72-hour cancellation policy. With the business in the surrounding area I find this policy out of line. Our situation changed and instead of needing two rooms we only needed one. There was ample notice to sell off the other room especially given the fact that all other hotels within proximity had no vacancy. This hotel would not give […] any consideration outside the policy. Pet Friendly!, well kept!, I made arrangements with another hotel that said they were pet friendly but the place was a mess. I know I have pets (two Pom's) but they have a nice clean place at home so why not when they are away on vacation with us. I know they are dogs but they are well groomed and clean. I did not mine paying alittle extra (very small […] fee). Hotel.com made quick arrangements at the last minute. We wanted to stay on vacation but the hotel we booked originally was dirty and smelly and falling apart. Hotel.com and comfort suites were a vacation saver. nice,clean,well kept an area for the dogs (pom's) to do their business away from customers. It is not on the beach but that was fine everything was a short drive away and in some cases walking distance (ice cream shop,Go-Karts,etc). Expedia the hotel booking agent disclose fale information in reference to size of our room. They indicate a bedroom plus seperate setting area with pullout couch. Suggst you confirm all information with hotel directly. Hotel itself as good.

My daughter left her swimming suit in the shower, and I left the batery charged for camera on the plug. I called, and asked for if they can keep for me the next day to pick it up. The customer service sait that nothing had been returned. I asked if they can cone to the room to check, b/c the room not rent yet. They would not check for us. It 's terrible […] for the service. I asked specifically if the hotel was close to beach and hotels.com said it was 5 min walk to beach .no it was not ,it was 5-10 min drive which really made it very difficult.i would not of booked it if it was that far away from walking distance.otherwise the hotel and service was great!

I was very pleased with the hotel, it was fairly new and very clean. The room was larger than I expected too. The coffee was good and although breakfast wasn't supposed to be included it was. It was supposed to be served until 9:30am, but I was getting my coffee closer to 10am and they offered to cook more food for me if I wished, I thought that was […] a nice touch. Great hotel. Breakfast included hot food, eggs, sausage, waffles. Room was spacious and the bathroom had a big countertop.
