L'hôtel est propre, les chambres assez petites mais refaites à neuf. Le personnel est très agréable et sympathique mais ne parle pas français (flamand, allemand, anglais). Le petit dej est très cher pour ce que c'est, ça ne vaut vraiment pas le cout de payer 15€ par personne pour une tranche de pain et du nutella et un café, allez à la supérette pour […] acheter des courses pour le matin ça coutera moins cher! et vous aurez plus à manger. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme mais gros hic, il est juste a côté d'un bar-resto-pub qui est très très bruyant. Notre chambre se trouvait à l'opposé et on entendait du bruit, en + les clients se garent sur le parking de l'hôtel du coup nous on a plus de place, il faut aller sur le parking de la plage artificielle (grand bâtiment en taule derrière l'hôtel abritant une plage artificielle, des terrains de volley ball sous un climat tropical) endroit bruyant quand il y a des tournoi de volley et l'été. On entend également pas mal les avions, on a l'habitude du bruit car on habite dans la petite couronne mais là ça nous réveillait! Alors pour ceux qui on l'habitude de ne pas entendre un chat prévoyez les boules quies.... Beaucoup plus de trafic le lundi que le week end. La ville d'Aalsmeer est sympa a voir mais attention les boutiques ferment à 16h le samedi. Il y a des resto ou l'on peut manger le soir et des bistrots bien sur. La pizzeria "pasta vino" est excellente, le personnel est aux petits soins, si vous ne savez pas ou aller, allez-y c'est bon et pas cher. Bon séjour à Amsterdam Lisez la suite

l'hotel en lui meme: bien , confort, acccueil, chambre, exterieur, lieu Par contre, situé pres de l'aeroport, donc les avions qui décollent et aterissent toute la journée et soirée, la chambre au dessus de la terrasse donc au niveau conversations j'etais servi jusque tar dans la nuit, et en plus samedi soir le restaurant fait boite de nuit ma chambre […] etait juste en dessus, donc cumul des trois pas pu dormir la nuit !!!! Un hôtel calme meme si il est situe proche de l'aéroport, dans un quartier chic, chambre spacieuse, service de qualité. Restaurant correct mais un peu chère , petit déjeuner très bien, seul inconvénient, mieux vaut être motorise car cela semble contraignant pour rejoindre Amsterdam, 20 minutes en voiture, mais Apres avoir visite une capital il est bon […] de trouver un hôtel comme celui-ci pour se détendre. Un accueil sympathique, cependant, ils ne parlent pas un mot de français et certains ne maitrisent pas parfaitement l'anglais.

I was sleeping in my bed, when suddenly, someone enter in my room. My boyfriend said "Hey, go out, go out". People (because i suppose they was more than one) go out whithout make problems. But all the night we was affraid so they come back for stealing or something like that. The morning we told to the women of the hotel that someone enter in our room. […] And she told us so she is sorry but she can't do anything, it's not her fault. I was so angry ! This story shows the cards of the hotels can being programing on the same room, and i found that scaring ! And she gived back any money, no promotion, no excuse, i didn't found that really professional (for exemple she should have offer us the breakfast or something like that) ! Clean and comfortable room for our family of 4. Free wifi was good, and reception staff were very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was ok but both meat dishes ordered were undercooked. It was just an overnight stay before going to see the Tulips, but we were happy with our choice.

This hotel was very comfortable for us.. not too far from the airport.. easy to find.. and the staff were very friendly and professional.. The best thing I found was, we checked out early in the morning (4:00) and the staff over there were offerring a free Airport drop.. (ofcourse I was having a rental car with me) Only one concern is .. Minibar should […] have more options especially more water :) Room comfort was good.. and the furniture inside the room was impressive.. I would say this is upto my standards...if I go again.. Small friendly place, nice rooms, great restaurant. On the downside is some noise from air planes landing and taking off during the day - no noise at night, perhaps that runway was not used during the night. The wifi internet is free and fast, but coverage a bit weak in some rooms. Could need an upgrade. Recommended.

I have stayed at the Chariot before and came back because it was convenient, clean and hospitable. The hotel is near the airport so there is noise during the morning and afternoon departure and arrival times. The rooms are very nice, all have a small refrigerator and a mini bar. The restaurant and bar are wonderful and the service in both is outstanding. […] There are other restaurants within walking distance that are also very good. The hotel is convenient to mass transit and if you have an auto is close to Aalsmeer and the flower market, Hoofdrop Harleem and Amsterdam. Alkmar is about 30 minutes north and Den Hag is 1.5 hours to the south. The hotel provides free parking and internet access. The parking can get a little tight when there is an event at the business next door. For the business traveler with an auto the Chariot is a great option. Lisez la suite

I specifically booked this hotel because it was close to the Boerma Institute, Aalsmeer and it didn't fail to deliver. Proximity: The hotel location is close enough to the airport, Amsterdam and the Coast. Service and Hotel: The Hotel couldn't do enough for us. I am not able-bodied and the hotel isn't wheelchair friendly but they more than made up […] for it by helping my husband and I. The staff are definitely 5 Star! Hotel Room : 307 - Clean, tidy, food great - especially the ribs! and more than enough to eat for breakfast. Can they do better? The hotel was very clean and staff was courteous. Only about a 5-6 minute shuttle ride to the airport. The bed was a huge king sized mattress, but was very firm and both my wife and I tossed and turned because of this. Only thing I was not happy about was they said there was a courtesy shuttle to and from airport, but they don't tell you they charge […] for extra trips to and from. The train line into Amsterdam is very convenient from the airport, but upon check out we discovered that every time we rode the shuttle to catch the train we were charged 8 euro each way. This hotel was VERY clean and comfortable. BUT, it was hard to find and get to and you most definitely need a car. Also, we were charged 3.50 Euro per person for the night for city tax in addition to what we paid online. The restaurant was good, but pricy, and we ate there for dinner. The Chariot is clean and updated.No fancy accomidations. Service varied with the person at the front desk. It's located near the airport, so close it felt like you were on the run way . Neighborhood is clean but not many places to eat or drink nearby. The hotel resturaunt food was tasty, small portions, for moderate prices. It was about 5 miles from the airport...Not a bad hotel shuttle ride...Very clean hotel. Public computer in lobby for guests was handy for flight checkin

We stay in this hotel for one week for our family holiday.We occupied room 101 and 102 on the first floor with the balcony.Very nice, clean and comfortable.I have my car so we're ok for moving about but public transport is round the corner,OV CHIP like UK Oyster is cheaper to use on public transport.The seasonal pool is just 3minutes walk from the hotel […] "Oosterbad" natural swimming pool,all nice and clean NO CHLORINE.we love this swimming pool.if you love plants and flowers you will love Aalsmeer.After along day from the city,Hotel Chariot is a home to come back to and relax. Apon arriving at the hotel we were advise that they had not booked the correct size room for our party. However, because our daughters are still very young we were able to make the hotel room work. Breakfast is 15 euro which seemed to be very overpriced, Then apon checkout the we were charrged an additional 35 euro for taxes even though our reservation […] stated that we were paid in full... Lovely clean comfortable hotel, restaurant very nice, food excellent, staff really helpfull, the only downside is it's in the middle of nowhere, taxi from aiport expensive, take mosquito repellent, we were bit several times, bus stop to Amsterdam 5 yo 10 mins walk, local transport cheap.

We stayed here for 7 nights......Very nice Hotel, Staff very friendly and room kept immacuately clean. The only down side for us was that the Hotel is very close to the airport and it was quite noisy in the room when the planes took off, this was due to being on the end of the Hotel in a room with a window in the roof, I am sure if you book a room on […] the 1st or 2nd floor the noise would be greatly reduced, we would stay there again and in the same room. And as you will find that the food and drink is expensive but excellent quallity. Saying that the food and drink is expensive every where in Holland compared to the UK. You will not be dissapointed. Not only was the hotel exceptionally clean, quiet, and attractive, but it also had an excellent dining room. We ate two dinners there, and they were gourmet quality. I rate this hotel very highly even though it is not really convenient to the airport or shops.

I needed a place to seep for one night near the Schiphol Airport. The website tells that the Hotel Chariot is 2.4 miles = 3.7 km from the airport. But the actual driving distance is about 15 km, (10 miles) from the airport. 2.4 miles could be the direct line from the airport to the hotel. I was quite disappointed.

Hotel Chariot is a nice Hotel with all modern Amenities. Plus points are close to airport, Free Wifi, Spacious rooms, In house Bar and kitchen. Negative points are that it is too far from city center and the only way to reach city center is through cab or hire hotel shuttle to airpoirt and then take a train from there. This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. We took the train from Centraal Station to the airport after a day of sightseeing, and their hotel shuttle picked us up there (no charge). When we left the next morning, the shuttle took us back to the airport at no charge (and even added in a windmill detour at our request!). […] If you want to stay in the midst of Amsterdam, this is not convenient, but if you want a quiet break, I highly recommend the Chariot. This hotel is not correctly advertised. It is not 3 miles from the airport. It is actually 12KM which is about a 30 euro fee for a taxi. The shuttle is 15 euros each way and is not readily available. The staff is not available at check in or check out. I had to wait for a long time. In conclusion, If you don't have a car expect to spend alot on shuttle […] payments each way. They also charge a tax of 3.5. euro per room, per person, per night. It is in the middle of nowhere so if you need to get food or walk around, there is not much to see. There are much better hotels near schipol if you need to be near the airport. This was by far the biggest mistake i made in selecting a hotel. Lisez la suite

Lovely hotel with lively bar - excelent 24hr reasonably priced service to and from Schiphol airport to get the train into the city to explore or get a flight - not just a park fly hotel. Breakfast very hearty sets you up for a full active day.

Hotel was cold. Room heater did not work to expectations.Pedal operated waste basket in bath room defective.No wash cloths in bathroom.TV had loose connection and had to be manipulated to work. Not enough parking spaces.Smoking room has no ventilation,odors waft thru hallway and dining room

The hotel itself was a nice hotel with friendly staff. It was also very clean, however be warned! The shuttle service is far more expensive than advertised. We were informed that 5 euro's for shuttle out with free return. This is not the case as we were charged 15 euro's each way. It also costs a further 15 euro's via the train to get into Amsterdam. […] This meant it was costing a total of 45 euro's every time we left the hotel, there are also local tax's that are payable when checking out, which are not shown when booking. As I have found before no name of the hotel was visable good trick that especially if its dark. This was a good hotel in terms of the interior a boutique hotel. Food was expensive dont bother with breakfast for !4 euros..usual under the heat lamp. Beware even though your invoice shows inc tax they have city tax to pay @ 3.50 euros. 1. Site says "Free shuttle from airport to hotel" That is true but you pay 5 euros to go back to the airport. 2. Hotel does not have a lift. They are in the process of adding one. Did not help us with our handicap son who is in a manual wheelchair. 3. Found out that the breakfast is not included in the room price which is not standard in Europe. Het verblijf was goed voor ons was het vrij onduidelijk dat we moesten betalen voor de shutlebus. we hadden 2 kamers en omdat we al een keer gebruik hadden gemaakt van de bus, om in het hotel te komen moesten we 32,00 euro betalen voor terug op schiphol te komen (16,00 euro per kamer) Maak je gebruik van een hotel om op tijd op schiphol te komen zou […] ik in het vervolg dicht bij een hotel nemen dan kun je je kamer ook wat duurder nemen. je denkt nml. dat je goedkoop een kamer hebt maar moet dan nog eens 16,00 euro bijbetalen voor het vervoer. dit is absolutt geen aanrader mogen in hun advertentie weleens wat duidelijker zijn.verder was de service wel oke. Das Hotel war für unsere Zwecke, am darauffolgenden Tag früh am Flughafen zu sein, gut geeignet. Das Familienzimmer war sehr klein, da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren, egal. Was mich sehr gestört hat: für den Shuttleservice haben wir zu viert 30.- bezahlt, und das für eine zehnminütige Autofahrt.

Hotelli oli siisti, kaunis ja huone hyvän kokoinen. Sijaiti on kuitenkin kohtuullisen kaukana kentästä. Taksi maksoi yli 20€. Hotelli peri lentokenttäkuljetuksesta maksun. Muut hotellit ovat huomattavasti lähempänä kenttää ja kuljetus on ilmaista.

Das Hotel ist angenehm und verfügt über ein sehr gutes Restaurant. einzig störend ist der ständige Fluglärm.

Het was de goedkoopste aanbieding die ik nog kon boeken, en was zeer tevreden van mijn verblijf. Vriendelijk ontvangen, propere kamer (wel geen uitzicht, mat-glas op de ramen) maar wel een zéér net restaurant/bar ontbijtbuffet (niet inbegrepen in de prijs) Aanrader als u voor de overnachting alleen gaat, in de omgeving heb ik niet rondgekeken.
